What can I say....I've gotten lenses here before and not a problem. I came here and asked for…read morepolarized lenses. They charged me $175. When I got them, they looked weird. When I got to my car..they were not polarized. I went back and told them. I had to wait for the rep that helped me. I told her the issue and she said the new ones will be in a week. I stopped in to get the new ones and they still were not right. She gave me a refund and also she wanted to make it right. So I went back in to see if they were in and were not. 2 more weeks went by and nothing. They finally said it's in. I went in only to find out they were sooo horrendous I was shocked. To top this off...a person that has been there for years could not see what I was talking about. I mean come on...at this point I wanted my glasses and leave and goto my original place. (OPTICAL ILLUSION) oh and on top of that they charged me $120!! In The picture below, top(optical illusion) bottom(eye to eye) look at the difference and it took 3 days!!!!! From ordering to installing!! Never again

Buyer Beware! Refuses to provide me with a ITEMIZED receipt that states I have a one year warranty…read moreand that I purchased Crizal Sapphire for my lenses. Claims it's on file but won't provide me a detailed receipt. Why not? This has always been my experience at competing optical stores. ASK FOR ITEMIZED RECEIPT AT TIME OF PURCHASE. Once you pay it's too late. Service - picked up glasses and they were handed to me with a card - I guess to read, but she moved onto to next customer (my husband) without asking me to read card, adjust frames, nothing. I guess once you pay for your glasses...customer service ends. Too many better places to go at this mall/location. Buyer Beware. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

We went in there this past Saturday for glasses for my son. There were 2 people upfront with ZERO…read morecustomers inside. We had gone in asking for help to find some glasses for our son, one of the ladies leads us in the back opens up a cabinet and gives us a tray of plastic frames. She then tells us these are our options plus a section on the wall. She then leaves and doesn't help us with any questions. We start trying on glasses thinking it's very odd for no one to be helping us... when we see her walk by. We ask her 2 questions about color and options for fit which she gives us literally 2 word answers for and proceeds to walk away. It was clear we had more questions and could have used some help. I walked out with my kids and husband completely turned off by the lack of basic customer help. We were ready to buy at least 2 full package glasses.

Ridgewood Eyewear is by far the best of the best for glasses and incredible customer service. I…read morehave been wearing glasses for most of my life, and I've always struggled to find glasses that look great and fit well. At Ridgewood Eyewear, they have an amazing selection of high quality, distinct, fashionable frames to choose from. I was really impressed with how many different top-of-the-line, beautiful frames they have. I also really liked how they helped me find frames that fit and looked good. I have never encountered such helpful people who guided me to find the best frames for me. Mostly, I want to express my gratitude for the tremendous customer service that I have consistently received at Ridgewood Eyewear. I had to get a few adjustments on my glasses to get them to fit just right, and each time I went in, they really listened to where the glasses felt too tight. They were always cheerful when I went back, and they always made me feel welcome. It was just amazing how they were able to make the fine adjustments needed to make my glasses fit perfectly. Ridgewood Eyewear is the ONLY place I will go for glasses and I will continue to rave about how magnificent they are. If you need glasses, head over to Ridgewood Eyewear, you'll be glad you did!

My son came here for the lasik procedure…read more He loved the overall experience! The consultation was super helpful, they gave him a clear idea of what to expect and answered all his questions. The consultation was maybe 30 minutes, and the actual procedure didn't feel long at all, maybe 15 minutes tops. Afterwards, his eyes felt a little sore and sensitive, kind of like having something in your eye, but not unbearable. The soreness started easing up after a couple of days, and he experienced little hemorrhage. It had taken about 1-2 weeks to fully clear up. Nothing too crazy though--it all felt very manageable! He's so happy to not have to deal with glasses getting dirty, scratched up, heavy on his nose bridge or fogged up. He feels free and His eyesight is now 20/15.

To my surprise the doctor was trying to save me a trip and not come in - however I wanted to get checked. When I did come in the service and care for my concerns was discouraging and I lost a trust for even going back to them for my concerns. The doctor set me up for a follow up for "a month or two" which left me to pick the date. They never called to confirm my appointment which was odd for them - which also showed me that I no longer felt comfortable going to this person. I will give a 2 only because the other staff was nice and helpful and for lasik surgery it is a good price.

After seeing so many positive reviews I chose this place to get my glasses. After going there…read morepersonally I DID NOT FEEL ANYTHING EXCEPTIONAL. It was just REGULAR, ORDINARY eyecare center. They were professional and gave me space to choose the frame. The staff who attended me was polite but personally I felt they could have been little more friendly. When I asked her to explain the pros and cons for a particular frame she came out with a one line answer "It is a personal choice". i felt the staff did her job but there is nothing like super friendly or plesant or anything helpful that makes me happy and choose maple again. Atleast I did not see anything like that. Just a REGULAR, ORDINARY eye care center. 1) As I stated very clearly this is my personal opinion based on my experience which I had with you guys 2) Seeming satisfied and being satisfied are two different things. I may have seemed satisfied but I was not. When I asked for frames I was just shown few frames and when I raised few questions about a frame I was just told its personal preference. This answer for you may seem satisfied but to me I was not happy. 3) FYI,My first glasses were not made else where. This was bought in your showroom only last year. I think before you respond me please do some homework. I asked you for a pair of nose pads which you replaced for free and thanks. Is this what you meant as repair?
