The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this. I used Paul's Chimney Service recently to have my furnace's chimney cleaned. We don't have a wood…read moreburning fireplace, so a chimney service really wasn't on my radar. We hadn't had it cleaned in the 10+ years that we've lived in this house, and for whatever reason I decided to have it looked at. I am so thankful that I did! A huge garbage bag of soot was removed. There must have been 2-3 feet worth piled up on the inside. Paul's used a vacuum to clean out the entire 30-foot chimney and the technician was able to show me cracks in the tiles that have occurred over the years. He also climbed up on the roof and inspected the exterior. The entire process took about 2 hours. They were very neat, using drop cloths everywhere so there was no mess. The technician recommended services to repair the chimney, but did not use scare tactics to make me feel like I had to have anything done immediately. I would definitely recommend Pauls's! Very professional, prompt and neat.
