    Rene and his colleague were fantastic! They thought of everything when installing my two TVs. They installed a 75 inch tv with soundbar in my living room and installed my older 50 inch tv in my bedroom with a wall mount. They took their time to measure properly. They were extremely careful with our walls and furniture. So kind. You cannot go wrong with them. Amazing costumer service and at the end of the day they do way more than what you bargained for. Highly recommend!

    I rarely write reviews but I just had to say, I had a wonderful experience. First they answered my call right away and answered all the questions and concerns I had. They were on time, efficient and very nice. Most of all very patient and stayed until they made sure everything was working properly. I really appreciate that.

    What a dream team! The whole experience was so fast and seamless- I can't believe I hadn't done this sooner. I'm never going to leave my apartment again now that I have two TVs that magically float on the walls. From now on I'm only referencing my apartment as my new home theater, because that's how it feels.

    50" Frame Tv and wooden mantle.

    Helped me install my new Samsung Frame TV and wooden mantle on our brick fireplace. Looks great and is dead center and level. They made sure the area was clean after and also made sure I was happy with the height before finishing the job, even when it meant taking the TV back off and making adjustments to the mount.     We hired Hay Tech to mount our new TV on the wall and they were fast and they came prepared. They've also helped me with few installations in my home and all of them turned out great! They are very friendly and their customer service is excellent. Their pricing is also reasonable because you get what you pay for. I'lol definitely be calling them back for our next installation. Great job Hay Tech!

    We've been a customer of PV Security for decades, which was bought by Valley Alarm and absorbed…read moreinto their system years ago. Had assumed all these years that our house security was adequate but recently was horrified to experience that it very much was not, and more importantly, that the folks at Valley Alarm were not trained properly, made a ton of mistakes, and made for a very stressful holiday. The day before Thanksgiving, we received text alerts of a burglary - nothing else. No idea if this was a fake text or anything, as it provided minimal information (the title: BURGLARY) . Everything that transpired after was across the board an extremely negative experience: 1. I had to call Valley Alarm to get more info. Each time I called, I was on hold for at least five minutes - terrifying when you've just received a text saying BURGLARY. To add insult to injury, the hold music is an advertisement for VA saying that "agents will be on the phone in seconds." 2. I spoke to multiple agents, and none provided sufficient information or answer any of my questions adequately in a way that would reassure me. 3. Horrifyingly, I had to be the one to tell VA to CALL THE POLICE. They were supposed to have called me first, and immediately dispatched the police. Neither happened. In fact, when I called the first time, the agent was a very blase "oh, do you want us to call the police?" Uh YES. And then once that happened, they provided zero follow up information. I eventually found it easier to call my police station directly, and speak to the police via my neighbors. 4. ALL OF THIS WAS A FALSE ALARM. Valley Alarm NEVER provided an explanation of why we had received an alarm. The neighbors never heard the alarm, and when we had someone check the house, there was no sign of anything amiss. 5. After all of this (and before we were able to have someone enter our house) I called VA repeatedly to make sure that our alarm system was still actively armed. Every person gave me a non-answer in the form of double negatives: "well, if nobody has gone in to disarm the alarm, we can only assume it is still armed." Not only was this absolutely not reassuring, and felt like they were hedging their bets, it turned out to be completely incorrect - they just straight up had no way to tell, blaming us for having an old system (which they had never told us to change) and for not performing routine checks (which they had never told us to do). 6. 3x I had their "service technicians" call me to "provide more info" because the agents at the call center were proving to be completely useless. The first time a technician called, she literally started the phone conversation with "what do you want." I was never assured that our house was okay and that the alarm system was still working because none of these agents or technicians could provide straightforward information. I am just horrified with how badly this entire experience went across the board. Valley Alarm has admitted that there was a lot of human error after they looked into this experience, and I have never been more certain or faster in changing companies. I have a new system that provides me with way more information, and doesn't keep me on hold to speak to an agent. Absolutely stay away from Valley Alarm.

This left me shaken up. I spoke with several other companies and then Vernon came out. I can say that immediately you feel safe in his presence and it's very clear he cares about ensuring people are safe and FEEL safe in their homes. He is a former cop and it shows. He is someone with the experience and instincts to really understand safety and that was very apparent in our conversations. He's not a salesman - he's a security expert who knows what you need and is honest and direct. He didn't try to upsell me on excessive unnecessary items like other companies. He asked about my goals and truly sought to understand exactly what I wanted before giving his suggestions. I asked tons of questions which he answered thoroughly and patiently. The best part about the experience was he could instantly tell I was shaken up from a previous incident and was so compassionate while still being direct. He talked to me about how to keep myself safe in case of another break-in given the layout of the new house and improve overall house safety in other ways. He even noticed the doors weren't installed correctly and missing tiny parts that make a door super easy to kick in. You don't always get more bang for your buck and it's definitely much more expensive than a DIY Google Nest self install, but I will sleep better at night knowing I got the true expert advice I needed to keep myself and my home safe. Due to the permitting system in the area and the issues with the owner of the house I lease there may be issues with getting one feature but I am going very out of my way to find a way to get what he thinks I need. So glad I made that last call to APS.

    Found Shlomi on yelp, gave him a call and off the bat we could tell why he is so highly reviewed!…read moreHe was extremely knowledgeable and solved some of our main concerns we had for our upcoming move. We needed four OLED TVs mounted, and my husband was concerned about waiting to get them up given how thin they are. Shlomi offered to "private escort" our TVs, which included removing all four of them for the cost of what it would have run us for movers' insurance and boxes. He removed them all extremely quickly, drove them to our new house, and installed them on the walls before we even moved in, all for a super fair price. Shlomi is a really nice, chill guy, he's fully insured, and he's an electrician, so he does a lot of other services. We are definitely going to have him do some other things in our home. Highly recommend Shlomi, 10 out of 10.

Project #2: Samsung Frame installation in our kitchen I hired Shlomi with a specific idea for how I wanted the Frame mounted. He listened, was completely willing to do it my way, and then expertly walked me through why a different approach would work better. He wasn't pushy about it; he just knew his stuff, explained it clearly, and let me make the call. I'm glad I went with his recommendation. A few things that stood out (again): - He installed the entire Frame while I was on a work call. When my call ended, he was already finished, the TV was up, and everything was clean. Zero damage, zero mess, zero disruption. - The same patience and lack of ego from the doorbell project carried over. He could have just done it his way from the start, but he respected that I had a plan and earned his way into changing it. - The result looks exactly like the Frame is supposed to look: flush, clean, like art on the wall. He's earned two installs of loyalty from me, and there will be a third, fourth, and fifth.
