Steven Cafiero introduced me to Peter (and Creative Tile) when he was helping me redesign my primary bathroom and kitchen. Under normal circumstances this would have been a wonderful time with a lot of pre thought. But not for me, as in early 2018 I had pipes freeze and burst. To make matters worse I had to rip out all the French Glass tile my deceased husband and I had acquired in France and that he had installed for me as a surprise (when we built the house). Over half of my house was gutted to the studs and I was tired, emotional and making a 1,000 decisions at once. Remodeled two bathrooms using creative tile as opposed to one of the large chain tile stores. Very nice, elegant, and modern selection, fair prices for the quality of tile (comparable to prices we got from the big stores). Most importantly... EXCELLENT customer service. Pete was able to answer any questions I had and even answered calls and emails on days when he was closed. Only negative was there aren't the large fancy displays that you see at huge tile shops, but after dealing with sh*tty customer service at those locations, it was a small price to pay.
