K&G was recommended. Placed a few pair of pants in my car and stopped in after work. I went to the back of the store and spoke with the tailor. He was very nice; had me try on my pants and made the soap mark at the desired length. He said I could pick them up in a few days. I did. Happy to say that the prices for my alterations are affordable, I am pleased with the end result. I have even dropped off a few more pairs of pants. With that being said, I have found my tailor.

THEY NEED TO BRING LORI BACK. I will be contacting the corporate office about the letting go of Lori. Rumors go around and they are all lies. Lori was the best. I might be a petition started. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. I have never experienced anything like what happened at this location. I have only been to this location twice, and BOTH times my boyfriend and I were literally followed around the store. I'm not talking about employees simply being nearby or checking if we needed help. They were actively looking for us. I could be all the way in an aisle toward the back of the store, and employees would come looking through the aisles, spot us, stare at us, whisper into their walkies, and then continue following us. It was so obvious that it became extremely uncomfortable. At one point, I literally watched a female employee walk up behind my boyfriend and try to move around him just to get a look at his face. She had her head cocked trying to see him, and the second I turned around and caught her doing it, she looked startled and immediately walked away without saying a single word. That is NOT normal customer service. And what makes this even more disturbing is that we were the only Hispanic customers in the store while the employees and the overwhelming majority of the customers were white. Nobody else appeared to be getting this treatment. If an employee wanted to check whether we needed help, they could have simply asked us. Instead, we were followed, watched, stared at, and monitored throughout the store. I don't casually throw around the word "racist," but after experiencing this TWICE at the same location, it is extremely hard not to believe that we were being singled out because we are Hispanic. We were treated like we had done something wrong simply for walking into the store. I absolutely love Hobby Lobby, which is what makes this experience even more upsetting. But I will never spend another dollar at this location. Management seriously needs to address the way customers are being treated here, because making people feel targeted and unwelcome based on how they look is completely unacceptable.

They don't hook up the electrical, have to take it back. They complain about the parts and say they are cheap, they always cry because you didn't buy it there. I am 5'7.5", so I'm bending over and causing my lower back to hurt. So we walked into the shop where the owner, I guess, was assisting a customer. He didn't even look our way to acknowledge us or greet us. At that point I was done. But my husband wanted to get me a new bike, so we stayed. The guy walked his current customer to the door. Turned around with his hands on his hips and looked at us like we were trash. Very rudely, he asked, "Can I help you?" as if we were bothering him. We asked about seeing a 27-inch bike, and he gave us such a nasty attitude instead of him explaining the different types of bikes and how after 26 inches the bikes are measured by tire width. He and my husband went back and forth about the difference. He was argumentative, mean, and nasty in the way he spoke with us. So my husband asked, "Can my wife try the next size after 26?" He very reluctantly pulled a bike from the rack for me to try the sizing. The entire experience was horrible. This man obviously had a problem with black people; hate was all over him. He couldn't wait for us to leave his shop.
