To give a background, our backyard was dirt only and we needed both a design and installation. Marsha (our project manager) was excellent. From the initial consultation throughout the construction phase, she was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns, and was very up front about all pricing and costs to get the job done. We received half a dozen quotes from various landscapers, and ZonaWorks was one of the most competitive of the bunch. Either Marsh or one of the owners were on site daily during the project, and installed everything with attention to detail making sure that were were happy with everything. At completion, the workers cleaned everything and left the yard looking like a model home. Alejandro (Owner) provided a thorough walk thru and made sure to show us how to operate the drip/sprinkler system and gave some tips on plant maintenance. I felt confident and relieved after the initial meeting. After accepting the quote they were very very fast. I thought my timeline and expectations were tight. I can admit my expectations were somewhat unrealistic. I fully anticipated at least a week delay. They drastically exceeded and beat my speed expectations. Absolutely amazing. The crews showed up and performed very high quality work in a clean and safe manner. There was absolutely no "hand holding" everything was correct. Which blew my mind. This was not an "easy job". I got lots of quotes and had 5 6 or so companies come out to provide estimates for the scope of work. Jason, owner of The Hardworkers, was the last estimate I got,. We initially had concrete in mind, but Jason let us know he got of out concrete and primarily does pavers, as they look better and are stronger. We honestly just assumed pavers would be out of our price range, but opted to get a quote to remove a few sections of our walkway to add the driveway, raise the wall and then a quote to pave around our shed. Though the quote may not have been the cheapest, we also added a project and the over value and product could not be beat. I also truly believe you get what you pay for and Jason and his team do awesome work. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, attention to details and efficiency his team provides. Not to mention were well in range of some of the basic concrete other companies were going to provide, It took about four days from start to finish.
