During our initial consultation Sarah thoroughly explored our vision for our perfect day. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Sarah knew more about the Persian traditions and customs in my wedding than the most ardent of Persians. I loved that Sarah understood my vision for a modern Canadian ceremony perfectly blended with the most beautiful elements of the Persian/Zoroastrian tradition. Closer to the wedding day, Sarah met with us yet again to finalize all remaining details, from the vows all the way through to the timing and order of those appearing in the ceremony. She has an established and a very effective way of working with couples and knows exactly how to deal with a specific scenario and story you have . After getting all information she required from us (it was very easy to share all our information filling out the Questionnaire she provided us with and explaining exactly what we were looking for or hoped to see during our ceremony), Sarah provided us with a beautiful and personalized ceremony that she wrote specifically for two of us based upon all that information she collected. We kept in touch constantly via the email and the phone most of the time when we had any questions or concerns. A week before the wedding, we had a final meeting with Sarah during which we went through all the details and specifications of the ceremony, she provided us with the structure and the order of the ceremony, made some professional suggestions we loved; we had a chance to ask all the questions we had left at that time and finalized everything for the upcoming big day. We finally celebrated our marriage with a ceremony and reception 2.5 years later. At this point we were already legally married and had a 1 year old daughter. Martin stuck with us over these 2 years and I am so glad he did. Despite of the postponement, Martin never charged us with an additional postponement fee (unlike other vendors). We met virtually on Zoom and he asked all the right questions to get to know our story in a short period of time. He even managed to get my wife to tear up during the process (which I found amusing, but not my wife). On our special day, he delivered a great introduction to our story including how we met and how we got engaged. He also coached us into writing our own vows, which ended up being the most heartfelt, meaningful and emotional part of the wedding day (a little unexpectedly). Martin really does a superb job being an officiant. I am amazed at how quickly and well he got to know us, even after only one virtual meeting. Martin also seems like a great person with a hugely positive personality. I give Martin and Ceremonies With Choice my highest recommendation.

Everything was great until our wedding day. Amalia was an hour and a half late and arrived 5 minutes before our ceremony. She was supposed to arrive to the venue two hours prior - that's what was communicated. She did not call, email, text or answer her phone. Very concerning and extremely unprofessional. The only stress I had on my wedding day was from our officiant. I am writing this review - almost a year later because it still haunts us. I want every couple that wants to have Amalia officiate their wedding to deeply think and reconsider.

We purchased the 'Everything but the Dress' package and it was truly a stress-free process. Andrea and John have been truly wonderful to work with, very responsive to messages, and very accomodating to our requests. About 3 months before the Wedding Day, we had an Engagement Photo Session, and the photos were so beautiful we used one for our wedding invitations! On the Big Day, the venue was so beautiful, the cake was delightful, the hors d'oeuvres were plenty and delicious! Andrea has perfectly captured our wedding colors through the cake, boutonnieres, and the bridal party bouquets which were just stunning to look at! John was excellent, and he also put some humor into the ceremony! He worked with me in outlining the ceremony, as well as my music choices (I have given him too many music selections!). The ceremony was amazing and everything went smoothly! Andrea has kept me up-to-date with all developments with the wedding planning. She made sure everything was perfect! She took beautiful photos throughout the day, before the ceremony in the bridal suite, during the ceremony (capturing all the most precious moments), and after the ceremony for portraits with the family. She made sure all the guests were happy and taken care of. As a bride on her wedding day, it could be easy to forget some moments as the day goes by really fast, and it could get overwhelming, but the photos have made me remember how magical the day was, and the experience made me really say to myself: 'I do not want this day to end'. John and Andrea were incredibly nice and accommodating to what we wanted our wedding to be. The wedding package that we chose took care of the entire ceremony for us... we just had to show-up in our attire and enjoy ourselves. We gave Andrea our colors, met with the baker, Katherine Lima, to chose our cake and chose to include the Ilaria Duet as our musical option, but beyond that, we didn't have to do much. John was phenomenal and made the entire ceremony flow very smoothly. Andrea, along with her assistant, captured the entire day for us in photographs; we have so many amazing pictures to choose from for our wedding album. To our surprise, there were 2 videographers present as well to capture the ceremony in video. We are very happy to give Coach House Weddings such an awesome review and hope to see many more happy memories being made with Andrea and John.

Towards the endi, it was incredibly frustrating that they would send out LONG standard responses asking you to review everything, yet on at least 3 occasions, did not even respond to my questions. Though we got what we wanted, I was incredibly disappointed at communications with this team. I tried going in person, over the phone and emails to get the message across. Luckily getting invitations is not a long process and we got beautiful invitations. In retrospect, I would have gone elsewhere because this is the only vendor that was frustrating to deal with. I'd recommend you do your research to shop around more than we did. Depending on what you want, you may not really save this much at this place. We budgeted $5 and spend close to $9....that said, we loved them.

Love their invitations! For my wedding invitations, I was very specific with what I wanted. I…read morewanted a tri-fold and pocket design with a bedazzled rhinestone. I am not a huge DIY person so I didn't want to put my own invitations together. While searching around, I realized that adding a rhinestone to the invitation added a lot more cost. I am so glad I happened upon Stephita while searching online. I order invitation #917 because it was exactly what I wanted and so much cheaper than any of the stores that I was looking at in the US. Also, I did not have to pay tax since the store is based in Canada! Working with Stephita was also wonderful. Everyone was so nice and patient with me as I went through multiple proofs after changing my mind about one thing or another. The invitations came ahead of time and they even included extra envelopes and RSVP cards. I would recommend them 100%!
