She also checked the photoshoot location in advance for us! She was very knowledgeable about lighting, the best timing, posing, locations, so her advice helped us decide the location and time. Her great customer service and extra accommodation made our experience very special and memorable. Even though it was our first photoshoot in our life, her friendly character really made us relaxed during our photoshoot. Her photos came out so beautiful and we just fell in love with them! I really recommend her Full Session since we were able to take photos in the several beautiful spots and receive all photo data (we loved every single photo with a variety of different shots, close up/wide shots, posing, etc) The album and custom cards came in really good print quality. My (new) husband…read moreand I were probably the pickiest couple when it came to searching for a wedding photographer we could agree on. Literally, we interviewed probably 18 photographers in Toronto in a span of a month, and couldn't find one that matched the classic yet modern aesthetic we wanted and at a price point we were comfortable with. All this, of course, until we met Eric. Eric met us on an incredibly snowy and rainy morning in the spring of 2017 after receiving our inquiry online (I found him on Instagram!), about 5 months before our wedding date. From the very start, he was incredibly professional (out of 18 photographers, he was the only one we met who brought a brochure/portfolio to our meeting). He explained everything he would do before our wedding day, and during our wedding day. He showed me examples of pictures he took in the past, suggested photo shoot locations, and genuinely cared about the photos we wanted. He stayed in touch throughout the months approaching our wedding day, gave suggestions about lighting at our venue, and had a Skype meeting with us before our wedding to go over the schedule for the day and suggestions for photos. One thing I noticed about Eric is that he actually cared about what we wanted as a couple (we met one photographer in Toronto who actually wouldn't take certain photos because it didn't go with his style - Eric isn't like that at all, and cares about your vision!). On our wedding day, he arrived early, he worked so well with our bridal party, gave suggestions on how to pose, and by the end of the day, he wasn't just a photographer - he was like a friend. He had all his equipment handy and was so creative with the types of photos he took and suggested. So creative, a great eye, and honestly everything you could ever want in a wedding photographer. We can't thank Eric enough for everything he did on our wedding day, and after. He was, 100%, the best choice for us, and if you choose him, you won't be disappointed! We'll be treasuring his photos of our wedding for years to come.

You get one image and any extra ones are $40.00 each, unless you buy a few then you get some discount. The photo we liked was not even centered and after asking blemish erasing for one of us, we all ended up looking like porcelain dolls. And now for "la pièce de résistance" (which is not what this review is based on), the service was beyond crappy. The staff was uninterested. Maybe they treat their "non-coupon" customers better, but we were treated like a nuisance. Hope this helps others.

I traveled to the Dominican Republic for a family friend's wedding and used the travel agent recommended by the couple, Kawaljeet Singh. That was a huge mistake. From the start, the entire experience lacked any decent customer service and delayed notification about travel requirements. Despite confirming specific room details with Kawaljeet (and even having signed confirmation), we were given a completely different room when we arrived. The hotel staff needed him to correct the booking, but he was conveniently not available and once in communication days later completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility even when shown proof of his mistake. Worse, he doubled down and insisted he was right, refused to reimburse us, and essentially left us stranded with no support. Once you're at your destination, they completely stop caring because they've already been paid.The service was unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright negligent. Do not fall for the illusions on their website this is not a reliable travel agency. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.I will never use this company again, and I strongly suggest planning your trip yourself or going through a more reputable, responsive travel service.

Our officiant, Gordon, was warm and responsive, read a lovely poem by Maya Angelou, and rolled with it handsomely when we realized halfway through the vows that we'd forgotten to tell him my partner uses they/them pronouns. The space is pretty, and we got to use our chosen music. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
