They came promptly to fix the issue when I called, but more earth balls grew and the drip system repair fell apart. So I called again and now they are giving me the run around saying it was my fault, I have to wait 14 days until they can even schedule a repair, and they already did the reps even though I sent new pictures which they requested. Bottom line is that this was done in April '26 and it's already deteriorating and they apparently don't want to stand behind their product. With all the ground prep that is done, nothing should be able to grow under the turf. If you are considering a yard redo, ask for warranty, guarantee, repair info before committing!
