I observed her holding on to the cash and not putting it in the register while I was in the store and after I left. Take that how you want to, but seemed kind of questionable. Called another occasion, had me on hold. Then hangs up. I called back, said to hold on and give her a minute. Was on hold for 5 minutes, then I ended up just hanging up and calling someone else. Customer service and quality are below par. I recommend using another service if you expect what you're paying for.

He came across as rude, unprofessional, and seemed unable to read the room. He constantly made awkward jokes, repeatedly referred to himself as an "alpha," and kept pushing the same comments even when nobody was laughing. Instead of making customers feel comfortable, it made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When gathering our information, he often sounded demanding rather than polite, speaking to people in a way that felt disrespectful. The biggest issue wasn't the jokes themselves, it was the attitude behind them. I've also noticed that when people leave criticism, he tends to argue back rather than take accountability.
