Finally got a car, they over charged me for it, the company i financed through showed i was basically screwed out of $2400. Got home check engine light was on, that took 8 months and 1 ticket for no inspection sticker to fix. The battery was also dead when i got to my car the next morning to bring it in for the check engine light. They were going to fix the o2 sensor and dropped it into the car making a 15 minute thing last 3 hours. My father was then informed that the car had a lein on the title and they can not provide any answers further then the title is in the mail, this was a month after purchased. So after signing the paperwork, they said it had to go through a dealership inspection. Long story short, it has been 2 months and I still don't have my car. My car payment is almost 2 months overdue by 2 payments, due to the fact they said they would cover it. Of course they didn't. So I had to get the Attorney General involved, reported them to BBB, and call the news station. It took the news station for them to "TRY" to contact me, however, I never received any type of contact from them. So I cancelled my contract with them and supposed to go pick up my refund and paperwork saying that I am not responsible for any future obligations. We will see. Just call this place lemons!!! All there cars are junk they don't even clean the cars after you buy them. I bought an suv with 80k miles and have nothing but headaches with these assholes. I knew I should not have bought the car when I couldn't test drive it because of the brakes. They said they would fix it. They just topped off the brake fluid. Just a heads up to anyone looking to buy a car! Dont ever go to Top Line Imports on River St! I went to look at a car and I told them i wanted to pay cash for a car. They didn't have anything i liked for what i wanted to spend! Next thing you know they are convincing me to finance something more expensive. I didn't want a payment! They have me put down a $300 deposit which I was told I would be able to get back if I did not purchase that car! I ended up buying a different car and now Topline Imorts will not refund my money claiming that there is a $299 cancellation fee which I was never made aware of and have it posted where customers will see it! Its dealerships like that, that give car salesman a bad name! I filed a report with the better business bureau and after looking they have F rating! They pretty much stole my money after swiftly having me put down a deposit knowing I was still looking at cars! I never received any paperwork or was advised of a $299 cancelation fee! That's why they told me to make a $300 because they knew I was not getting my money back!!! The card at topline appear to be beautiful, the staff comes off as friendly and attentive, however, that is not the case. The cars are not mechanically sound and will not pass inspection, if you bring the car back for a check engine light, they just clear the code to shut the light off to make you think it's fixed to make you go away. They do not stand by there warranties, most of all when you go there and finally demand to talk to someone about how you're being treated as a customer, such as management, they call the police on you. Ask the local pd it happens at topline all the time! These cars are lemons and the sales staff is deceitful and underhanded. Do not! Buy or even think about buying from topline. Buyer beware, these are not honest business people. This place is an example of the used car salesman you don't want to deal with. I was in the market for a BMW and found one at this dealership. I put a $100 deposit to hold the car over the holiday wanting to have it looked at by my mechanic. Justin, a low-life salesman, told me that they only needed the check to hold the car and that I would get my deposit back. My finances changed and I wasn't able to go through with the purchase and asked for my deposit back. When I called to get my refund I kept getting the run around of needing to get a check from "corporate." Then all of a sudden they told me they have a firm no refund policy. Which was never brought up the first 4 times they talked to me. Why would an honest business need to steal $100?? Thank goodness I didn't give them the $1,000 deposit they initially asked for. Horrible experience after going in on a Saturday. I saw a vehicle I liked. Car was at another sit. Salesman wanted a $100 deposit to check banks he said on Monday. We didn't hear back for a week. So I started calling... got the run around of will pass message on. We called from cell phones for weeks & no answer. The only time we got an immediate answer was with blocked calls. Told the guy refund we wouldn't do business here. 2 weeks later still nothing & no answers calling from our cells. So we blocked again after almost 1 month he answers & claims (it's a Saturday), he refunded Thursday evening. Okay! If we don't see Monday we file a claim with bank & BBB. Oh & he has trouble with financing because "parameters". His vehicles are all over 100k or to old in years.go some place else is my recommendation. This is by far the BEST car dealership that I've ever dealt with. The owner, Jimmy really went above and beyond to help us get into a decent vehicle with the payment we were looking for. We were driving our 2013 Nissan Sentra off the lot with no problems whatsoever. The salesman drove us to the bank to get the financing approved where the paperwork was already filled out so out was quick easy and painless. We paid an EXTREMELY low down payment and out monthly payment is less than $165 monthly. Friendly staff that will go above and beyond to help you out. If I could give 0 stars I would, Dennis is a complete LIAR MANIPULATOR CROOK! I bought a vehicle from there, even after they refused to let me test drive the vehicle because to was too late in the evening (red flag I KNOW) the check engine light is on, Christine and Dennis just tell me its a fuse that needs to be replaced they will have it by Monday mind you I picked the vehicle up on Friday. a week later I'm driving and I smell a strong burning smell an the vehicle starts to stall.. I drive it to Haverhill and they tell me my engine needs to be replaced they are gonna put me in a new car but not today the car is safe for me to drive home.. after arguing for 2 hours I decided to just leave, we texted for days about the vehicle they were gonna put us in we went down to see it CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON they need time to repair it blah so we wait .. now not even 3 week after I got the vehicle it breaks down smoking engine doesn't go over 5 mph. Christine and Dennis then tell me for me to pay for the tow or have my boyfriend drive it from Nashua NH to Haverhill MA ABSOLUTELY NOT ! We contacted the bank to make sure we could take our name off the loan if this didn't work out which we could thank god !! We find a ride to Haverhill around 5 because they are gonna "put us in a new car" 2014 Nissan rouge no lights everything is perfect.. dennis gets a call slams his door and comes out 5 minutes later saying we need to go to Methuen location to get the car which they told us it was "5 minutes away for 2 hours" we leave Haverhill after 2 1/2 hours of being completed ignored and go to Methuen we get in the vehicle its shaking smoking and every light is on... we spoke to Anthony who seems to be the only normal person there and we are getting a full refund he made it very clear that he will do anything to fix the situation ...
