I randomly tried this pizza place over a decade ago by chance. It got good reviews and wasn't too far from the house so why not try it out. A decade later and I still crave the strombolis here! They're the best of any place I've ever been - even NYC and other countries. For $15 you get a large stromboli with one topping of your choice that two very big eaters can barely finish. The dough is cooked perfectly with a slightly crisp exterior and a very pillowy soft interior. It's coated with a garlic-butter type spread, but lightly, and just right. The sauce is the best part, it's a perfect sauce for a stromboli - not too thick, not too thin and bursting with flavor. There's enough cheese to cover 3 pizzas and they are extremely generous on the "toppings". Occasionally I'll try something else - such as the pizza if I'm going to a friend's house to watch a game. Everyone is always really impressed with the pizza. It's not really NYC style - it's a bit of a softer doughier crust than that - but I love it. And the taste of the dough, the quality of the cheese and the amazing sauce make it a huge win. I actually prefer this to real NYC style pizza. It's a small place and the service is always good, refilling your drinks as they get low and a smiling face as they drop off your food, take your order, etc. Expect to see the same few servers every time you go in - it's that kind of place. read more

We really enjoyed our dinner here. Started off with some garlic knots and ended with a couple pizzas. The whole table really enjoyed the Meat Extreme Pizza, which had (actually a pretty average amount of) sausage, pepperoni, ham, and bacon. Overall, Torino's has better value than some other pizzerias in the area and the food was solid. The marinara sauce with the knots was particularly good. Ambiance is ehh. Poorly lit and even the second fridge where drinks are is like walking into a dark closet. Service is weak. Ordered 4 slices to go and only before paying after grabbing drinks they decide to tell me no more pizza slices except two. I would have to wait for extra slices 10-15 minutes. Then the rest of the food are uncovered and looks like it's been sitting there all day. Not too appetizing. Food is not great. I was spot on the two slices we got were not good. They def had been sitting there and tasted bland and chewy. I was in a rush and I was better off going to McDonald's. WATCH OUT FOR SHORT CHANGING HERE! Why when this place asks for cash that they feel the need to short change you? Pizza to-go order was $19.75. I gave the girl a $20. She put it in the register, closed the door, and grabbed our pizza and just said thanks. I asked her where my change was. She responded, "Oh, you want your 75 cents change?" Duh!!! I was starving when I came in and got the garlic bread and chicken parmigiana, my boyfriend got a pizza. They gave us ONE garlic roll and some sub bread with garlic sauce slathered on it. My chicken was so burnt and bland, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. The pizza tasted frozen. It was so awful that all I could think of was what Gorden Ramsey would say, as this was the type of stuff you only see on kitchen nightmares. We stopped in tonight for date night and we're just as satisfied with the dine-in service. The employees are kind and are quick to bring out your order. We have the garlic bread with cheese and calamari as an appetizer. Both were delicious and devoured. The house salad is also good. My husband had the eggplant parmigiana. The portion was enough for two and he recommends it to anyone. I had a small white pizza and enjoyed the flavor and had plenty of leftovers. Finally!! A awesome location and it's in the same shopping center I visit often! We were looking for a pizza place for dinner and was across the way at Kohl's.. so I remembered always seeing this sign when we visit Publix... lets try it out. Its the main place you see with the bright blue lights... but once inside its super nice and clean. You don't even see the blue lights from inside. When we entered we were told we can sit anywhere... so we grabbed a booth and had a seat. A waitress greeted us and took our drink order. Maybe it was a long day for her, but we were there to eat. So we ordered a order of garlic knots to start. Super yummy! They are just the right size too. Someone in our group ordered a small antipasto salad that fed 2 of them, and it also came with a huge garlic knot! Probably equivalent to 5 of the order we received, Huge!! Then our pizza came out. We ordered extra cheese, and it had exxxxtrrraaaa cheese lol. It was so delicious! My husband immediately said, soooo good! We left with one slice, barely lol. Excellent pizza! I have placed multiple large carry out orders here and have been very pleased each time. The orders have all been accurate and made fresh, on time. Since I can't eat the regular pizza, I'm told it's very good. They looked amazing, had a fair amount of toppings and were baked to golden perfection. They offer gluten free pizza, which I have ate a few times and I've been happy with it. I believe the gluten free pie comes in a 10" size. I always request that it's cut with a fresh pizza cutter and have not run into an issue this far. The house salad is also very good, fresh and made with a good amount of veggies. 5 stars for this little hidden Oviedo gem! This establishment is located in the Publix plaza off Aloma and Clayton Crossing Way. It's a small shop, and it has maybe about 10 booths and another 5-7 tables. The space itself feels homey and clean, not overdone or like someone skimped on the decor. But the most important part: the food. The pizza is delicious! Some of the best I've had in Orlando actually. This spot prides itself on its New York style pizza and to be honest, they should. They do a great job on slices and whole pies. I know it's going to be a struggle knowing they're so close to my house while I try to be healthier When I went most recently, I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan with ziti, which was super cheesy and delicious. It came with a large roll of bread, which was full of buttery greasy goodness. I also had some French fries as an appetizer (yes, I visited carb city, don't judge) which tasted pretty fresh, so you know the food is made to order. It's been a while since we've been in person but carry out has been great. There are a lot of Local Italian restaurants in the area and most do decent job. Our tables' order includes the Spinach and Tomato Pizza, Meat Extreme Pizza, Chicken Marsala, Garlic Knots, and their Wings. The best was the wings, they were served at a hot temperature, skin just crispy, sauce a delicious hot and smothered. Wings were good. Second best was the Pizza, but it's an Italian place so if they got that wrong I mean... the Spinach Tomato was really good with a Balsamic Glaze on it, fresh tasting. The Meat Extreme is a tasty unrelenting pizza. All the meat you could ask for, cheese couldn't hold all the toppings at peak temps. The garlic knots were so-so. Really buttery in comparison to what I like in Garlic. Giovanni's has better knots and probably pizza to me as well. Overall wasn't un-satisfied, waited a little long for food and at 5pm they were completely sold out of slices which was odd. If I have a choice, I'd probably go to Giovanni's or somewhere I might know better, if someone else chooses I'm not exactly mad at it either. read more

I just had this for the first time tonight. I had the bruschetta pizza. If I could give this 20 stars, I would. It had tomato, basil, garlic, feta, olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic. I had to send the fries back because they looked gross & had an odd taste . I believe it was old grease , server said she'd take it off bill . They still wanted to charge me a buck for honey mustard . Cheesesteak very greasy & little meat & falling apart . Got our bill & was charged for a soda also which I had H2O . She gave $ back with no tax . Asked for my tax $ back & she comes back with a penny ! Told her the tax was more then that & she came back with another dollar . Ordered on Sunday night, our neighbors get take out from here and I'm always looking for good delivery pizza. I probably would have given them 4 stars for what we received, if the food had arrived warm and somewhat on time. Pizza, wings and garlic rolls were all cold and needed to be reheated. (-1 star) The order was called in at 7:15, I was told 1 hour. I called at 8:30 to ask if all was OK with our order, as it was 1.25 hours after calling and I live 1 mile from the restaurant. I was told they were on the way and they got busy and should be there any minute. They were. Had dinner not arrived cold from sitting around, I would have been fine without an apology. I crisp cooked the wings in the oven (15min at 425 degrees), while I ate a large slice of congealed pizza. I reheated the pizza & garlic rolls for the hubby, both looked much better with melted cheese- hubby said both tasted good. Not worth the $$ for reheating just-delivered food, so I'll hold off before trying their take out. Too bad. read more

We aren't major frequent pizza delivery customers, but ever since we tried Torino's on a whim one night, this is our go-to delivery spot. The pizza always has such great flavor and they are not shy with the toppings. We haven't tried too much of the menu, though it seems like they offer a variety of Italian food besides pizza. We've loved what we ordered from the beginning so we always seem to get that instead of branching out. Our recommendations? The bruschetta pizza and the white pizza. Both super delicious! The bruschetta has tomatoes, basil, garlic and feta, with a light balsamic sauce drizzled over the top. So yum! There is no meat on either of these pizzas, and they really don't need any, but I'm sure you could add it and it would be tasty! We haven't had a top-notch experience as far as customer service. The person taking our order was rather short and rude with us on one occasion. That was the only time we encountered that but I felt it was worth mentioning. They sometimes take a while to deliver so if you're really hungry, just prepare your tumtum! In our experience, it's worth the wait though. The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality and quantity. I would definitely recommend this place for take-out. read more

When I first went there I picked up a single slice (can't even remember what it was), and really wasn't impressed. I usually don't like getting those single slices since those pizzas could have been sitting out for hours, but I was in a rush. I was close to never trying it again, but since I live very close to the restaurant I ordered an entire pie one night for a football party. Night and day when it's fresh. The pizza is a NY Style thin crust, and made to order. I usually get the Supreme with some minor modifications, and they always get it just right. I'd recommend requesting some extra sauce since their standard pies are a little dry in that regard. If what you order has too much of this, or too little of that, just tell them the next time; they'll make it how you want it. They also recently changed up how they season their crust. They now drizzle some garlic butter, or Parmesan, or something along the top. A very nice addition, and possibly a response to some people saying their crust is bland, heh. I didn't mind the plain taste since, but the garlic/Parmesan flavor is a great touch. I don't dine in, so I can't really attest to the service but I crave a takeout pizza from here every couple of weeks. Definitely pick one up if you live in the area, and give this mom and pop shop a shot. read more

Ordered for my first time today and I'm pretty disappointed to say the least. I ordered eggplant Parmesan and a slice of Sicilian pizza. The delivery driver put my dinner on top of my pizza box so all the cheese stuck on to the box and it was inedible. When he arrived he said "sorry." ......... I was very excited to order the pizza because they have stellar reviews, but the employees clearly don't care about the quality of service which is a shame.
