Shawn designed a Sonos-based solution that was far more budget-friendly while still delivering everything we wanted -- and it turned out beautifully. He implemented a 5-zone Sonos system, including a Sonos surround theater setup, and installed 18 indoor and outdoor speakers plus two TVs (including a 98" TV). He also came up with some genuinely innovative mounting solutions for the outdoor speakers that look clean and intentional. What impressed me most was his professionalism and patience. The existing wiring had some challenges, and Shawn worked through them carefully rather than taking shortcuts. He also improved our network by installing an Eero router system for noticeably better Wi-Fi coverage, and he set up a 5-camera Ring security system. After the main install, Shawn came back for follow-ups to make sure everything was dialed in, and he did a thorough walkthrough so we felt confident using and managing the system.
