It's because the trainers are motivational and really keep you accountable. Coach Nigel is super responsive and really pushes me to the next level. Through the highs and lows, he really adapts our training to match me. The community is super fun too-- Katrina, Coach Gary, Yaire, Gabe all bring such good energy. The fitcamps on Saturday's are a lot of fun and help keep you in the right mindset through the weekends and keeps you motivated. Highly recommend!

I found the organization on Yelp and went to the @elite_technique instagram website and was immediately amazed by the results being shown. This was all I needed to see to convince me that this was place that I needed to join. I contacted Elite Technique via Yelp to establish my membership, in addition to asking any other pertinent questions and obtaining necessary details. You have the option of going to five days a week and an extra day of Saturday Morning Bootcamp is included. The sessions are normally thirty minutes (more so HIIT style) workouts that consists of specific plans for your specific goal. Elite Technique also provides meal plans, in which you can reach out to your trainer for motivation in remaining consistent. Each trainer is assigned one to two clients per session to ensure Social Distancing guidelines are followed. Everyone in the gym must also bring a large towel to cover equipment, in addition to wearing gloves that cover your entire hand. Elite Technique is constantly being cleaned by the trainers with disinfectant wipes/spray during and after the use of equipment. I was assigned Miguel as a trainer. Miguel pushes me and I really appreciate him for that. To be honest, all of the trainers are very friendly and motivating. Deciding to attend Elite Technique will be an amazing choice for anyone that needs assistance on their fitness journey.

From the dedicated trainers who WILL PUSH YOU, the camaraderie built with other classmates, the 6 week journeys, yoga classes for journey members and the inclusive environment, you really can't beat it. Coach Tee is a no nonsense but passionate trainer and I wouldn't have it any other way. They even have occasional events where we all went hiking to change it up a bit and happy hours to celebrate our progress. As a black owned, woman owned gym... There is varied parking. Lots B and C are closest to the track but the back lot has more than enough room for overflow. The track is tucked behind fencing cut there is more than enough space for tents and space to camp out outside the venue. While it's no VA Beach or Greensboro, the space does the job. The staff was kind and the park had more than enough police presence to keep it safe.

This is THEE hub. Because of the egregious amount of people, expect to park far as hell from the complex. Even better, use your phone flashlight to illuminate your walkway because there only a few street lamps. Perhaps this is why, even in the crosswalk, you too can have an invigorating rush as your life flashes before your eyes in the stark headlights of a metro bus who never heard of a brake! Finally, enjoy the amenities in the aquatic center two informational desks down in a basement where lockers require $1.00 in coins. Quarters to be exact! Because why not! You've paid for a membership and/or a class, why not pay for the nostalgia of loose change! Who needs the year 2026?! Extroverts, this is the spot. Introverts, you will feel overwhelmed and wonder what fresh hell did you step in, probably try to power through until the pesky locker thwarts all defenses. You'll throw your hands up and peace tf out and say to yourself, yep I shall stick to the aquatic centers only. More manageable.
