The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was perfect for the celebration -- elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt upscale yet welcoming. The location is also a huge plus, right in the heart of UTC with so much nearby. Overall, it was a great time in a gorgeous setting. Love living here! Very convenient walking to so many good coffee shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Beautiful views. Good amenities. Facility's cleaners maintain cleanliness every single day. Super speedy maintenance. Feels safe (Sam our security guard watches out for all of us and makes sure no rando's get in the building). The management team elegantly helps with any needs, and they are always looking for ways to improve the building + resident morale. All of them are really kind and helpful; Cameron & Bella are so great! Saniya is friendly front desk, and hosts the best resident events. Just resigned our lease for another year. :) read more

I've had such an amazing experience living here for about three years now--this truly feels like the ultimate luxury apartment community. Over time, it's become more than just a place to live; it really feels like home. The amenities are absolutely top-tier and consistently well-maintained, making everyday living feel elevated and enjoyable. But what really sets this place apart is the strong sense of community. The team puts so much thought into bringing residents together through monthly events that are both creative and fun--everything from Easter flower arranging with real baby bunnies (so unique!) to summer pool parties, holiday dinners, Halloween costume parties, and even Taco Tuesdays. There's always something to look forward to. A huge shoutout to the staff, especially Saniya in the leasing office, who has been nothing but warm, attentive, and professional throughout my entire time here. The entire leasing/maintenance teams truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. Please take the time to read this review as many exaggerate with their yelp experiences that is not the case here. I have lived in many luxurious high-rise buildings and the Palisade was by far the worst experience I've had. Don't be fooled by the newcomers that listed five years over there one year experience.... I was sued by Greystar for allegedly damaging their elevator, and when attending a meeting with Angela and Bella, the video displayed the elevator clearly hurting my arm, causing bodily injury when I asked why I was sued and not called to check on how I was due to my arm being injured. Angela just stared at me with a blank stare. I asked for the footage as my lawyer did as well and of course, nothing from either graystar or property management they also included they wouldn't be able to give me the film ( I wonder why... shows me getting hurt) long story short they completely decided not to proceed further with suing me due to what the footage entailed... that was the end of that discussion. I was also informed that I'm always smoking weed on my balcony and offering the maintenance guy weed, but not once is there a record of me receiving a lease violation for the smell of marijuana or violating any rule related to smoking? Confusing right ? My aunt is a 72 year-old female with handicap disabilities that was turned away from using a bell cart because they didn't open for 15 minutes... everyone's walking around and talking though? I also had maintenance enter my home once a month to check the water leak that was upstairs above my floor"apparently". The thing was they were running MY KITCHEN SINK WATER FOR 10 MINUTES AT A TIME.....AT MY COST, it felt more like a home check disguised as a service request. I also have a video of the head security guard telling me to "fxck off" and was constantly provoking me in the video to do something to him. When trying to show it to management, they just said to send it to their email without even looking at the video or discussing it , I explained to them that the video was too long to send an email and they did nothing else further to get the footage from me. Please don't get me started with the trash shoot that we weren't compensated for that was down for over 4 months. The thing with management is if you don't see eye to eye with them you're in for a SOUR treat. Constantly packages being misplaced or stolen from the package room. I have been asked over four times if I've stole a package considering the fact that management knows that I am a firefighter/EMT first responder. Also, they kept my full deposit, after hiring a professional cleaning crew to clean it after. And to add, I forgot to mention I was served a lease violation for arguing back with the security guard that told me to f off when I asked why I was served a lease violation. They asked me what I did wrong to be told to f off.... What great hospitality right ? Keep in mind I'm a paying tenant that has never missed rent. Have a great day ladies and gentlemen! read more

I had a great experience touring Palisade! From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly informative. The tour itself was well-organized and thorough, and I really appreciated how much time was taken to answer all of my questions without ever feeling rushed. I have lived at Palisade for 5 years. The changes I see occurring since new owners took over are very promising and in keeping with a "luxury" apartment building. This is the first time I was left a card notifying me maintenance entered my apartment and completed repairs. In the past I would notice whatever needed attention appeared to be addressed, but no notice of entry. I find leaving a note saying we entered to be much more professional. I have been a resident here for the better part of a year, and am very happy with my experience so far! The location is amazing, the amenities are great, and the team in charge of taking care of this community is wonderful. Everyone is very nice, friendly, and helpful! A recent experience involves the maintenance team; my dishwasher had unexpectedly stopped working, and so I submit a maintenance request in the morning. Not even an hour later, I received a call and was told that the team would begin working on my issue within an hour. Ben and Terry worked together on my dishwasher, and also took the time to inspect my unit and fix any other preventative issues. I very much appreciate their help here, and this is just one of many examples of the wonderful interactions I have here that make this a great place to call home! My experience with Jasmine has been very pleasant since the very beginning, so let us just say that Alberto's behavior was an anomaly of my experience here, not the norm. ------- This review is in regards to Alberto from leasing office. I asked straight questions, he failed to give me a straight answer. If I'm paying near 5k for an apartment, I sure as heck expect the leasing "professional" to show some basic understanding of the proper manner of interacting with clients. read more

I moved across the country from New York for this apartment and it is the best decision I made moving out here 4 months ago. The first time I walked into the building I felt like I was at a resort and ready to check in for my vacation. The apartment is gorgeous with marble counter tops, wood floors and stainless steel appliances. The spacious one bedroom has a barn door that leads to the double sink vanity bathroom and large walk in closet. I love that there is a dishwasher, large washer/dryer and the option to use their pick up and drop off dry cleaning service. It is great having a balcony that I can just open the door and take one step and I am outside enjoying the view and the weather. There are so many amenities here I wish I could list them all but just to list a few is a dedicated floor with private offices and conference rooms, a floor with a gym and a virtual gym, a luxurious pool and the 23rd floor Elevation Room is perfect for entertaining and allows you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the city while sitting by the bonfire. Palisade has literally thought of everything you are looking for in a new home. Honestly you need to see it to believe it. The staff is wonderful and get right back to you if you have any questions or issues. The Palisade app makes it so easy to put in a maintenance request, use the concierge service and pay your rent. The Palisades family has done a great job making sure we feel safe and I love the virtual events they have been offering right now during this difficult time we are in. The care packages they put together last week were very thoughtful and loved they took the extra step keeping us safe. They take a deposit but forget about getting it back. In fact they will make you pay to repaint the entire place when you leave the place in perfect condition. So $1000 is not enough to repaint an apartment they have to charge you another $900 and keep your $1000 deposit. Oh, and I never got a refund for the hotel I had to stay in with the elevators weren't working. Oh, and if you enjoy elevators, full of dog, urine and disgusting, please move in. read more

I just got a job in the Sorrento area that required me to move out of the downtown and was looking in UTC. I looked online for places and found this spot along with another that are new builds. Palisade sits on a quieter street than most of the other buildings nearby and being across the street from Bristol Farms and next to the mall I figured this would be a good choice. I came in yesterday and was greeted by a lady named Kristina, super kind and extremely helpful, she was able to immediately give me a tour and explained my options. The amenities are top notch for entertaining a few of my friends and leave a lasting impression on them too. Proud to say I'll be on the 17th floor at the beginning of the year!! read more
