I was in and out of there in five minutes to ship a book and they were so helpful and nice, unlike the grumpy post office workers who barely say two words to me. I also had to pick up a drugstore item and they cashed me out all at once. Great customer service and small town feel and I will be back for anything I need to ship for the holidays!

The staff rarely greets you when you approach the counter, and you're often left standing there wondering if anyone is even going to acknowledge you. The overall attitude comes across as irritated and unwelcoming. They frequently seem to have a "don't bother me" expression, ignore customers waiting to be helped, and will huff, puff, or act annoyed when you ask a question. Asking for clarification shouldn't feel like you're inconveniencing the staff. I understand that pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, and respectful response would go a long way. Unfortunately, the consistently poor attitude makes going to this pharmacy an unpleasant experience.

A little friendly neighborhood family-owned pharmacy. These kinds of places have been largely run out of business by the likes of CVS and Walgreens and Rite Aid. It's really good to see that there are still a few left in business, and for that reason I would always give these guys my business over any of the major chains if possible.

The CVS is inside it and is basically just the Target Pharmacy with the CVS Banner on it and it is a good Pharmacy although it's really expensive but the good thing about it is that if you happen to be in Target and you need some CVS stuff then it's all in one go. But if you want to come specifically for the CVS then I totally wouldn't do it if I were you because having to come to a Target just to get your Pharmacy stuff could be really annoying and having to deal with all the Target crowds could be a little bit of a waste of time for you especially in this Plaza cuz it's right on Niagara Falls Boulevard which is one of the busiest roads with one of the busiest malls and I would just steer clear unless you happen to be shopping at the Target. Barbie says: CVS must stand for Carries Various Sundries. Their prices are usually expensive, but if you sign up for the rewards card, you can use different coupons to make things more affordable. I happen to work overnights, and ever since the Covid Era this pharmacy has had limited hours and staff. I used to be able to pick up my prescriptions before or after work - but not anymore. Now, they're closed when I wake up for work and they don't open until three hours after I get out of work. Because I am an adult with a life and other obligations: it is difficult for me to get to Walgreens to pick up my prescription at the very moment it is ready. I recently went into the pharmacy to pick up a script that the app said was ready and - they had cancelled it because I 'did not pick it up in time.' This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I promise I am not lazy, it is just impossible for me to get there the same day. If I have to wait a couple of days - screw me, I guess, because then the prescription has been cancelled and I have to wait 45+ minutes in the store for them to fill it again. On my most-recent trip, the cashier was...and I'm sorry to say this, but I didn't get her name...a hood-rat looking young woman. She had a bad dye job, too-dark makeup, and a nasty attitude. I'd ask her a question ('How long after a prescription is ready do you cancel if it it isn't picked up?') and she'd respond with rolled eyes and an unrelated question ('Did you wanna wait for it or nah?') She mumbled a lot, too: not just to herself but also while speaking to me. She was barely audible, except when I said: 'No, don't bother filling it, I'm not waiting,' and I turned to walk away. Then is when she SCREAMED: 'Well that was rude!!!' Oh, I was rude? For expecting to pick up my prescription that the app said was ready & waiting to be picked up? Alright, then. I filed a complaint about her on the Walgreens site. I moved my prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is a joke. The app is annoying. You can either enable or disable notifications. If you don't enable notifications then you aren't notified when your prescriptions are ready. And a lot of times, you'll get a 'Your prescription is processing' notification, then a 'Your prescription is ready' notification immediately followed by a 'Your prescription is delayed' notification - and then no further notifications, so you have no idea whether your prescription is ready or or not unless you call the pharmacy. I've called the pharmacy - the typical wait time to speak to a live human (not even a pharmacist - just a cashier) is one hour. And If you do enable notifications then you will be notified when your prescriptions are ready BUT you'll also get notifications for when sunscreen is on sale, or what Memorial Day groceries deals are happening, and MORE notifications for every other item that is on sale.

Also large easy well lit parking. It's like most Walgreens, easy inside and out. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

They have to give you partial medication and you have to wait days or you don't get it at all.! How do you merge two Rite Aids and not be prepared? I was even told by the manager that I should look for another Pharmacy besides rite aid. because it could be six months before they could sort out the medication shortage.. what the hello!!! Insane. I miss my old rite aid on Nash. Sorry that Monica followed over to the one on meadow. Was hoping she would have left ! she was the only downside with the old rite aid. Monica is horrible ! She also took it upon herself to call my doctor and switch my medication without informing me. Love the clerks here but this was too much. I'll be going elsewhere. Called their corporate customer service number. Was told someone would call me back. It's been more than 24 hrs and they have not called.
