The lady taking our order also gave us outstanding service by saving us $2 on our order just by combining our items into meals. I will be stopping here frequently for the next 3 months while I am residing in the area.

I have been to this Firehouse Subs location many times, and am not every disappointed in anything -…read morethe service, food, and SWEET TEA are all fabulous EVERY time. I usually opt for the brownie, drink & sub combo (rather than chips), and am equally satisfied with the brownies. I always get the turkey sub. My daughter always gets roast beef. Each of our friends has a specific sandwich they order, as well. No matter what we order, though, we all think OURS is best. Oh, and serving our subs with a pickle? Perfection! I love pickles, and the first time I ate here, it was a pleasant surprise. It's always lovely when my server remembers my love of pickles and slips an extra one in my wrapper. :) Great food, relaxed/casual atmosphere, and friendly folk. What more do you need? Oh - excellent sweet tea. Yep, they've got it!

Packed with flavor and didn't disappoint. Unfortunately it took two hours. I'm assuming it's because this new location wasn't ready for the amount of love and support this town was ready to show it! We are all super grateful for your location opening! I was told the reason for the long wait was that orders were backed up. Totally understandable on a busy night before a holiday weekend. Just know we're patient and here to continue to show the love. To the owner and staff: we are so excited to have you here! We know you're probably working on streamlining processes and learning which day parts are heavier traffic and which are lighter. I'm here to tell you you're doing a great job! I love that you're close by and look forward to eating there at least once a week for life :) To the DoorDash delivery person Chris: THANK YOU for waiting for my order. I know it was a small one but it was really appreciated. I had two other drivers assigned before you who both bailed so I'm grateful for your patience and follow through!

Genuinely embarrassing Edit: the food was incorrect and upon going to the store to resolve this, one worker was polite and receptive about remaking it, the other one which was a gentlemen with tattoos and a presumed mixed skin tone, was extremely argumentative about how they don't need to relay that they are out of certain things that were ordered and not relayed prior to picking up. He then continued to cut me off when I called him out for being rude while he is the one on the clock, and refused to give me his name. The other guy working was extremely nice and respectful as you would hope, but oh man I can't imagine if I talked to someone like that at work and was just fine with it.
