Someone contacted me over an hour later by text around 6:50pm, to tell me that someone will be at my home in about two hours. Then around 9 PM, I received a text stating that they will be here around 9:45 PM. By that time, I did not feel comfortable. So, I canceled it. First of all, there is no way that I would meet someone at almost 10 PM at night to take my laptop, much less meet someone I've never known or met. Even just the mention of "they "will be at my home that late at night, made me incredibly uncomfortable . I would be a fool to allow myself to be that vulnerable. I don't know if they have a second job or what, but you don't keep people waiting that long to do business. I just found this very unprofessional. I think I will just go to a legitimate storefront where I can meet the people who I'm doing business with.

He actually called me 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to offer to come in sooner. I wasn't home at the moment so he arrived at the scheduled time ready to work. He was prompt and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to get the tv and entertainment set up within a 30-40 minute period. He cleaned up after himself and even made sure all connections were properly routed so we could test the tv and connected electronics. I have to say that he was probably one of the most comfortable installation professionals I've dealt with to date and it was a very simple process. These replacements and additions were requested to be compatible with existing system. It took about 4 weeks to get just the buzzer replaced and they comped me screen since they couldn't figure out how to use my old one with new buzzer and strike. Lou refunded me deposit for cameras they couldn't find. Appears to me their heart is in the right place but they are overwhelmed, understaffed and should be more familiar with products they install to better explain functionality to customers. David made 2 visits to our home to install Reolink WiFi surveillance cameras and also to fix an…read moreelectrical issue in our garage. The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. I would hire David again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others that they do the same. David AV has five star reviews for a reason: it's deserved!
