A review from a Jersey Mikes loyal supporter! Last night I ordered delivery from DoorDash - a regular #7 (pictured) which is a turkey and provolone (my favorite sub btw). It was delicious! Packed with flavor and didn't disappoint. Unfortunately it took two hours. I'm assuming it's because this new location wasn't ready for the amount of love and support this town was ready to show it! We are all super grateful for your location opening! I was told the reason for the long wait was that orders were backed up. Totally understandable on a busy night before a holiday weekend. Just know we're patient and here to continue to show the love. To the owner and staff: we are so excited to have you here! We know you're probably working on streamlining processes and learning which day parts are heavier traffic and which are lighter. I'm here to tell you you're doing a great job! Jersey Mike's Subs - #7 regular with turkey and provolone - Sandwiches Near Me - Crestview, Florida

Ordered at 6:39pm. Arrived at 6:51 and the app said 6:53 it would be ready. Finally got it at 7:07. Insane that it took that long. Genuinely embarrassing Edit: the food was incorrect and upon going to the store to resolve this, one worker was polite and receptive about remaking it, the other one which was a gentlemen with tattoos and a presumed mixed skin tone, was extremely argumentative about how they don't need to relay that they are out of certain things that were ordered and not relayed prior to picking up. He then continued to cut me off when I called him out for being rude while he is the one on the clock, and refused to give me his name. The other guy working was extremely nice and respectful as you would hope, but oh man I can't imagine if I talked to someone like that at work and was just fine with it. read more

Food was tasty. Friendly staff but the screaming metal music was not family friendly.

Same complaint as many others. You'll wait nearly an hour for a sub, insane. Don't come to this store, has happened EACH time (though this hour is the longest, the other 2 times were still 30+ minutes past their pick up time). The manager will respond with the same "copy and paste" response of "oh no, we strive for better," but whatever. I drove from Andalusia to Crestview after working today because I was craving a Philly. Tried to place an online order around 8:15 PM and it stated I could not place an order for today, even though they were open until 9 PM. I arrived at Jersey Mike's at 8:30 PM only for the six employees standing inside to tell me, sharply, that they were out of bread, which seems odd being the only thing you make are sandwiches. However, this frustrating inconvenience allowed me to find Pounders Hawaiian Grill, which is conveniently located across the street. They also close at 9PM however they not only had fresh, amazing food, but they were extremely welcoming and allowed me to sit and eat even past closing. This was the single best experience of ANY fast food restaurant ever. The date and time was Sunday April 13th between 330 and 415. I believe the two workers who assisted us were Mercy and Mekai. They were very accommodating and had amazing customer service. My wife and son both have celiac and dairy allergies and it's hard to find trustworthy places to eat. My husband and I love heresy mikes. We are very happy that are in town! Subs are always good.

Absolutely disappointing & terrible experience. The staff was unprofessional, disorganized, chaotic and uncaring. We waited over half and hour for our order to be filled, while observing that everyone who placed their order after us was served, first. Next, we were told that staff ran out of the white bread we selected and that we needed to change our order [should have been reserved when we placed our order]; completely unacceptable. You wouldn't think it would take long to make to 2 regular sandwiches right? Wrong. It took 20 minutes, not including the 10 I waited to even order, to get my sandwiches. Then I had to wait another 5 for someone to cash me out. JUST TO FIND OUT THEY MADE THE WEONG SANDWICHES FOR BOTH. Waste of money and waste of time. Absolute horrible experience with zero display of professionalism, empathy, and poor customer service. I ordered my sub, a #8 add pepperoni on the mobile app at 7:09 pm. I arrived at 7:21 pm to wait an additional three minutes for an estimated time of receipt. Seven in-store customers and two mobile order customers received their orders. At 7:34 pm I asked about my order and the employee said, "Oh, that is it on the prep line." I requested a refund immediately at 7:34 pm and didn't receive my refund until 7:42 pm, no apology or attempt to make it right, and the amount refunded doesn't match my order receipt. This review is not from 1 visit but multiple visits since they opened. The one thing I never worry about at any Jersey Mikes is unfriendly employees. Most stores you go on the staff is very nice. Not this one though. The person who described this Jersey Mikes 's as chaotic nailed it. And the employees dont care how long you wait. You are mot a priority at this store. Well I had really high hopes for Jersey Mike, but it was a big let down. It was actually my first time having Jersey Mikes and my wife is big fan so on there grand opening night I decided to order dinner from the new shop in north Crestview, my wife ordered ham and provolone JM's style with no onions, it came plain with just onions no lettuce or tomatoes and no red wine vinegar completely wrong, I ordered the super sub with everything on it, I received a sub with just meat and cheese, don't if they were just overwhelmed on their opening night or a lack of reading the order but for me it was a epic fail for my first time having it I was very disappointed!!! read more

Food is always fresh & delicious. Staff is always friendly. I only wish it was a bit more affordable so I could eat there more often!

My new go-to sub place. Bit pricey, but worth it. They certainly aren't stingy with the toppings. If you're not planning to eat what you ordered right away, I would highly recommend getting your oil and vinegar on the side(that goes for any sub place), unless you just enjoy soggy subs. read more
