What an outstanding experience from (the very quick) start to (the very FAST) finish! I highly recommend giving Corky a call to see if he can't help you out with your plumbing needs! I originally called for an anode rod replacement for my water heater and ended up going with a full water heater replacement. Corky was incredibly responsive, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! He came out, took a look at the job, offered me a reasonable rate quote & a solid start date (which was within my preferred timetable [i.e., super fast] - less than a few days from when I initially contacted him). He started the job on time and finished very fast and the end result (a new water heater, including new shut off valves, and gas line, etc.) was beautiful and remedied my issues (replacing a seven year old water heater which ultimately got rid of the stinky sulfuric water stench I was dealing with)! I am so happy with him that I am going to have him quote me for a new sewer line from my house to the main sewer line services and I would look forward to working with him again. Where do I start?! I found Clear Line on Yelp when requesting quotes for a plumbing project. Corky, the owner responded right away, showed up on time, and not only beat another estimate but was beyond fair in his prices. No overcharging here folks. Standard service. The install was not Level and the cutout for the pipe sink cabinet was rushed and sloppy. The sink works well but the install methods were below par. If the owner wants to come fix the work - happy to increase my review to a 5 star. Value is same as competition for the price less the quality and workmanship of the install. Excellent customer service. He's willing to go the extra mile. Did come late, but let us know. Diagnosed the problem after running some tests with moisture gun and troubleshooting. I had water backing up and seeping thru adjoining walls from a stopped up tub/shower drain after another plumber was unsuccessful in clearing the clog the day before. James didn't hesitate to squeeze me in last minute because he knew this was an urgent issue and he assured me he could get the job done that day. He showed up when he said he would and quickly resolved the main stoppage as well as a smaller clog in the sink. His price was very reasonable and well worth the value.
