The manager, Cynthia Westbrook told me she would not return the pair that I washed because she could not put them back on the sales floor. I told her she needed to damage them out because they stink! She refused to smell them and said no. I repeated again, they stink and no one needs to purchase them, they are damaged. Finally, she said she will return them this time but never again! You can refer to something on CATO's website and they have a pretty good idea what you are referring. If they don't, they ARE honest and will quickly try to research and locate for you. 3 - Store is clean and organized. 4 - Dressing rooms are clean and previous clothes are quickly put back on racks and NOT left for upcoming customers to move to one side when they occupy a dressing room. 5 - This location is SUPER prompt with markdowns. Always seem to be the latest price even if handwritten. 6 - ALL retails stores don't WELCOME any returns. But there can be several reason why a return happens and if CATO upper management really is worth their weight at corporate, they SHOULD know this. However, Hickory Creek does not frown on the returns or make any comment "why don't you take this back to the store where you purchased." YES!
