They need to learn customer service. I went yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday. Party of 10 people. They didn't let me reserve it as a party as it was less than 12. I had called previously to ask if I could bring a Birthday Cake. They said as long as it was store bought & not home made. Yes. I again called to confirm if he meant, had to be bought from TopGolf. He assured me that I can bring it. Anyway, I was asked by a couple of waiters, and all agreed to let us cut the cake. Till then lady, who said she was the manager walked and tells us, we can't even cut the cake. I even offered to pay, she says, City of Atlanta doesn't allow outside food, which is absolute BS. They take my cake and return it to me when all our friend's left and my husband wasn't allowed to have his own birthday cake. I'm confident, I'm never going there to celebrate anything again. Absolute lack of customer service on the part of the manager. read more

We had a blast!! Most of us had never been there before or touched a golf club! Thank you so much Keem for being the best server we had ANYWHERE! Wish we could have tipped you more!! Food was great but high priced for the amount of food on the plate, but we were so busy having a great time and laughing it just didn't matter! Happy birthday T! read more

To whom it may concern, I already got the keys back. Everything about your business and how you run it is blatantly sub-par and remiss. Your company is completely devoid of any human element. When there is a guest issue there is no recourse. I phoned for 30 minutes trying every option on your automated system to find a human being to speak with, to no avail. Finally someone in Texas answered and transferred me to the Georgia location at which I golfed, only for them to inform me that no one had located my keys. To that end, I went to the location, walked through the door, and found my keys at the front desk within 30 seconds. This is after the manager had assured me that no one had found the keys, and he had checked with everyone involved. I couldn't be more disappointed in your operation. I find it to be a huge waste of money, for the service provided. A complete lackluster experience from food, to service. If it weren't for the fact that you did actually provide a golf experience it would've been a complete loss. I will choose to go to a regular driving range from this day forward. The concept is interesting, however the follow-through is not there. It is a known fact that a person who is happy with a good or service tells between one and five people about their experience. Conversely if someone is dissatisfied with a good or service they tell between 15 and 30 people. I promise you that more than 30 people will hear about my experience at Topgolf. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years. Given the experience that I've had up to this point, I expect nothing from your company from me writing this letter. I purely believe this is just a cathartic act to get some of my rage off of my chest. If this is the way that hospitality looks in the future, I fear for my industry. Regards, Charlie read more

Friends took us for a wonderful afternoon of Topgolf! Timothy helped us all along the way. The staff was wonderful! The facility is top notch. The only thing I could even give a needs improvement are the nachos. They are more like thick quesadillas. Fun for even beginners. read more

I've never played golf in my life and I had a blast. This is my first time going to top golf even though I've heard about it back home. The staff were very friendly & complemented my group very well. This is a place for beginners all the way to proficient. read more

I'd been here several times for events, but I finally went to play golf. The atmosphere was fun and lively. The games were fun too. A little complicated for first timers though. The food is a little pricey and you don't get a whole lot. I ordered a spinach quesadilla and probably could have had two. It was good though and the drinks are delicious. The price to play wasn't as bad as I thought, especially with 4 people. On a Friday night, our bay was $45 for an hour, so $11.25 each. The bar is great too. You can come and chill there before or after playing, or even if you don't want to play! Oh, and the bays are temperature controlled. So in the winter there are heaters. In the summer, fans and a little cooling so you're not terribly uncomfortable. read more

I'm not new to TopGolf, I loved in Alexandria for five years and was quite frequent at that location. When the location in Alpharetta opened I was quite excited and have visited it many times. When this location opened we were super stoked that it was a bit closer to home. We came on a Saturday at 7, about two weeks after they opened. To say it was a disaster is an understatement. Our $15 fish bowl from the bar had almost no alcohol in it. I watched the bartender fill it with ice, put 3 liquor combined in one shot in it and fill the rest with OJ. We grabbed a table upstairs outside the bar and waited for 45 minutes before getting a waiter. We stopped three people and they all told us they would send someone. We finally stopped a fourth, explained how long we had been waiting and he took our order. 15 minutes later the waitress who was supposed to have our table came up and told us how it was the worst day of her life and how sorry she was. After waiting an hour for our food we saw what looked like ours arrive and the food runners go to the table next to us. Naturally the table of pompous young kids saw an opportunity and told them to scatter all of our food at their table. When we confronted the waiter after seeing every dish was exactly what we ordered he acted nonchalant and had nothing to say. We asked for a supervisor who said they would fix it and refund 1 flatbread... (Gee thanks). It took another hour, and after almost 3.5 hours of a wait we finally got a bay. Needless to say we will not be visiting again for awhile, I'll stick with the long Alpharetta drive. It's apparent that there hasn't been enough training and this location isn't equipped to handle the crowds that frequent this place right now. As we were leaving we heard another table screaming about waiting over an hour just for apps, so 100% it wasn't just a fluke for us. read more

We have been here a few times....live close by...it is an awesome concept...sports bar, great food, and you can play golf! Problem with this place is poor service...it takes forever to get a drink...we asked our waitress why it is taking 25 minutes for a beer and she said it was because she has to go upstairs to the bar to get the drinks and "there is just one of me".....the food was brought out without silverware or napkins and drinks without straws...they drop the food off and run...the staff is all around but so inattentive...so I think it's poor management for not utilizing and training staff efficiently...been on a Saturday, Thursday and Tuesday and the service is the same...slow..you can't find your waitress and there are so many employees...management needs to figure out a better process along with training waitstaff. read more

Okay, but the technology isn't great, and the price is steep. Nice place, fun game, great beer, but not worth the price at $45 an hour. You can spend a lot of money in a short amount of time which would almost be acceptable had the "secret technology" worked as promised. The golf balls have some type of chip that registers where your shot lands in a target. Top golf refers to this as their secret technology. At least a dozen times in one hour our shots failed to register after landing perfectly in the target. You can manually input where your unregistered shots land, but it's very hard to tell in what zone your ball actually landed from the tee. Plus, a sculled worm burner that happens to skip into a target gets the same score as a well hit shot. You would think the "secret technology" would know the difference. read more

My sister just had a birthday party here. It's a fun place that's pretty affordable for large parties. Plenty of food, drinks, and a cool golfing experience. Love the Top Golf experience. This is perfect for a celebration, date, or even a small get together for people of all ages

I always have a disappointing experience when I come here. The staff is rude and basically ignore you. The food is overpriced and below average---- zero flavor. The drinks aren't all that great either. It's cool to try this place out once, but that's about it. read more

This was our second time visiting top golf! The first time we visited with some friends for a birthday celebration, and while the wait was two hours (for two bays side by side, on a Saturday) it was well worth it! The second time we visited we only played for half and hour, it was just enough time for us to get all 20 turns. We definitely recommend visiting a top golf location and we definitely will be returning! I visited Atlanta Top Golf after work on March 9, 2015. The facilities are nice and my friends and I had a good time. My view of Top Golf Atlanta deteriorated tremendously in the parking after our visit. My two friends and I were having a normal quiet, non-threatening conversation in the parking lot when we were told by a security guard to leave the parking lot. We were stunned and offended that customers having a normal conversation in the parking lot after patronizing the business would be kicked off the property. The facility was still open as guests were going in and coming out of the facility. The security guard was very rude, unprofessional, and threatening. According the the rude and threatening security guard, it is an establishment rule to not allow customers to have conversations in the parking lot. They consider this loitering!!! We all agreed that we would NEVER patronize this establishment again!!!!! read more

Topgolf - Waited an hour and 24 minutes for these chicken fingers... Speedy. - New American Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

This was such a fun experience, especially if you have a big group. They have an apple selection of food and drink. Since I went with a party that had already scheduled the event, we had catered food so I didn't really look much at the menu. Or food consisted on a "make your own tacos" menu which I found to be very good. All the food was very low on salt, which I didn't mind as much since you can just add it to your taste. To drink, I had one of the top golf especials that comes in a souvenir cup. I couldn't taste any travel of alcohol in mine and it was sweeter than I cared for. Other than that, the staff was amazing and fun and the idea of the game is great for spending time with friends. read more

My friends and I went on Saturday night, a few had been before and some had never been. We got there around 640 and were told it was an hour wait, we didn't get a bay until 820. We sat on the patio and had some drinks and appetizers. Our server Zee was really great, but the bar was very behind. We waited a long time for drinks and glasses at different times so that wasn't great, but Zee made up for it. One thing I noticed was how many kids were there when we left at almost 11 pm. We may go back, but maybe during a slower time. read more

Terrible service go to Alpharetta or else where. You'll be waiting for a long time might as well make the drive there.

Save yourself some time and just don't come unless you have a reservation and even then you'll probably wait for a bit. 30 minutes wait time has become 2 hours probably more. read more

Top Golf is a great place for everyone to have fun and enjoy others around them. If you bring your friends or family you are guaranteed to have a good time. Whenever I go, I always hear great feedback from others. I have no experience in golfing but I still had the greatest time. Top Golf is a place for golfing but there is much more that comes with that. If you don't have experience with golfing, they make it easy for beginners and provide many opportunities to learn. They have many golf related games you can play while controlling the screens yourself. It is super cool to see all the different ways you can play golf. After going to top golf I was convinced I wanted to do real golf. Even though I didn't have much experience with golfing, at Top Golf Top I had such a great time, I wanted to be included in the real thing. Top Golf's menu of drinks and food is outstanding. They always give you more than enough food, you are left with a full stomach when leaving. The workers have so much respect and are very helpful with any problems you have. They always check up on you making sure you are having a good time. They are enthusiastic and always seem like they love what they do. There is music and the climate controlled hitting bays are always on point. I'm never uncomfortable with the climate or if the music is too loud. Top Golf overall is a great place to make unforgettable memories and conversate with family and friends. I highly recommend top golf. It will leave you shocked and wanting to go back the next day. read more

I have visited several Top Golf's and this was by far the worst experience. The staff was horrible. The waitress waitress took our order and then disappeared.
