Publix Bent Creek S Crestview; Took me awhile to go back at this location for a few reasons; 1. spent over $300 on groceries then the cashier expect me to do the labor bagging the items. Not only 1 but 2 different occasions, imagine, paying expensive groceries plus do the labor? Shane on the management! 2. Rude few cashiers Took me months to go back in this location, because I live in south crestview,( I used to shop 2x a month), north location is quite a drive, I just hate shopping at Walmart. Aldi is OK. Nothing much to offer. I really hate being rude, but hey, if it happens again sure they will hear it harshly. read more

Clean store with helpful staff. Prices seem to be a little higher than other stores. The store closes a little earlier than I am used to -- 10pm -- at home most grocery stores close at midnight or 1am. The bakery and produce section were well stocked and clean. Center of store aisles were well stocked. Parking lot could have been a little better illuminated at night. Overall a good store, just a bit on the pricey side. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Their online ordering is awful, usually just a little wrong, ALWAYS late, but today I walked in at 3:30 for a 2:00 order the guy said they were behind. Thats pretty far behind, but ok. He asked what my order was and the third time I told him he told me "oh we can't do any whole subs we're out of bread" 1, why did you ask then? 2, why do I even bother putting my phone number if you can't give me the common courtesy of calling? This review is about the pharmacy at bent creek Publix. After seeing my pain management Doctor and requested early fill on my script as I was leaving the next day out of state. I went to the pharmacy that afternoon and was told they wouldn't fill my request even though the script said early fill was ok by my Doctor. Do to a family tragedy I could not delay my departure. I left a message with my Doctor's office. Unless I receive an apology from Publix pharmacy, my business has been moved to another pharmacy in town. My moving to another pharmacy won't hurt Publix however I will not give positive feedback to anyone. Long time customer gone. read more

5/14 I don't normally rate grocery stores, but this one was really cool. My husband was going to be consulting on the air force base so he wanted to get some sandwiches. Their deli section was HUGE! Plenty of choices. It was my birthday, so my son and I checked out their bakery department and ended up with some cupcakes and a "chock-wit" donut. (Cupcake review: The buttercream was a let down, but the cake itself was super moist and really yummy). The best thing I saw was an entire section of cut up produce sitting on ice. Not like four sad feet of Minnesota produce like at my local store, either - this was about 20' long. Really appetizing. One humorous thing (to us) - we went in with the intent of buying a big bag of Florida oranges. The ones they featured were California oranges. WTH? I can't really rate them on everyday items but for this troop of weary travelers, we were quite impressed. The service, too, was super friendly. Really nice, smile-y people. read more

We're familiar with Publix because we lived in South Florida 50 years ago. This store has been around for 10-20 years and we're glad to have it, but... we shop for food, and when we need bargain-basement prices we go elsewhere. When we want a cake that's so beautiful we're ashamed to eat it, we go to Publix. The deli is fantastic and the food is all artisan, so don't come here broke. It's quite pricey, but once we got over that and tried some, we came around pretty quickly. So... go to the big-box warehouse store, get 50-90% of your stuff there (depending on your budget), and when your savings have piled up, you can enjoy getting the rest at Publix. Not the canned goods, not the basic meat, not the basic produce, but if you want something nice, get it here. read more

I needed a tiered wedding cake in two days and Publix bakery department came through awesomely. They require four weeks notice for such cakes usually. Instead we adapted a two tier graduation cake by changing the icing. The online order process was easy and the bakery staff could not have been more courteous or professional. My first time in a Publix and I was very impressed with the selection along with the prices. The bakery had a wide variety of fresh baked goods. The cakes looked line they were from a boutique, not a grocery store. The deli section liked add of the food may have been there for awhile. I would recommend Publix for all your Party planning foods! We were planning a small get together with neighbors and did not want to cook or heat the house. Went to Publix deli/bakery to get help choosing finger foods. Megan took our order after explaining the different options to make our evening a night to remember! We Selected Boars Head Wraps, veggie tray, fruit tray and Brownie bites. All the ladies in both Deli and Bakery we friendly and helpful. The presentation was Mouth watering and everything tasted awesome! The party was a great success. We were able to enjoy our guests and the great food without having to cook and very little clean up. Loved the whole experience. Definitely 1st choice for all party planning. They have no problem with small to large party's. Everything was fresh made and ready in less than 24 hours. read more

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! I love the BOGO weekly deals and the customer service is phenomenal! I used to shop here at least 1-2 a week and I am really going to miss it since I moved away. The prices can be a little higher on some things, but I don't mind paying a little more to get the customer service I get from here. When some items were not in stock, they would simply give me a rain check and I have 30 days to get that item at the price it was during the out of stock moment (and I was able to still use my coupon if it expired as long as it was valid when I got the rain check). I'm going to truly miss this place. It's like they were second family and you know everyone there by name. read more

I love Publix. There customer service is second to none, but it's expensive. I dread going to Walmart but it's a lot cheaper and food is expensive. The quality is also great. When I leave Walmart, I am so stressed out and when I leave Publix, I feel great! Their deli is fantastic and their bakery is superb. read more

Absolutely stellar customer service! Every time I shop there, the employees are very kind and courteous. If I have the slightest bit of confusion on my face an employee is immediately asking me how they can help me. They always walk with me to show me where items are- they never just say "aisle 6" and walk away. They always offer to carry groceries out to my car. Incredible service. The store is nice but the location is horrible. This is an extremely busy intersection and the parking lot is always packed. I recommend driving 5 minutes north to the brand new one on Airport Road. read more
