The chilaquiles, the chips weren't soggy, they still had a bite to them. The sauces had so much flavor! My husband and I left with full bellies and a big smile on our faces! All the waitresses and waiters were so nice! Diego was telling us the story of the restaurant. Which was nice to hear. All family owned. Hopefully they open another restaurant close to us!!! They have live music and a big fountain in the middle of the restaurant. They brought out a small complimentary consomé de pollo con arroz as an appetizer, which was a really nice touch and set the tone right away. We ordered the enchiladas suizas, which were really, really good. Definitely a highlight. We also had the milanesa de res, which came with fries and beans (pretty typical). While the portion was solid, the milanesa itself could have been seasoned much better, it was a bit bland compared to the rest of the meal. The beans paired with it also lacked flavor. We also tried the enchiladas de mole. Mole is always subjective since everyone has their own preference. This one leans sweeter and more chocolate-forward. If you enjoy a rich, slightly sweet mole, this will be right up your alley. If you prefer a spicier (like me), less chocolatey mole, you may want to skip it. One thing to note, the parking lot is tricky. Cars are parked behind each other, so I'd only recommend coming if you have some extra time. If you're in a rush or don't want to deal with that kind of parking situation, it may be frustrating. We spent 20 min trying to figure out whose car was behind ours. Overall this place is okay, it'd be willing to comeback and try different menu items.
