They came out very quickly,…read moreassessed the problem, provided worst case scenario estimates and next steps on fixing the problem. They were able to come out a few days later, pulled out the pump and determined that it was worn out. Luckily, they had a new pump in store, so it was replaced the same day. They were very methodical and attentive to every part of the system. They reviewed all the components and assessed their state, assembling them with longevity and ever wear in mind. I peppered Scott and Joe with questions, and they patiently answered all the questions every step of the way. They educated me about all parts of the well pump and the best way I can keep an eye on it in the future. I appreciated not just the prompt response, but also the attention to detail in their work and willingness to educate their clients. I would definitely hire them again.

TL; DR: Outstanding professional work at a fair price when you need it!…read more I used this company 3 years ago to unclog my kitchen sink. (Me vs garbage disposal, guess who lost?) Fast forward to this current issue. I was frustrated getting replies of various prices or no price at all "We have to see it to give you a price" I didn't want to deal with the slow drain in my bathroom. That sink is brand new, I was so annoyed. I called Moore on the off chance they had availability. They did. Their drain unclogging price is clearly listed on their Yelp page. I respect that. Easy scheduling based on my needs and the pricing I clear, NO SURPRISES. Service provider arrived at the top of my appointment window, wore a mask, got to work. He showed us what the problem was so we could manage it ourselves should it happen again. Like I said, new sink. Like new NEW don't break by messing with it new. Now we know we won't break anything accessing it the way the service person did. I appreciate the professionalism, the mentoring, and the kindness. Bookmark this. I know you're too smart to pour chemicals down your drains to clear it, Get a professional to help and save your home pipes integrity. Fiver. Perfection. Satisfied.

We were members of this company's HVAC and plumbing maintenance program for several years. The…read moreconcept is great - but execution was consistently poor. The biggest issue: they simply could not keep appointments. Frequent no-shows, missed windows, and last-minute reschedules turned routine maintenance into a recurring hassle. The second issue: constant upselling. Nearly every visit came with a "the system is fine" but we recommend additional products or upgrades. The final incident made us cancel: They performed routine maintenance on a system that was working fine when they arrived. After the maintenance, the HVAC unit wouldn't turn on. We were told it was "about to fail" and the maintenance did not cause the failure. (Debatable.) Conveniently, they had the part on hand but would only install it if we paid out of pocket - even though the part was under warranty. (Don't worry, another company replaced the same part under warranty the following day.) I would think carefully before signing up for a membership.

I can't say I'm happy writing this review, but I feel I need to. I had used BeastBay Plumbing once…read morebefore when we had a drain problem. They were responsive, the tech was friendly and informative. He fixed the problem and we signed up for their loyalty program. I knew our water heater was nearing the end of its lifespan and I called them to get a quote. Sydney came out and explained options. I ended up going for the tankless water heater. I also got quotes to replace a faucet in the kitchen and install a new shower fixture. The techs that showed up were courteous, but were a couple of hours later than the time I had expected. I anticipated the faucet and shower fixture jobs to go fairly quickly, but they took almost two hours. Then they started work on the water heater. What Sydney hadn't discussed was the need for direct power for the tankless system, or the need for a new vent. The tech wanted to open the ceiling up, but as it's a two-story house, and a tile roof, that was a hard no. They ended up doing a vent through the side of the house. At first they said it would be a two-day job, which was not mentioned when I booked the job, but after getting the side vent in, they said they'd finish that day. Here is where things go very very badly. The next day I went into the garage to move a car. I was overwhelmed with the smell of gas. I called BeastBay and phone center told me to call 911, which I did. In the meantime I opened the garage door. I realized after I hit the button, should anything spark, the whole place could go up. Thankfully, it didn't. The fire department came out, pinpointed that BeatBay had not tightened the gas connection to the tankless unit and turned it off. Then began a 2+ hour marathon of calls to BeastBay to get someone out immediately. Except they didn't. I had to call the office 4 times, and then had three different conversations with the office. In the meantime Sydney came back out to see what was up. I explained the severity of the gas leak and also told him I wasn't happy that he hadn't mentioned needing direct power, or the need to re-vent from the previous water heater. Sydney indicated there would be a small rebate and they would service the unit going forward free of charge. The tech showed up, apologized for not securing the gas line, tightened it up and left. This was a week and a half ago. I heard nothing more from BeastBay. I called the office Wednesday and asked they memorialize what Sydney had said during our meeting in writing. The woman who answered, Sarah?, said she'd have to check with Sydney, in a tone that said she didn't believe he had offered anything. She came back and said that was correct and she'd send it over as an email. Nothing was forthcoming. I've called the office twice today, two times no one answering, and the third time it going to a general voice mail. To say I'm disappointed in the service is an understatement. This is a massive failure on so many fronts.
