But manager Nick stepped in and completely turned things around. Nick took the time to understand the problem and made it right by installing two brand-new rear tires that are honestly perfect for this car. These are sporty, modern, high-end tires. Even Mercedes didn't suggest this option. And they were installed at no cost to me. The difference is night and day. The car now drives perfectly and feels very stable at speed.
