However, my questions at one point weren't being answered such as what type of payment they receive. Also, I let them know when I will be home in order to meet them with my laptop. After several hours, I didn't hear back from them. Eventually, I called and left a message. Someone contacted me over an hour later by text around 6:50pm, to tell me that someone will be at my home in about two hours. Then around 9 PM, I received a text stating that they will be here around 9:45 PM. By that time, I did not feel comfortable. So, I canceled it. First of all, there is no way that I would meet someone at almost 10 PM at night to take my laptop, much less meet someone I've never known or met. Even just the mention of "they "will be at my home that late at night, made me incredibly uncomfortable . I would be a fool to allow myself to be that vulnerable. I don't know if they have a second job or what, but you don't keep people waiting that long to do business. I just found this very unprofessional. I think I will just go to a legitimate storefront where I can meet the people who I'm doing business with.

These replacements and additions were requested to be compatible with existing system. It took about 4 weeks to get just the buzzer replaced and they comped me screen since they couldn't figure out how to use my old one with new buzzer and strike. Lou refunded me deposit for cameras they couldn't find. Appears to me their heart is in the right place but they are overwhelmed, understaffed and should be more familiar with products they install to better explain functionality to customers.
