When I spoke to Ron, he was polite, professional, and thorough. When he arrived for the consult, he walked through the house and then gave me my options. He could have up sold me on the T.V. On the day of the installation, Ron showed up with his assistant. With a ton of gear in tow, he looked like he was equipped with anything he might need. The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. The bulb went out in my 2009'ish model Sony flat screen HD TV. Amazon has the bulb but I would've paid hugely for shipping and still need someone to install it. Best Buy's parts store wanted an OBSCENE $300 just for the bulb and shipping! Several local shops also quoted a one-week wait plus $200 for the bulb AND an extra $75 for the installation. I have no tools or screwdrivers because my ex's always steal them :/ so I needed home service. NH Electronics gave me a VERY reasonable price for the services rendered, $179 compared to the nearly $300 and up I would've spent elsewhere. Crime Warner may have stolen my right to watch Dexter's last season but at least with this new bulb I can watch the other programs I love. Support local businesses and forego the big name retailers. You won't regret giving NH Electronics your business. I have never experienced such friendly service!
