Last night however, after my wife's flight was delayed almost 2 hours, the pick-up went smoothly and with literally minutes to spare, Mike and First Class got my wife to the ferry terminal (about 90 miles from the pick-up at SeaTac). No laws were broken, just knowledge and experience of the area! Really nice car and really great driver.

I settled on Seattle Towncars as the best combination of price and service. I've now been using this company exclusively for two years and over 200 drives. The cars are always very clean and neat inside, and always in top working condition. The drivers are professional, courteous and friendly. More importantly, they are skilled and safe drivers. They'll get you where you're going as promptly as possible. I've NEVER had a driver from this company cause me any concern over their driving. These folks are top notch. They almost always arrive early. If the driver is not in my driveway ~10 minutes before I'm scheduled for pickup, I'll get a phone call explaining heavy traffic, etc. The few times this has happened, the driver's been on time, just not as early as usual. I'm pretty OK with a driver never EVER being late. Maybe if I traveled at more "peak hours" it would be a different story, but I couldn't say -- they've never missed a call. And for return trips from the airport, they're a phone call and five minutes away. Every time. I can't speak to Katie's review as I wasn't there, but it's unfortunate that it happened. Another review asked about "press X for immediate service". I'm not sure what is difficult about "press 1 for a new reservation or press 2 for a pick-up"...? But I can't gainsay those reviews, nor would I want to. All I can offer is that my experience has been different. In over 200 trips, Seattle Towncars has been nothing but consistent,, fair and responsive. I'm a businessman, nothing more. I want to get what I pay for, and what I pay for is reliable, consistent and safe transportation. I settled on Seattle Towncars because they deliver, and at a competitive price. I recommend that you give them a chance to earn your business.

He backed into me in his limo (WA plate BJ0946P) on May 31, 2012 on Olive Way in Seattle and then lied about the accident, saying that I ran into him while he was parked. I simply told them how many hours I needed the limo, where to pick me up, and date & time. They were great. They picked me up right on time, the driver was a little hard to understand thru his accent, but he was as friendly and helpful as it gets! It was a awesome experience. Also, they didn't take any of my credit card info to "hold" my info, they simply had me pay for their services after our time was up in the limo. The limo's are a little it older, but they are still classy. I would say if you'll be poppin champagne in there to buy some plastic champ age glasses because there are about 8 glass glasses in the limo itself, but if you wanted to drink out of something classier, its not in there. All together, I was so impressed with how punctual and friendly they were:) Oh, and also, most limo places I called were going to charge me a ridiculous amount for 2 hours. They only charged me 95$ for a 10 passenger stretch limo. For a 6 person, it was around 70$ bucks. Wayyy good deal.

I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of both the limo and the service we received. We booked a 6 passenger limo for 2 hours to take us from our ceremony, to some photo locations, then on to the reception. Positives: the driver was on time and ready to take us. Negatives: the limo itself was not up to par. In some places it was dirty (a few of the passenger windows looked like they'd been vomited on then wiped clean with a dry towel), and even where it wasn't dirty the limo just looked like it hadn't been washed and waxed in months. It was very disappointing (and even a guest told me a few days after the wedding that they thought it was impressive how bad they could make their limos look due to lack of care). The interior was okay and relatively clean (there were a few things left over from the previous users of the limo). It was a hot day so it would have been nice if the driver had offered us water or something. The AC and air flow in the limo was terrible -- it had I believe 2 little spouts (like you'd see on an airplane) shooting out a low flow of barely cooled air. As I said... it was hot, and we were in wedding attire. The driver wasn't rude or anything, but he was a little tough to get on the same page as us, and I am not sure he ever understood our comment on the AC. All said, the quality isn't there for Crown Limo. I honestly wish I had just not booked a limo; all the pizazz you are paying for was absolutely missing.
