They installed a new doorbell equipped with a camera that also is accessed from my phone. They were incredibly versed in the current technology and maintained a solution for each issue that I had with regard to our decaying system. Since the installation, the President of the company Todd, has been accessible 24/7. I have consistently had questions as I navigate through the new technology. For our entertainment system, he suggested several options around how to configure our whole house audio (we eventually went with Sonos), got us a great deal on equipment and worked with pieces that we already owned or had selected to purchase. He did an amazing in job in fitting a ton of pieces into a small cabinet near our fireplace to hide all external wiring and built out a small vent to manage heat. For the alarm system, we were not sure what to do since we do not have a land line and were hesitant to purchase one just for the alarm system. Phil was able to set us up with an Internet-based security system at an extremely reasonable price that was better than all options recommended by the builder. He followed up diligently and got us a system that we are thrilled with. I reached out, and was promptly greeted by friendly staff who set up an appointment for me to meet with Kevin Brown, for a site walk and potential proposal. Not only was Kevin and his team friendly, informative, and professional, but Kevin was also really honest and helped me scale a little down to my preferred budget. After a few days, we accepted the proposal from Legend Tech, and for a scope that was originally slated for 4 months, Kevin had it down to a little over 12 weeks. The scope of work was re-installation of all network / audio cabling, full audio system install and design, network upgrade, and video signage / exterior displays. Our IT vendors managed the CCTV, and I noticed on a few occasions that Legend Tech interfaced with them easily and assisted them greatly. The general contractor worked easily with the Legend Tech staff, and all of their proposed timelines were exceeded. My clients got much more than their money's worth.
