Fun time!! Not bad prices and good drinks!! First time here and will be back!! Teenage sons loved it! As did their dad!!

Pretty fun place for everyone; non-golfers included. We took some friends from CA that were visiting and they were pretty impressed. My only complaint was the grips on their clubs. I generally bring my own clubs, but since I wasn't sure what we planned on doing I left them at home. Their irons aren't bad clubs. However, the grips on most of them were sticky, almost down to the metal. My hands were black from using them. They were past the point of needing to be replaced. With all the visible cash flowing into this place and the significant apparent investment in infrastructure it is disappointing that they don't invest a little in re-gripping the clubs. read more

Had a terrible time.. got there it was an hour and a half wait so we decide to go to the restaurant part and have dinner before we got to play a game. We sat down at a clean table that was next to two dirty tables and a lady was cleaning them and passed us by. We waited and looked at the menu for a good 15 minutes no one came over so we turned around and asked the bartender for some drinks and he told us that a waiter was going around, had a waiter come and drop our bucket off still no one came to take our food order. By the time we've all had about one drink our game was ready and someone did bring us a check for that tab but we had no waiter so we decided to take our tab out to the game and have it transferred to that waiter. Had a difficult time getting set up and the person that did help us was not our server. Had to wait longer to her to come around. At some point we finally had all our drinks out to us but our food still wasn't ready to be brought out and we have eight minutes left on our game. They extended the time due to the late arrival of our food, but we were quickly pushed aside and people even came to the game to start their own just as we were eating our dinner. Some guy was standing around our table talking into microphone and then came up to us telling us that he would like to clean up. My sister asked if we were being kicked out but the only thing the guy said was have a nice day! Honestly this one star should only be given to the hamburger I had. BUT my sister did send back both pizzas (pepperoni and buffalo) she ordered for the table. They were dry with no flavor and the dough tasted undercooked. Spent over 160 for trash Service. read more

Months ago, we had a party of 12 who met to celebrate the sales team with my husbands company. After being at Bay 325 for a couple of hours and ordering food and drinks the entire time, our golf time came to an end and we were still waiting on a couple of items that we had ordered from the waiter. At this time it was 830pm. We had noticed that our bay heater had been off for a little while and requested they turn it back on because it was in the 40's tonight. At this point it had been about 5 min since the golf time had ended and a manager walks out and tells us there was a 45 min wait so he wanted us to find a new place to hangout. One of the sales guys with us said he was still waiting on something he had ordered and he responded okay we will get what you ordered to you wherever you are. There were literally 20+ empty bays surrounding us so telling us there was a wait and we needed to move seemed pretty inconsiderate! We went out to the lobby and there was one guy in there. Not sure what happened here but they got their money and were done with us! Extremely disappointing and I would avoid this location especially if you have a company to entertain! I waited to post this because I contacted the customer service team and they assured me they would correct it and contact me in a timely fashion to talk about it so I told them I would wait to review so I didn't have to give them a bad review over a couple managers/employees faults. They never contacted me and this was a before any shutdowns due to covid 19 were even talked about or thought about in our area. read more

I've been here several times now and not once have I ever got a cold beer bottle or draft. And almost 5 dollars a beer is ridiculous especially when it's so hot I can't even drink it.i mean How hard it it to serve a cold beer? read more

Top golf is fun and all. I've been to the Katy location and the Austin Domain location. It wasn't until recently when the server gave us a hard time due to my boyfriend and i having vertical drivers licenses. We have never come had this issue. We are both well over 21 and obviously had a VALID drivers license. Absolutely ridiculous. No where in the terms and conditions does it state that on their website. If you still have a vertical ID be careful! read more

Top Golf has been an amazing alternative to simply going to eat or a movie since coming to Spring. I can tell you, I can't count on 1 hand how many times we have gone and each time, we have a spectacular time and amazing food and service. First time to top golf and second time to ever hit a golf ball. I didn't do so bad and actually had the best score in the group. You don't have to be good. It's fun for anyone. On to my complaint. I ordered a draft beer and there was lipstick on the rim. Not a little smudge, no. I'm talking a full blown, full lip, didn't even look like they tried to wash the glass, red lipstick. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes. Get a replacement, and what do ya know? Another dirty glass with some kind of gunk stuck to the inside about the size of a dime. I was pissed that someone could let that slip knowing I had just returned a dirty glass. After that I asked for a bottled beer instead. And to top it off, the bartender was rude as hell and yelled "you're welcome" over everyone in a pissed off manner as if he didn't hear me say "thank you." I like the place but the service is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

I admit I was not very enthusiastic going to a golf place for the evening. However, to my surprise, we had a blast and I would most certainly go back again. Who knew that it could be so much fun!!? We only had some drinks and a few appetizers, but they were very good. I would like to go back and try dinner food at some point. I am a big fan of Topgolf. great concept and atmosphere. Only giving it four stars because I do not like that it faces west. So although I live it Spring I prefer the Katy location because of the hot late afternoon sun. read more

They've changed there prices pretty much which skyrocketed I've played golf there it's AWESOME!!! But the price per hour is ridiculously expensive $20.00 an hour before NOON and $40.00 after. People should be able to pay one low price per hour or maybe $40.00 (party of 6) and then include drink too but overall the experience is awesome read more

I'm only giving this review two stars because I have had no problems with my previous experiences here at TopGolf Spring, but today was quite different--I have a friend that is celebrating her birthday next week so I decided to get her a giftcard to TopGolf. Who doesn't love TopGolf, right?? So I walk in to the Spring location and approach the Concierge inquiring about a giftcard. The young girl said, "yeah, over there", as if I was burdening her by asking about purchasing a giftcard for her company!!!! So I walk over to the "Lets Play" area and wait in line for the people in front of me to be assigned bays, no problem. Once I approach the desk I ask about the giftcard and they say sure! So I'm thinking things are getting better. Then the girl says sorry my computer froze you have to wait. So I wait about 15 min for the manager to come over. Meanwhile, Robert the Team "Leader" is joking and flirting with the other female staff members while I am patiently waiting, unaware of the situation. So finally, Julia, the Hospitality Manager (who didn't seem very hospitable) comes over to reset the computer and walks away. No damage control done on her part to say I'm sorry, thank you so much for waiting, nothing. I'm not looking for an apology of any sort here but I honestly just thought that Topgolf had trained their staff better than that, especially MANAGEMENT. After the giftcard transaction was complete, I signed their copy of the receipt and the desk girl said thank you have a nice day. I then politely asked for a copy of my receipt and you could have sworn I asked them something so out of the extraordinary!! They were so unorganized and so unwelcoming towards my purchase, I just don't know if I will ever return. read more

The TopGolf Street Team was on Market Street in The Woodlands before the 4th of July parade. We signed up with them and got free membership ($5 savings each) and a $10 gift card--sweet! Our family of 6 went on a Friday night. There was a wait, which we expected. When we got our bay, the attendant asked if we had been there before. We had not, so she swiped one of our cards and began to explain how it works. Only problem--her swiping a card, started the clock! Everyone had not gathered in the bay yet, so I was really aggravated that the clock was ticking and we were not ready to start. I asked her to restart the clock and she said she could not do that...ugh! It is open air, and even though they have fans, it was hot--so dress appropriately. Our waitress did come by often enough to keep our drinks coming. Beer got hot pretty quickly, so her offering ice water was great. If you can keep the players in your group moving, you can have an hour's worth of family fun for $50-$60. We enjoyed ourselves and will go back. read more

This was the very WORST Top Golf experience we've ever had! After getting into our bay, we were ignored for the first 20 minutes, so I confronted what I thought was a manager since she had a different colored shirt on with a walkie talkie .. she was able to bring waters to our bay in less than 5 minutes. We went another 20 minutes only to be ignored AGAIN so I flagged down another person wearing a colored shirt. Feeling a little more secure we were in better hands, having talked to 2 managers, we decided to order dessert. 30 minutes later... no dessert. My husband had already visited the bar two times to get our beer orders. Long story short, we went on to wait 52 minutes for our pathetic 4 piece s'mores dessert. I have no idea why this tiny order took 52 minutes to come out... the 2nd manager we spoke to was nice enough to comp this for us... even though I was super annoyed & told him I wanted to cancel. The whole experience sucked! I tried to turn my cheek but things got progressively worst! We will never go back! read more

After reading all the reviews, I was hesitant to try TopGolf. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. We were greeted by a very sweet young lady happy and ready to help us. We explained to her to it was our first time here and she proceeded to explain the whole concept with us. Never rushed, never seemed irritated and answered all of our questions. She set us up with our cards and even told us about the deals and specials they have going on. She asked us what floor we preferred and assigned us a bay. She personally walked us to our area and even explained how to use the computer and how to retrieve the balls.... She was wonderful! She even told us that if we got started and had any questions, that their would be plenty of people around to help. Sure enough, within 5 minutes of us being at our bay, a waitress came up to ask if we wanted to order anything. She even brought us out a pitcher of water and ice since two of our guests wanted water and she wanted to make sure we had water available in case she was busy with another table. Really wasn't needed because she came to our table frequently. Food was just as I expected, nothing gourmet but decent bar food. We went mid day and it was hot outside but the fans really help. I never felt too hot or uncomfortable. Our family had such a great time and I will definitely be back. read more

We frequent Topgolf but the last few times we have been, the service has left much to be desired. Tonight was terrible. We rented two bays since we had a total of 8 players. We were greeted by the waitress who served us our drinks then disappeared. After waiting 30 minutes, I went looking for her and found her hanging out at the table with some friends laughing and talking. So rather than interrupt her important conversation, I proceeded up the stairs to find a manager. I spoke with a manager (Davis or David?) who walked downstairs to address the issue. He assured me we would not have anymore issues and that dessert would be on him. Well, she came to take our food orders and you could tell she was not happy at all about my complaint. After begrudgingly taking the order, she had two other bay hosts serve the food to us. At the end of the night when we were ready to leave, we had to tell a different bay host who was tending to our dirty tables and she got our bay host to close out our checks. Meanwhile, I made a quick trip to the restroom to find that the bayhost's friends were still there keeping her company. The checks came, not a single discount of any kind and the manager's promise never came to fruition. Although I was not seeking a free meal ticket, if you are a manager and make that kind of agreement, you sure as heck should follow through with it or risk getting a review like this one. I always tip 20% but needless to say she walked away with a 10% tip from our party. read more

As far as golf goes, it's an impressive driving range and great for families and parties. As far as food, beverage and service, it's below par (not under par). We have been here several times, and with each visit Top Golf seems to be under staffed and inexperienced, particularly in the food and beverage department. As I sit here and write this, I look around and see numerous tables with the same look of disappointment on their faces. With a family party of four, and we decided to sit and eat in the dinning area as we wait for our bay. After 21 minutes of waiting for a server, I finally had to make my way to the bar and request a server to come to the table. The bartender explained the shortage of waitstaff. I again asked him him to make sure someone comes to the table. Low and behold, the bartender himself came to take care of us, taking both drink and food orders. And just like in our past experiences, the bartender came back to say they were out of 2 of our ordered food items. It's 1830 on a Sunday, albeit it's Valentine's Day, but your would think the Food and Beverage Director ( and if Top Golf doesn't have a F&B director, they should seriously invest in one) should have seriously thought out the need for adequate supply and servers. That being said. I will recommend Top Golf to others, for the atmosphere and experience of Top Golf. The food is acceptable ( when what you want is available) , the beer is cold, and the golf balls are there to frustrate you. CORRECTION: as our food starts coming out, the food runner advises us one of our items is sold out. That make 3 items for a family of four. read more

Normally it's an easy 5 stars but not today. People either need to pay attention to their kids or put leashes on them. Special when people are swinging golf clubs. Awful first time experience. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and disregard from a hospitality manager and wait staff. We were informed after getting our bill that we needed to pay and leave. We were completely blindsided by this and when we asked why, the manager said that our waitress said that somebody from our party told her that she was the rudest white girl and called her a b! $@#. We didnt here anything like this go on and we still do not know who supposedly said this. After I complained about how rude and unfair they were treating their customer, the manager said to me very arrogantly " no you are a guest...you are a guest when you are in my house". My husband immediately informed him that we are paying customers and nothing was given to us for free so he needed to change his tone. My husband then told him that we did not receive the fruit cup so he needed to take it off the bill. After the manager took it off the bill, he said to my husband " didn't you complain and say something about the watermelon not tasting right"? I immediately jumped in and said to the manager " we did not get the fruit cup"! The manager proceeded to argue with me to the point where I had to tell him not to say anything else to me. Made a yelp account just to let people know about this place. Definitely choose another location! I've been to the one on Webster and I have nothing but good things to say. I get goosebumps thinking about how good the service was there. But oh boy let me tell you about the one in spring. First of all we went on a Tuesday it was a slow night. We had a female waiter can't recall her name, that's how little we saw her. Ol girl was never around was more worried about being on her phone in the back then giving us service. Completely unprofessional, not even going to lie at one point in the night she was out there swinging having fun in a lane over from us. I know it sounds hard to believe that's how horrible the service was. Asked for napkins told us where to grab them instead of taking them to us. Save your money and drive to another one because this one is horrible, even the vibe in there was dead. Never stepping foot in there again. read more

We are on spring break and decided to do top golf today the service was excellent during our visit and after. I took off my ring (Kendra Scott) and bangles so I could golf "better" and after Two hours we left. Four hours later I realized I left my jewelry on the table. We went back by there and the Manager who I did not get his name was so attentive and immediately contacted someone downstairs and the jewelry was turned in by a staff member and put in the safe. We had also left two of the cards and he also reprinted them without hesitation. He was knowledgeable on the computer system and was super friendly. Outstanding customer service would recommend this location and visit again when in the area. read more

This was such a great place to share quality time with family, even though some of my family members don't know how to play golf. Actually playing with others that can't play makes it even more delightful. The food was great and the golf experience was awesome. Our party of 4 loves the concept of this. Being able to hang out in a relaxed environment and golf when you want is amazing! There are some ups and downs from this visit. Pros: the brisket nachos are amazing, the music and overall vibe of the place is top notch. Cons: our waitress Jessica seemed to have attitude the entire time, rolling her eyes, barely checking on us, making us have to ask for the same thing multiple times. This may have been due to being short staffed or working an extended shift, who knows, still unexceptionable! The check in process took longer than expected. When we went to the concierge to find out where we would be playing they simply told us where to go instead of being escorted like the guest in front of us. The standard of customer service was lacking. It was not the same from one set of guests to another. This can seriously hurt your business with repeat customers. read more

Went here for dinner for a friend's birthday and had dinner in the bar area before heading to play golf. Food was alright, but when it came time for our check it took our waitress over 40 minutes and four tries to get it right (which she ended up never getting them correct) and I believe that we were her only table as there was no one else sitting around us. We finally asked someone to let us speak to a manager. We watched her approach one guy who clearly told her he was too busy. When a "manager" finally came and we explained the situation he blankly looked at us and said "well she's working on the checks right? So is everything cool?" No apology and not helpful sir! Way to deescalate and help the situation. Disaster... This place is extremely unorganized! read more

Arrived at about 9pm on a Saturday night - place is packed and would describe it as a sports bar/dance club where high-tech golf also happens to be available. Golf: Waited at least 2 hours, which was totally expected for a Saturday. You have to pay $5 for a lifetime membership card, which is how you check-in on arrival. You're supposed to get a text once your bay is available. Never got a text, but when we went to the concierge desk we were miraculously the next on the list & were led immediately to a bay. Food, drinks & service: While waiting for golf, found a seat at the bar. After about 15-20 mins of sitting there watching the regular bartenders pass by and eventually staring daggers at them, we finally were able to place an order with the service bartender, Devin. Gotta give him kudos because, as the service bartender for the evening, he was supposed to make drinks for tables/waitstaff - NOT for bar customers. His Titos Strawberry Mule was great & refreshing. Once he alerted them to our presence, the other bartenders were attentive & polite. We placed a food order...about 30 minutes later it arrived. Ordered the Mushi (something like a burrito served sliced like sushi - very good), sweet potato fries (arrived cold & without the aioli or any other sauce - despite bring this to their attention it never arrived), & buffalo chicken sliders (arrived without the ranch). Although it took forever & they forgot a few things, the food & drinks were pretty good & priced similar to other chain restaurants. All-in-all a fun experience, but there were definitely some frustrations mainly with timing of service. Will definitely return, but perhaps NOT on a Saturday night. read more

Overpriced hype! Definitely not serious golf. Yes, they provide clubs but bring your own - theirs are BAD! The entire business model is based on how long you are there, and they make sure play is SLOW. Their 'smart' computers take care of that. There is no alcohol in the drinks, so order beer or soda. The food is mediocre to poor. If I go back, it won't be more than once a year. read more
