After obtaining estimates from 4 contractors off the SMUD list, Jairo Gonzalez was the ONLY ONE who thoroughly addressed the hot-spot problems of a 44 YO 2-story home and honestly offered the correct SOLUTION of a new, complete redesign. He explained the benefits of relocation and re-routing the new system with 2 thermostats and zoning for both floors. They prioritize customer service and take on additional work that other contractors will not do. All for a very fair price! He further provides financing such as GoGreen which I used for my large project. I am grateful for the professionalism of Jairo and his highly trained team Ishmail and Kevin who diligently worked 2 full days around my house full of pets, cleaning up thoroughly both nights. They completed the work; took care of my problems, and Jairo followed up the next morning to ensure I am fully satisfied. I am hella comfortable now and sleeping well upstairs with a whisper quiet system providing cool, balanced air. I can also enjoy my back deck with the quiet variable speed unit that doesn't violently turn on and off like my old one did. I HIGHLY recommend Hella Comfort Heating & Air. If I could I would give them 10 stars!

I went out for lunch at noon 4/25/26 and came back to a mess with a toilet overflowing spilling onto the floor + my shower & bathtub coming up with brown water. The other toilet wasn't working as well since I arrived 4/23, I had gotten quotes and was debating on calling a plumber, but having no toilets and not wanting to poop myself i decided to call a plumber in an emergency. I called Precision plumbing as my aunt had good experiences with them. They picked up immediately. Leo got me his technician Larry to come on a Saturday to fix my overflowing drain & Toilet seal. With both toilets down I called him around 230pm, his tech came in around an hour later and was able to resolve everything for a great price and everything was very cleanly done by Larry in a few hours. I had been quoted on yelp $600 to 700 4/23 to change the toilet valve, and I had assumed snaking the drain/ repairing the other toilet would be 1200 to 1500, + the overflow had popped the toilet wax seal, and precision plumbing got all those things done for under 1000$.

I called Precision Plumbing and they came out the same day within a few hours. Leo was very professional and started right away. He was able to snake the main sewer line and found the problem (so we thought). He gave me advice on how to help keep the pipes clean. I thanked him and that was that. But the next night around 9pm, the shower and toilets started to over flow. Luckily the toilet water was just water. But the shower pipes started to back flow dirt and sludge. I called Leo again. And he showed up in about 30 minutes. He snaked the pipe again and found a second clog that was the main suspect. Once he cleared the second clog the pipes went back to normal. He apologized for not getting the second clog the first time and did not charge me anything for going back on the second call. Over all I am satisfied with precision plumbing. I will use them again in the future.
