Ive been going here for about 5, about to be 6, years, they never had failed any requests I've asked for and my nails always came out cute asffffff. The last nail set I got lasted a MONTH, im not joking I had go back in my camera role to find out, I ended up having to take them off myself, and to top that off, I work a labor job, pool cleaning and its verrryy hands on, so im super surprised they didnt break, crack or react to the chemicals I was using or erode with the water. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! First and last time we will ever go here. We were excited to see the pricing of the pedicures at $37 but come to find out it's an extra $20 for gel polish. Just a few drops of nail polish is insane. First red flag it's a Friday and only one customer is in the whole salon. Second red flag they only gave us one book for colors and once we checked out they told us that it was a new color book. Whoop-di-doo I like to be able to see everything and decide from there. Third red flag they never clean behind their pedicure chairs so what else is dirty in this establishment? Fourth the massage is basically non existent, just rubbed lotion on and then wiped it off. Five, it took TWO HOURS for two pedicures and two manicures. I also could have used a third coat of polish on my nails especially with it being $20! Pretty terrible all around. Went in without an appointment waited a little while. Sat down, no one had a drink so I assumed they don't have them until I asked and they offered a soda. The music was either non existent or loud and obnoxious nothing in between. The chair was broken and made tons of noise so that was a no... the pedi was basic (and beyond overpriced for the service) and the nails were TERRIBLE. I started to write this the night I went but I was hoping the days would pass and I'd feel better about it- but the only thing that has changed since then is 4 (YES 4) of my nails have broken or chipped! One of the worst pedicures I've ever received. The place was clearly not cleaned regularly and my technician was rushed the entire time she was working on me. She cut my skin to the point where I was bleeding and didn't apologize or acknowledge that she did so. The color was not at all what I had picked out from the boom of gel colors, which all 3 were basically thrown my way after I was rudely asked what color I wanted. With COVID still present, this place was very dirty. Plexiglass to separate for manicures but they were filthy. I saw others with drinks but I was never offered one. My pedicure came with a 10 minute leg massage and I had lotion rubbed on my legs for maximum 30 seconds and was told I was done I will never come back here again read more

I came here to use a gift certificate my sister bought me for my birthday. There was only two staff members on a Sunny Saturday afternoon who looked shocked to see the business. On top of that they had attitude that immediately makes you feel uncomfortable ( see the other reviews ) . They finally greeted me and I let them know what services I was interested in and they said it'd be a short wait. Determined to use this GC I stayed and endured them child/mom bashing as my TODDLER was "active" in there words. Thankfully a woman who understood got a pedicure as I was about to leave my own and we left. They fixed a dip nail and it was lopsided, a woman across from me who had gotten gel came back right as she walked away because she was unpleased as well. This place is DISGUSTING! I got a manicure and every tool, whether it was a nail file, nail clippers or buffing block, was so old and filthy. The UV nail lamp was barley working and flickered on and off the entire time. The workers looked miserable and they were extremely unwelcoming and rude. They constantly wanted to upsell me on services and would get pissy if I didn't want the add-ons. I will NOT be back to this crappy place! UCK! read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. They rushed me to choose my colors for nexgen then convinced me to not get tips when I usually do. When I decided against it they immediately changed their attitude (note: i came in an hour before closing and they were already rushing me) Jimmy started going so quickly on my nails that it was hurting. my nails were filed unevenly. Not to mention he got up 3 times, and also took a phone call while doing my nails. He then had another guy take over to finish my nails bc apparently he had to leave, as soon as he figured out that I had gone against not getting tips added he went harder with the shaver then Ive ever seen in my life. I couldnt take it, he was absolutely hurting the skin surrounding me nails. I actually became so upset with the service that I left before they were finished and now looking down at my unfinished hand it has began bleeding.. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I went in for a pedicure and asked for salt scrub...the technician did not speak any english and did a very poor job. I asked to cut my nails short and she cut whatever she decided on!! I told her to remove ingrown nail on my toes and she did not so i had to ask twice....after technician was done, i realized she never used any salt scrub on my feet and when i asked, the manager said she did. Some are wide and bulky, some are uneven and some are narrow. 4 if my cuticles were cut with the drill and she had to put glue over one because of the bleeding. She cut one with the nail file and even cut her own finger and put glue on it. The pedicure was rushed and the massage was just soft rubbing. Definitely not recommended. read more

We made an appointment for four pedicures (there were four of us) ..originally we were waiting for seats to open up then 10 minutes later (mind you we had an appointment) we were then seated and told To go ahead and place our feet in the spa and wait to be serviced. 3 out of 4 of us were given a small amount of water so our feet weren't comfortably soaking in the Spa. We were offered a selection of beverages to enjoy while we wait, I first ordered red wine and the worker came back to tell me it was all gone and asked if I would like pink, she then came back and told me they were out of pink- So I just took a water. Nearly 30 minutes after we were all sitting there with pruned feet and cold Spa water we decided to just leave, all the workers were no where close to being finished with the people they were helping and we were tired of waiting. Made an appointment for 4 people 3-4 days ago to get a pedicure. Came in, picked our polish, waited 10 minutes, and then said they were "ready for us". We sat down to let our feet soak, and someone got us drinks, but they were out of all wine, except one glass of pink (which is not the problem, but this is where it went downhill). My mom and sisters and I sat there for 30-40 minutes without anyone coming to us, the water we had our feet in was now cold, and no one apologized for us waiting. Why make an appointment if we are not going to be seen?? I understand if there were walk ins and they take walk ins, but don't take walk ins if it's going to prevent those that set a date and time to get a nice relaxing pedi day to be ignored. We had to get up, and walk out with wet feet and shoes. Extremely disappointed. This is my first time ever writing a review! This place is one of the worst salon I've been to! I came in and no one greet me just to have a seat, then they said come here to soak my nails. I was siting there for 25 min no one help me or ask if I was okay! My hands started to burn with the acetone so I went to wash off. I didn't know what to do. Btw no one was helping me through this process. A nail tech came and saw what was going on and started laughing, I told her it was not funny. Anyways, I showed her the color that I wanted in a picture and I asked her if she can please show me the color before she puts it on but she never did. Overpriced for the quality/service provided. Pedicure was just okay and hot stones weren't worth the add on. Shellac manicure was horrible. I got French tips and had to file them after I left the salon because they were not painted correctly. Half of them have chipped in less than a week (tips and base). I've paid less for a shellac manicure that lasted close to 3 weeks. The manicure tables and shellac dryers had polish all over them which makes me question the cleanliness. Definitely a communication barrier too. Will never return or recommend this salon. read more

Don't go here. I came in on my anniversary and had the worst experience. I asked for a white sparkly color but ended up with pink splotchy nails. The lady who did my nails pulled out a dirty brush covered in pink powder and proceeded to try to brush off the powder from my skin which then left my nail pink. Instead of fixing the nail she messed up she then went over every other nail with the pink and laughed it off. I didn't say anything because I didn't have time for them to fix this. She then begins to drill my nails to shape but yet again, her tools are covered in pink powder so even more pink is added to my nails. As she is drilling she continuously cuts my skin. Yes ik mistakes happen but it was almost every single finger. I have never experienced this much pain when getting my nails done and when I tried to say ouch she just held my finger tighter. On top of this multiple nails were crooked and different lengths. I wish I got a picture of them but I didn't because I was so upset since it was my anniversary and wanted that day to be special then this happened. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The nail salon is a very cute and relaxing place. The cool gray tones, give a relaxing and open ambiance for their customers. I walked in needing my eyebrows and lip waxed, so they took me right away, towards the back. "Don't judge a book by its cover." Well in this case, I did. The beautiful setting and elevated decor made me confident that I was in good hands. Girl, was I wrong. First, let me say, that as soon as I got inside the teeny-tiny room to get waxed.... In walked a second employee, who started arguing with the woman that was about to wax me. Therefore, my wax was placed on hold as they argued about another customer that was sitting out there waiting. Once their little "tiff" ended and I finally got waxed, man oh man... Typically, when you get your brows waxed, staff will get scissors and trim down the hair. Nope, not here! She did the basic wax and got a dry piece of cotton, then pressed down on my irritated skin! (and no there was no Aloe Vera on it!) The woman didn't ask me to look in a mirror and give her the thumbs up neither, she just up and left! $17 for my face to feel like it's on fire! I don't know, what she did or put on it but my brows are red, puffy and on fire! I had to go straight to CVS to get some Aloe Vera. Also, I'm used to getting my brows threaded and waxed so it's not me with the problem. Do not come here! read more
