Well after five and one-half hours of waiting, I was told that the job was completed. While waiting I noticed that each customer who came in after me was told the same thing, it would take about two hours, this seemed to me to be a line that was either made up by the customer rep., or was provided to them by a supervisor. Needless to say, I was not happy by the time I left the store. If a large company wants repeat, happy customers the truth would be foremost at all times.
