LONG BC I MEAN IT after three years we decided it was time to go. WE STAYED ON FLOOR1 BUILDING1, APT 1118, most of what im saying is bc of the floor we're on. But we've had a neighbor tell us he hates it there bc the stomping, screaming, shouting and pounding he's endured.. But Ive been waiting till after I moved out to leave a review. since the last time I posted a review that wasn't up to their standards, the manager confronted me so I felt inclined to to fix it but this is a good area and that has nothing to do with the apartment and or management THE GYM is nice BUT it isn't even theirs, it is owned by some trainer. He trains football players or basketball players, so some days you'll have grown men with a whole camera set up and groups of over 6ft tall men just sitting around on the machines. the trainers will leave the doors proped open to train people who dont live there so technically you dont need to live here to work out here which really defeats the purpose of it being a "gated community". people that live here and/or their guests will at least twice a month run into the gate or not use or dont have a key fob, try to speed into the building, so it'll remain wide open for weeks. But youre still paying that apartment price for "GATED" BUILDING 1 is the building we lived in was absolutely garbage.. the elevator will take 5 minutes to get to you.. on good days, you'll wait a long 2 minutes. The other buildings have super fast elevators.. our building is dirty and neglected, the carpets are always stained, trash everywhere, dog poop by the elevators and trash outside the trash room by the elevator. Other floors/building aren't this bad but that isn't a good thing. since week one, our upstairs neighbor has been a nightmare. He would party, shout and scream every weekend.. he plays loud music to this day, stomps around from early mornings to late nights. (In order for security to do anything, they have to hear it themselves but they don't come) The upstairs has a bunch of kids too, you can hear them shake the whole floor (which is our ceiling) when they RUN and shout up and down the halls. That's a parenting problem but we were told when we moved in that upstairs noise shouldn't be an issue. We told the management that and she said he lied and doesn't know why he said that. POOL is cold and dirty.. people at night will huddle in the jacuzzi and not let anyone else in. THE POOL TABLE ROOM is ok. It's fun but people/kids trash the place and take things from the pool table making it unusable. They have a printer in there but it's pointless, they used to provide the paper but last time I was in there it says WE have to provide the paper. MAILROOM is big and nice. They used to have a cambucha setup in there which YOU had to PAY for yourself but it was under "amenities"... weird. But it's been taken away CLEANERS: they have gone thru a at least a dozen or more cleaners in the past two years that we've been here. We got pretty close to one of the cleaning ladies and she told us that they worked them so hard. One person had to cover so much BY HERSELF. This others gave her a hard time and started so much gossip and rumors about her which led to the lady we knew having to move.. she ended up coming back and told on the other lady which led to her getting upset, trashing their break room and stealing all the break rooms appliances. Apparently she was living in one of the show rooms and no one said anything? no one stays longer than at least a couple weeks or a month. once this other older lady just sits in the corner on floor1 building 1 while this new young lady cleans the whole building. As this lady sits there on her phone.. it's disgusting. PIZZA PLACE AND DOG GROOMER ON PROPERTY is a plus BUT bc it's on the property, people who dont live here come often and trash the place. They will let their kids play outside like it's a playground and will shout and scream. Same with the groomers being here, our apartment is the one RIGHT NEXT TO IT, so once they open, theyll leave the dogs in there for hours, just barking to the point where we can hear it in our apartment. just beware if you end up with our apartment. BUT the groomers, in specific, Amber and the New owner Vanessa are my favorite people! Along with all the pizza people, they have become our family! THEY ARE THE BEST.POINT IS, DONT MOVE HERE! DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU AND LIE IN YOUR FACE! IT ISNT GATED, PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR PARKING AND YOU CANT GET THEM TOWED WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. PEOPLE HERE ARE RUDE the amount of times people have tried running me over in the parking garage is insane! My wife has been stalked and followed when arriving home from someone exiting the building which was our last straw and started looking into moving.. just dont move here. The reviews aren't a lie but the building has definitely gone down hill since we moved in three years ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I don't know if they changed some staff but this place has become absolute trash. They don't give a sh*t about their tenants whatsoever. I lived here from 2018 or 2019 until 2025 and if you calculate how much that is in rent-it's insane. And they still never gave a sh*t about me as a continued renter. I stayed so long here out of mere convenience-not wanting to move but I really wish I had sooner. They will not help with you literally anything, it's almost evil. I just moved out after providing my 30 days, moved out 10 days early, and lost my keys so was expecting to be charged for that. Nope, instead I was charged for 3 days of rent and pet rent. I left a random key on the counter that thought maybe was to the front door, told the staff through email. Staff even told me that I couldn't vacate beyond 30 days because of new renters. They refuse to refund the charge and say that because I didn't return my keys to the office I was "technically still living there". Even though I didn't plan to return keys that I didn't even have. Beyond that issue, when I was moving out on Aug 20, they refused to help me with the garage entry door in keeping it open for my movers to move me out. THEIR SERVICE ELEVATOR IN THE FRONT WAS BROKEN, so they would have no way to move me out unless they were to go out of the garage. Lady was very rude and just stood there saying she couldn't do anything. Elevators are always broken and slow AF, you'll literally wait 5 minutes every time you need to use it. If you are an impatient person, RUN FROM THIS COMPLEX. The hot tub is literally 6ft in diameter and is always closed and will burn your eyes out of your skull with chemicals, if you manage to even get a spot it in this 6 person capacity human soup bowl. Don't expect to ever have guest over because they will get lost and show up 3 years later. Dont ever order delivery food because you will spend hours trying to explain to them how to get to your unit or they'll leave your food outside the complex or steal it out of frustration. 5 stars for Cesar and Gino and maintenance staff, they are wonderful. 5th day without elevator service in building 4. Zero communication from management re: outage or anticipated return date. My husband and I live in 4th floor (top) and we are in our late 60 's. We have a dog that needs to be walked. Returned home from 2d hospitalization on September 3rd with IV antibiotics. Weak. I have to climb up and down 4 flights of stairs in this compromised position. If you wonder how management views tenants, look at the size and elegance of leasing office. Then, go next door to interior community room. Tiny comparatively. They're about leasing and not maintaining cutrent tenants. Management never answers emails re: any issues such as unreasonable noise. They just ignore you. Look at other luxury apartments in area. Before you lease here, just know that the lease agreement is 54 pages long and proof of income is a laborious process as is meeting the insurance requirements of TG. We have bought and sold houses with less paper work. Second, enter "security deposit" in the Yelp search feature and read about the bad faith tactics TG uses to unlawfully withhold security deposits. You will see several. Upon moving out, you will receive a GH Move Out Statement which contains 6 columns of numbers and includes miscellaneous and irrelevant numbers to cause confusion. The only number that needs to be on that statement (assuming you paid your prorated rent), is the security deposits and the deductions. It is unlawful for TG to keep your security deposit for defective conditions that preexisted your tenancy. In our case, without explanation, they charged us to replace the carpets in our unit. They calculated it assuming that the carpets in our unit were brand new the day we moved in. They pro-rated the cost of that carpet replacement for the duration of our tenancy (26 months) and kept $1195 or our security deposit. When we moved in the carpets were far from new. They were dirty, snagged, and the carpet was fraying at the entrance to the master bath. We had the foresight to note these conditions in TG's Move-In Inventory & Condition Form. In addition, we took photographs of the filthy rugs which appeared to have been the original installation from approximately 10 years ago. Replacement of rugs that old fall to the Landlord; not the tenant. Regardless of the facts and evidence, TG charged us for carpet replacement when we moved out. When we called to talk to someone about this outrageous tactic, we were told there is no phone number that we can call. When I emailed them requesting the date of the original installation of carpet in our unit and requested copies of our file, we were told that once a tenant moved out they had "no visibility on our file". Can you possibly imagine such a case? This is an example of bad faith and unreasonable behavior. In California, courts can award 2x the amount of the security deposit in such situations. Our damages could therefore be $2900 in addition to the original $1450. Moreover, we are asking the court to award additional damages in the amount of travel costs to attend the court trail. We are now living in Arizona. We are almost certain to prevail, but the stress of having to deal with this in the middle of an out-of-state move is substantial. But we will not allow corporate greed to prevail. So fight we must. If you decide to ignore this review and you move into the property, you must absolutely document every single condition that is not satisfactory in your unit. Complete the Move-In Inventory thoroughly, photograph every bit of damage you see. And when you go to move out, prepare to have to fight for every dime of your security deposit. If you're not a fighter, just know when you put that security deposit down, you will likely not get any of it back. read more

Going on 4 years at Torrey Gardens and still love living here. Isaac is always so helpful and kind. Anytime I have a question or need help with something, he is quick to respond and always provides great service with the best smile! We're lucky to have both Isaac and Stella - I met one other new female team member a few months back (didn't catch her name) and she was also so sweet and eager to help which is so reflective of Stella and her team. Also have to give props to Caesar and Gino who are the absolute best and always quick to respond and fix any maintenance issues in my apartment. The whole maintenance and cleaning staff at Torrey Gardens are always so kind and thoughtful - they do a bang up job keeping the buildings clean and pristine! read more

Leasing Office So MEAN - HOSTILE ATTITUDE When scheduling a tour with Torrey Gardens, we showed our interest but did not answer one of the questions asked by Christiana or Christy. She IMMEDIATELY hang up our call. After scheduling, we later received a call from her, cancelling our appointment because she has double book the tour with other customers and has to cancel ours. Not only she does not say a "sorry" for the least, she urged us to reschedule while we are minutes away from Torrey Garden. This is the most INSANE customer service ever. She displays hostile attitude for the whole tour, and we only have minutes to check out our future homes. I am quite confused why would a salesperson would humiliate her customers and be so mean at the same time. We would never go back to visit EVER. read more

I have a full review linked at the bottom of this post since I've gone over Yelp's character limit. For now, here are the pros, an outline of the cons, and the overall conclusion on who should and shouldn't stay here. PROS - Monthly events. Cooking classes, mixology classes, pizza/crepe/ice cream socials, etc. There was an outdoor movie night at the nearby park (which I believe was canceled). I went to a movie night at one of their sister properties that had a full basketball court with decent sized stadiums (where we watched the movie). - Resort feel. You can walk around and see sculptures, pods you can rest in. If you have a dog, it's dog friendly, and there's a nice trail that goes around the building, with doggy bags available. Next to the property is a park that I believe is owned by Torrey Gardens. - Space. You get a separate storage unit that looks like a cage. You can secure it with your own lock. My unit was rather spacious as well. It came with a washer & dryer and a breakfast bar. - Food trucks that come by sometimes. They're expensive and often take a long time to make your food. It doesn't really save you time or money as the leasing office's email blasts say, but it's good for novelty. There's also a café associated with the property. Not sure if it's still open. Speaking of nearby services, there USED to be dropoff and pickup for dry cleaning available on the side of the property. Now there's a pet-sitting service. - Views. Mountain views if you're facing the highway. Partial ocean views if you lean your head out from the balcony. Note that they will call any sliver of the mountain view a "partial mountain view." Being able to peek through a tiny gap from the first floor looking toward the pool and another building doesn't count as a view in my book (you can cover the view with your outstretched finger). - Electric charging stations if you have an electric vehicle. - Security? There's a gate that requires a code to get in. There's a Skybell "smart" doorbell you can link to your mobile device (if you're lucky enough that it doesn't bug out on you) to see who walks by or rings the doorbell. I haven't had my car broken into like the other reviews talk about, but I don't drive a fancy car as many residents do. CONS Here are the topics that I go into gory detail in the full review linked at the bottom. - Very, very confusing layout. - Inconveniences. Buildings and elevators Garage Garage gate and lack of convenient pedestrian entry and exit Office hours Moving in and out - Noise. - Electrical problems. - Location. - Rent. OVERALL Torrey Gardens is a relatively new property and going through some growing pains. Leasing agents come and go. I've also noticed that there's a referral incentive for bringing on a new tenant. That incentive has increased to $750 from $500 (or was it $250) during my stay [thinking emoji] You should feel like an asshole if you sell your friend out for $750. I have felt upset at the management multiple times for being non-responsive and uncaring about my issues. Non-responsive meaning their responses are basically fluff. I never showed that I was upset, though. Part of it was my fault for not doing enough research and being short on time that I just picked the most-available decent place and moved on. But literally none of my issues were solved, let alone attempted to be addressed, except maintenance requests. Sometimes even those were ignored or not done properly. Cesar is usually cool otherwise. Bottom line, do not come here unless you're a family that has settled in the area and that doesn't go out much. Demographics here (they won't tell you for legal reasons) mostly appear to include professionals, couples, and families. I don't recall meeting any singles. If you're a singleton, look elsewhere, like in La Jolla or Convoy. It turns out there are plenty of other, more convenient, happenin' places for a similar price with better amenities and location. Up until now I've enjoyed living here, with the exception of the building 1 elevator going down frequently. BUT, as of 2.5 weeks I am having ANTS in my 4th floor bathroom and bedroom and in that time NOTHING has gotten accomplished. During this time I've been living with ants on my walls, bed, bathroom floor, bathroom counter, etc. Pest control has now come to address the issue 3 times - today, they put more 'bait' down and left. One hour later this is what I find (photo). I contacted the leasing office, then waited nearly 2 hours for an email reply (they said they would call me back). Apparently it is normal to be expected to live with this insect nightmare in my bathroom and bedroom for a full week - because, pest control only comes once on each Thursday. There is aparently nobody on call, and the pest service the complex uses is absolutely laissez-faire. This is NOT 'luxury living' and not the kind of service to be expected. We've lived here for almost 2 years now. When you see good reviews for the maintenance team, they're not joking! They are so prompt with fixing things- it's impressive! All the guys are so friendly and will often ask "Do you need anything? Everything working ok?" when we pass them in the hall. I give the service an A! The people in the office have been nice as well. The gym is great! There's a couple things that irk me- We have THE LOUDEST STOMPERS upstairs and there is NO recourse for them! They moved in about 6-9 months ago, maybe? It's a dad and a son. They ONLY stomp, Run, jump, bounce balls, slide down a slide and land on his butt, jump and land on his but.... etc. They do NOT know how to walk lightly. Our a/c ductwork creaks and the walls shake when they walk/run. The pictures on our walls constantly move, We have called "courtesy patrol" so many times, recorded it, talked to the dad, etc. IT IS BEYOND REASONABLE. The kid literally jumps and runs ALL DAY LONG when he's home and the dad does not how to walk in an apartment - I hope he starts school soon or they move. There's got to be a better way to handle this, on Management's end. I have lived in apartments before, with several kids above me and I never once had to complain. SOME noise is inevitable, But C'mon! I am having to change my work schedule bc the kid has stopped me from sleeping! It's too much and such a source of anxiety, dread and anguish for us. The other hard thing is that there is somebody who kept leaving notes on my car. My family has a person who has a disabled parking pass. We don't use a wheelchair- Not all disabilities are visible! But they leave notes insisting we are not disabled and should not park there- somebody thinks they know us better than our doctors. Wow- We are healed! LOL. The only real complaint is that I feel there has been no recourse for the rude neighbor. Everything else has been pretty good! We managed to get a great price during COVID, so we will stay until the yearly 9.5% increase pushes us out. Things I wish I knew before we signed a lease: - The A/C is WAY TOO loud- we have to turn the volume on TV up +6 levels to hear over it while On. We have to use that bc we don't get any breeze through our tiny porch. - The porch is tiny and closed in with no way to sweep it/clear it out and it's a dirty/dusty mess BECAUSE the dryer vent drops right into our porch. We can't have this door open for air bc it just brings dryer lint/dust inside. -The parking spots are pretty far away. - I'm on the bottom floor and It is so dark bc my unit is half way underground sorta, bc we are on a hill. Been here 1.5 years for school. 5 minute drive to UCSD. Aside from the elevator being slow and the Amazon locker overflowing, the complex is very nice. Calling maintenance is a no issue with Cesar and he can literally fix everything. So far this humble, hardworking man has fixed our leaked, burst garbage disposal, rattling AC, and many small things like changing bulbs and fridge filters. 5 star for Cesar! read more

I love living here! It's been almost a year and I still feel like I'm living in a resort. The pool, the gym, the grounds, everything is so nice. The unit is spacious and has every amenity I wanted--all clean and contemporary. Moving here was such a great decision and Haley in the leasing office really helped us with that! She's the type of person that will go out of her way to say hi and smile and be helpful. Dan has also been this way and I really appreciate such great customer service from both of them! I'm so proud to live in such a beautiful place. I love entertaining in my apartment and cooking for friends. Also the location is great. I was worried it was going to be removed from everything but it turns out that it's been perfect to be situated right off the 5 and I can easily get to my friends who still live in PB (and they don't think it's too far to drive here!) and get up to North County. I also can easily get to downtown SD. This is the ideal place if you like to bounce around all areas of San Diego. The area has also gotten some cool new places in the last year like Copa Vida and Bottlecraft. Bird Rock Coffee Roasters also opened on Carmel Valley Rd and having good spots like this nearby is everything. For a convenient reliable coffee or bite to eat there is also the cafe at the apartment complex which I'm a big fan of! Love the people and it's such a luxury to have that option when it's open. The parking garage is great, with a huge storage unit each apartment gets included in rent, there's a really good mix of UCSD students/young professionals/couples/young families living here. You can probably tell now how much I love it! :) *** also to note, Cesar in maintenance is THE BEST. Cesar is so nice and great at his job. There have been times where I have woken up in the morning to something needing help - the toilet overflowed or the refrigerator was making weird noise or a lightbulb was out - and Cesar showed up that same morning before I had to leave for work. The speed of service is amazing. And no request is too small. It's one of the greatest things about renting and living at Torrey Gardens, the convenience of great maintenance service done by friendly and professional staff. read more

Cesar Hernandez specifically has been a great help when it comes to maintenance requests. "Luxury rental community that offers a distinguished lifestyle." Really? Trash has been backed up for months, and now we have flies, gnats, and roaches crawling all over the apartments. Also, there has been more and more trash festering inside the parking structure which stinks terribly. So this is what we pay for? Been going downhill for years... And good luck moving out, that "first month free" is a scam. They'll find everything wrong with your place, charging you double (what it costs them) for the most minor repairs and touchups. They will tear your carpet apart and use a black light to find new stains (even from prior tenants) and make you pay. So in the end, you'll owe them no matter how well you've kept your place. If you're looking for "A gorgeous master-planned community," the smell from the dumpster and parking structure will have you looking elsewhere. read more

After 10 or 15 minutes of this, I got out and asked the guy what he was doing. He said "Cleaning the storm drains" (or something like that). I asked why that couldn't be done later in the morning, as it woke my wife and I up. He said, "Legally, we can start at 7." Well folks, it's not about "legalities" it's about why this apartment complex would think this is an appropriate time to start a procedure like this, that is certainly not an "emergency." read more

Honestly I have really enjoyed living at Torrey Gardens. They have responded well to COVID by trying to reopen different amenities with safe clean protocols. Before COVID there were monthly events which encouraged more community, but overall this has a very private feel for the most part. The location next to 2 freeways gets you almost anywhere in San Diego in about +/- 20 minutes. Management staff is friendly, and though I haven't really needed much, they have always been responsive when I've needed something. Special shout out to Cesar Hernandez who is always quick with our maintenance requests, very friendly, and get the job done well. read more

Had a full conversation with a leasing agent over the phone provided desired move in date and everything booked a tour for the following day showed up not only did I wait 45 min just to look at the apartment. The ones they were trying to show me were a month after my desired move in date. Didn't even bother looking at the apartment 3k and the parking garage door is broke. Bad look from the start. I have so much to say about this place. I'm going to keep it short and sweet. 1. Stella runs the place and she is terrible. How she still is employed with garden communities is beyond me. She does not care about the residents at all. You should probably worry about the residents being happy so you have less turn around with residents. I have a lot more to say but my mom raised me better. If you move here good luck with her. Oh, we called Chelsea at corporate and complained about her multiple times and I'm sure nothing was done. 2. Security- TERRIBLE. My car was stolen on P1 and my my husbands car was broken Into on P1. They have a huge security issue. They don't want to hire someone to be at the front gate to ensure residents safety. Crazy to me when a 2 bedroom apartment here is 2800. I got to the point where I would not be in the parking garage at night alone at all. Oh and multiple cars have been stolen and broken into at this place. Ours where just a few in the 3 years I lived here. Oh yeah the storage units were broken Into a few times too! I started to have a strong suspicion it was someone on the inside. It happened way to often. It's a big issue when you don't feel safe where you live. 3.Ants- every year we had a problem with ants here. I should of known when traps were set up all around the Apartment before I moved in. Pest control comes out every Tuesday and if you can get your name on the list you may be able to get rid of them 4. Flooding patios- if you live on the first floor know your patio will get flooded. (Living on the first floor is more expensive btw)The drainage system here is horrible. Our patio got flooded out multiple times. If we wouldn't have been home the apartment would have been flooded out too. Good luck calling emergency maintenance he's too busy taking 12 other calls around the complex to come help you. Your on your own. Imagine taking buckets of water out of your patio.. yep that was us. I have rented for the last 11 years in San Diego and garden communities really let us down. I would never rent with them. Thankfully we have bought and don't have to worry about it again. Stay far away from this place. They are going to take you around and tell you how the gym is great and the pool. The only positive experience we had at this place was we met some pretty awesome neighbors. 5th year renewing my lease here and absolutely love livi here. It's an excellent location (not a whole lot to do within walkable distance, but easy access to 3 freeways to get anywhere you need to go) and amenities are great, especially the storage cages that we get with the apartment. I want to give a extra special shout out to Cesar Hernandez on the maintenance team who really does it all -- shows up usually within a couple of hours after I file a maintenance request and can fix absolutely everything and anything. He's super friendly and takes time to explain what he's doing.. Torrey Gardens is so lucky to have him on their team. The staff have done a great job with adapting to the COVID situation. They have put in extra precautions to keep the pool open by reducing capacity and increasing cleaning hours, instead of taking the lazy way out and closing it indefinitely which some other complexes have done. My only gripes are that the leasing staff are sometimes difficult to get a hold of, and tend to make mistakes here and there. And the elevators are terribly slow.. read more

We have lived here close to 4 years now - great apartments with luxury amenities, super clean feel. The staff are always friendly and courteous, and go out of the way to help you with anything. Isaac from the front office has recently been extremely helpful in solving some issues we had with our alarm system. I also want to mention how professional and helpful Cesar (from maintenance team) has been. We recently had 2 strange and complex issues with our alarm system and our new digital ceiling fans. Cesar was able to diagnose and fix both issues with speed and a careful approach. You guys are the best - keep up the great work! read more

What a disappointment of a place especially after reading all the reviews. The only good experience was getting help to sign the lease and then all went downhill from there. We moved into a filthy place. Prior to move in, we told The leasing office that the apartment was dirty and the carpet had stains. The leasing office did not care and disregarded our comment. We needed to move and upon escalating the condition of the apartment, the leasing office sent cleaners who only worried about touch ups but nothing was cleaned. I had to call out the cleaning woman about a grease stain in the microwave turn tray. Which she just rinsed off and then put a wet tray with grease back in the microwave. Their supervisor of maintenance doesn't seem to care either as he was aware of the filthy kitchen. All these problems were brought to their attention days before move in and they did not care. It's a day after our move and we have now spent hours cleaning the apartment. I include a few pictures of the wipes we have used. These shouldn't be coming out dirty in a place that was supposedly cleaned. Be aware about moving here. Once the lease was signed, they stopped answering their phone or returning calls or emails. Additionally, anytime I have had a maintenance issue, Cesar Hernandez typically responds to it within an hour and someone is here to help fix it almost the same day. I rarely take the time to write reviews regarding my experiences with any business or corporation. However, when I feel like an individual or a company has gone above and beyond, I think I wouldn't be doing them a disservice if I didn't share my thoughts. I recently relocated to San Diego from Phoenix arizona and the transition has been one of the most stressful experiences I've ever had. Anything that could go wrong, went wrong. Whether It be the moving company losing my stuff, water heater going out in my home right before I am supposed to close. I thought finding a home would be the hardest and most stressful "chore" I would have upon my relocation, I was wrong. Danae, Stella and Dan with the entire staff at Torrey Gardens went above and beyond to alleviate my stress and fears in finding a new home. They were very patient, understanding, and truly made me feel like a person by the way the cared and showed concern for me and my situation. After my first few conversations with Danae I knew this was the place for me. I called them multiple times about petty things that mattered to me and never once did they seem put out by it. I actually felt like they knew were I was coming from when I called, it was very genuine. My first day here one of the maintenance gentleman, greeted me with a smile and thanked me for making Torrey Gardens my home. I was so caught off guard by the kind gesture, that I'm pretty sure my response was mumbling. It made my smile on the inside and the outside. Every dealing I have ever had with the staff, I either hung up the phone, or walked out of the office smiling. I can't thank them enough for how wonderful they have been and am excited to spend my next year living in here. On top of all that, have you seen the amenities at this place? I've been a resident of Torrey Gardens since September, 2021. Everything in my apartment has a very good quality that anything rarely malfunctions, but whenever I need maintenance, I would put in a maintenance request and the staff would come to eliminate the issues quickly. This morning (8/9/22), my man Cesiar Hernandez came to my apartment to replace the air & water filters in my fridge and also fixed the issue of my AC's air being not fresh. Great guy! We love Torrey Gardens! We've been here over a year now and the location is perfect. 20 minutes north and you're in the wonderful beach towns of Encinitas or Carlsbad- 20 minutes south and you're downtown! The amenities are fantastic and we love how dog friendly the complex is. We've lived in 2 different units now and are very happy with the complex- and as many reviewers have mentioned, the maintenance staff is outstanding. I was a resident at Torrey Gardens for eight years. It is a beautiful community with so many amenities, beautiful pool and gym and hair salon . I still use the hair salon as I would never use any other .The maintenance crew is great. Office is great. I really wanted to give a shout out to Isaac Lopez. Isaac has gone above and beyond. On my last few months there I was in the office frequently asking questions he was very helpful, very professional, and very patient..
