We wanted to get a quote for a Mini split for our master bedroom since the regular HVAC didn't cool…read morethat room down enough. We called our regular HVAC servicing company which we'd had for the past 2 yrs. Unfortunately they totally fell short on several things. We ended up calling Cozy Home & Mark showed up on time the next day. He immediately put on booties so he wouldn't get our dark floors all dirty. He had already done his homework on the age and sq. footage of our house, which impressed us. Mark was very knowledgeable about our system as well as the Mitsubishi system we decided to go with. He was able to give us a quote that same day on both a single zone and dual-zone (we wanted the option to cool the living room too). Mark told us that it would only require one day to install the 2 systems, which was a lot quicker then the other company quoted, & the price he quoted us was even $1000 lower. They still had a slot open the next day so we told Mark to set it up. Roberto, Salvador, & Gaio showed up right on time at 8:30am, just as Mark said they would. The guys did a terrific job on the install aside from the dirt/dust. We were going to have them wear booties until we realized it would be way too difficult for them to keep having to take them off when they went outside throughout the day. They brought in a tarp to put down under each unit to catch some of the dust & dirt. We made sure to keep them well hydrated and well fed since they were here from 8:30-5:30pm, and it was 100 degrees that day. All in all the systems work wonderfully, and we wished we'd done this 2 years ago. We were so happy with the company, we decided to hire them to be our HVAC service company from now on.
