Since this family business works very hard to make sure their products are satisfactory with their client before ordering, they are upfront, express there maybe a delay from the manufacture they are ordering from due to the virus. Tony was in constant communication with me assuring when the carpet arrive and would schedule installation at that time. I selected a beautiful carpet on 10/13/2020 and was installed on 10/31/2020!! Made in the USA! Tony and his team never took a break, worked from 8am till 4pm non stop!
