Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! It surpassed my expectations. They mounted 3 tv's for me in a couple hours. Definitely worth every penny if you're on the fence about hiring professionals versus doing it yourself. Jimmy was a man of his word... the price he quoted me, was the price I paid. No switch & bait tactics that u hear about in reviews from other vendors. I'll post the 3 tv's they did for me. I have been very busy with the recent move and have spent most of my time putting together furniture and traveling back and forth from our old place to our new place. Everyone knows how stressful and time consuming moving can be. That's the reason I decided to hire a professional to install our new TV. I wanted to find someone I could trust to come into my new home and help my family and I complete our living room setup. I used the Yelp project tool to inquire about TV wall mounting services and a few people responded to my inquiry. Most people who responded were quick to give me a price rate and open availability but failed to ask questions in regards to what I wanted for my TV setup. I also noticed a lot of the people who responded were using a generic template to respond to inquiries. I felt a little overwhelmed by the options and services being offered by everyone. That's when Brandon came into the situation and made me feel at ease. Brandon personally responded to my inquiry and took into consideration the model and type of TV I needed installed. Brandon assured me that he had experience installing this particular model and referred me to his Yelp reviews and pictures. Brandon took the time to explain his services and a break down of his pricing so I could better understand the services provided . He also asked me to send him pictures of where I wanted to have the TV installed. This really made me realize that I was dealing with someone who really pays attention to detail and is making sure he's providing services tailor-made to every individual customer. I also explained to Brandon that we recently moved into a brand new apartment building and I needed a renter friendly method of wall mounting the TV. Brandon assured me that his installation methods would be as clean as possible without causing damage to the wall. We agreed on a price and scheduled an appointment for the installation. I ordered the TV through Best Buy and I updated Brandon through text when the TV arrived. Brandon was just as excited as I was for him to come and install the TV. Brandon was punctual and showed up to the job ready to work. Brandon installed our new 75 inch TV all by himself and only needed my assistance to lift the TV on to the mount itself. The whole time that Brandon was in our home he was professional and courteous. He was engaging and kept the conversation going. He also made sure to clean up after himself and asked for my input before doing anything in regards to the installation. My son was in the living room as well watching and asking questions and Brandon was very attentive and patient with him. Brandon truly made us feel like he was part of the family. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution.
