The shop is cozy and inviting -- I typically see Mayu at Rouge Urban Salon and I love being able to be pampered and get a fresh trim or a new style. She recently gave me a good trim of a few inches and added some layers which I absolutely love. I love a good beachy wave look because my hair isn't completely straight and I love how she works her magic-- always in less than an hour even with shampooing. I also had my little sister try her very first deep conditioning treatment and she absolutely loved it -- she has incredibly dry, thick hair and since she's the only in on my family with this hair type, we don't know the best products for her hair. She felt SO confident and kept asking me when she can come back for another treatment. The stylist gave us so many helpful products that were affordable and easy to integrate into her routine.

I worked with Helen Victoria for my hair and she was so responsive and helpful leading up to my wedding day. She had a great process to help me decide on my final look and offered a trial to ensure we were both confident in it being perfect for the big day. My mother in law and best friend had their hair done by Molly and were equally impressed with their results! All of us had our makeup done by Michelle Sachs and she is so good! The makeup looked stunning and held up all day but felt so light on our skin. In addition to all of us being very happy with how we looked, we were also so well taken care of by the entire staff at the salon. They ensured we had the coffee, tea or water needed at all times, they allotted space for my wedding dress for the day and allowed us to get ready in one of the open esthetician rooms and even relax in the break room when we were all ready for the event. Everyone showed us so much warmth! I would highly recommend this salon and specifically Helen Victoria, Molly, and Michelle!
