I spent months trying to find the perfect resort for my destination wedding and anytime I expressed my concern and frustration or asked for guidance all I would get is Ryan quoting me resorts without context - most of which I asked for. While I appreciate all the work and time he put into gathering rates I literally received 0 guidance and assistance in actually finding the best resort. I finally found a travel agent that was much more helpful and took the time to actually help me find the best suited resort and when I let Ryan know he responded by yelling at me through an email and telling me 'I played' him. Are you kidding?! This is a business and at the end of the day you should be able to take constructive feedback. He ended the email with kindly wishing me a blessed wedding...."NOT". Really shows their true character and business practices. Despicable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

0 Stars - Absolutely Terrible Experience. Do Not Use This Company…read more This company completely ruined my first international trip, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I traveled to the Dominican Republic for a family friend's wedding and used the travel agent recommended by the couple, Kawaljeet Singh. That was a huge mistake. From the start, the entire experience lacked any decent customer service and delayed notification about travel requirements. Despite confirming specific room details with Kawaljeet (and even having signed confirmation), we were given a completely different room when we arrived. The hotel staff needed him to correct the booking, but he was conveniently not available and once in communication days later completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility even when shown proof of his mistake. Worse, he doubled down and insisted he was right, refused to reimburse us, and essentially left us stranded with no support. Once you're at your destination, they completely stop caring because they've already been paid. The service was unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright negligent. Do not fall for the illusions on their website this is not a reliable travel agency. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.I will never use this company again, and I strongly suggest planning your trip yourself or going through a more reputable, responsive travel service.

From our first meeting until our wedding day, our coordinator Madison Winters was a joy to work with. She artfully helped us to execute our vision and guided us through the planning process. Her expertise and professionalism was especially appreciated on the day of our wedding. I felt so confident that I could approach her with any concerns knowing that she would be available to provide a solution. I also realize now that there were a few glitches that occurred behind the scenes and she managed to sort through it all without me having to know at the time. I am so appreciative of this. Madison also corresponded with me in the weeks leading up to the wedding when she was away on vacation - I think this is the definition of going above and beyond! Throughout the whole experience I felt confident that Madison understood our vision and knew how to help us bring it to life in the context of our venue. The service and meals were exceptional. Several of our guests commented that they felt the meal was the best they have ever had at a wedding. This means so much to us as hosts. I truly can't recommend Graydon Hall Manor enough. Our wedding was a dream come true!

I was here attending a fundraising event, which also allowed me to sample some of the food and venue overall. Access is quite easy from the 400 & Langstaff. The washrooms and facility is clean and inviting and has a homey warmth to it, with the cream and white tones adding a touch of class and elegance (not to mention the glistening chandeliers). What I want to specifically comment on is the food. I was extremely happy with the prosciutto entree, and must HIGHLY recommend the ricotta tortellini. I am not praising it simply based on "banquet hall" standards (which sometimes fall on the lower end of the spectrum), but on restaurant standards overall. A truly exceptional pasta with a flavourful sauce. Our function took up the entire venue, offering two bars to choose from for a size of about 300 guests. Service was quick and friendly, and the wait staff were also very efficient and courteous. Overall, from a guest's perspective I was very happy with the venue and would recommend it to others to explore as an option to pursue in the area.

We can honestly say that after all the different Banquet Halls that we visited prior to making our selection, we made the right choice. Our journey began when we met with Joe Giglio, who was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Joe offered us several different menu and decoration options which he took time to thoroughly explain to us in detail. We were able to choose from several different linen options which were all included in the cost of the reception. There were no unpleasant surprises or hidden costs when it came time to pay the balance owing for our celebration. Joe made our experience enjoyable and easy going, which was exactly what we wanted when dealing with all the other stresses from planning a wedding. There was a plethora of appetizer, main course and desert options available to us. We were able to customize our menu to meet our wants and needs, as well as the needs of our guests. There were several gluten free options as well as substitutions for guests with food allergies. From the starter soup to the main courses, the food was absolutely fantastic. The portions were very well sized and nobody left the reception hungry. We've gotten nothing but positive and gracious feedback from our guests in the weeks following our reception and everyone was not only satisfied but impressed with the quality and quantity of the meals they received. The customer service factor at the Presidente Banquet Hall was through the roof. The staff was not only welcoming and friendly, but the staff members all went out of their way to make sure that our special day went off without any problems or mishaps. The serving staff was extremely gracious and welcoming to our guests, which really made the night that much more enjoyable. The receiving line was well stocked with alcohol for the guests and bridal party to enjoy. The bartender was absolutely fantastic and made sure that our guests received whatever drinks they desired. Many of our guests have given nothing but high praises for the bartender since our reception, which tells us that nobody left disappointed. After all was said and done, we had a great experience which my wife and I will cherish and remember always. We are extremely satisfied with the experience we had at Presidente Banquet Hall and we plan to return in the future for any partied or celebrations which we may host. My wife and I would and have recommended Presidente Banquet Hal to our family, friends and co-workers.

Best of all, I get to meet and talk to many knowledgeable and very helpful wedding vendors - from decor to DJs, and limo rentals to circus performers! Every bride-to-be should definitely come here, you will learn so much during this event! Fantasy Farm offers two very unique banquet rooms. It would be ideal if you're having a smaller wedding. The "Cottage" can hold roughly 100 people. It is accompanied by a beautiful pond and a deck where you can host a small wedding ceremony. It looks absolutely amazing during the warmer seasons with full bloom flowers all around! There is also an indoor fireplace where they can make your winter event warm and toasty! The "Make Believe Ballroom" is gorgeous. It can hold roughly 200 people with a nice bar and a HUGE outdoor grill! I've been to a wedding here last September and I absolutely loved it :D The outdoor BBQ during the wedding recpetion was a very nice touch. We had a delicious 4 course meal with salad, lasagna, grilled entree and dessert. Guests were able to walk outside to get their grilled steak/chicken/salmon entree with unlimited seasoned veggies and potatoes. This was probably the best wedding venue I have ever been to - simple yet elegant. Food was excellent, portions were huge, and open bar service was quick and courteous! This is definitely a hidden gem for hosting your special events in Toronto! Unfortunately, there is no way I can cut down from 300 guests to 200... and so, the search continues!

The dinner pricing and package was reasonable too and they offer outdoor BBQ! How cool is that? We did not end up having it at the venue though because we were afraid of mosquitos since the venue is surrounded by lush greenery and we have guests who are very picky about outdoor venues. I still want to recommend this place though because I think it's just lovely and if you're a bride who don't mind nature and all that comes with it, this might be for you.

DO NOT BOOK THIS BANQUET HALL - Horrible Experience from Start to Finish…read more Our experience with this banquet hall was a complete disaster, and I would never recommend it to anyone, especially not for an important event like a wedding. Let's start with the bridal room -- or what they claim is a bridal room. When I asked Jeet to direct me to it, he told a staff member in Hindi to "clean it before taking her." I was then led down to the end of a dirty basement hallway and shown a few tiny, stuffy rooms with no AC and one barely working fan. It was one of the most disgusting spaces I've ever seen -- completely inappropriate for any bride. Next, the decor situation was a mess. We had hired a third-party vendor to decorate, but Jeet failed to remove decorations from a previous event. Our team had to work around their leftover decor, which made setup extremely cramped and chaotic. As guests began arriving, the carpets were still dirty. I had to ask the manager 3-4 times to get someone to vacuum, and by the time they did, it was already too late -- guests were walking in as a worker was vacuuming the floor. Jeet actually told us to keep the guests outside while they finished cleaning. Unbelievable. We were also charged extra -- a few hundred dollars -- for microphone and speaker use because we had organized speeches. However, the sound system didn't work at all. When we notified Jeet, he brushed it off saying they were "working on it" and asked us to wait. Obviously, we couldn't delay the entire event while they took their time trying to fix it. As for the food, we were told we'd receive authentic Afghan food from their partner, Riaz Catering. What we got was anything but Afghan cuisine. The food was bland and disappointing -- most of our guests didn't even eat. Later we realized that another Indian party downstairs had been served the exact same food, falsely labeled as Afghan. On top of that, they just left the food out all night without properly storing or managing it. To make matters worse, the temperature inside the hall kept rising throughout the night. While the AC was working in the beginning, it was clear they were turning it down (or off) to cut costs, making the atmosphere uncomfortable for all our guests. In summary: 0/10. Jeet and the entire management team were completely unprofessional and disorganized. From the venue conditions to the service and food -- everything was below acceptable standards. Do not waste your time, money, or peace of mind booking this hall. You will be disappointed and frustrated, just like we were.
