Waiting for food after an hour and a half. Expected to wait a while for the bay, but food should not take this long. Also takes forever to get a drink. Still looking forward to the funk of experience and having the group in a bay. Just very long waits. Maybe it will get better as they hire a full staff and get less busy. read more

I thought that this place would be boring But I actually had a very good time. I was on a date with some one and we Played against each other, didn't no what I was doing but it still was fun ! Great music I'm giving it a 4 star because the food wasn't really nothing serious. read more

This is a really cool place. I have gone to other top golfs but never a three level one. Nice bar. There was an 1.5 wait on a Saturday which was expected. Sat at the bar area with a friend to wait. Food took over an hour. Waitress never came by to ask if we wanted another drink. Our waitress while we were at the driving bay (Shanera) was much better. She was very attentive. Great place but they have a long way to improve in regards to service. read more

This place can get extremely packed on weekends and big sporting events. On this particular visit I went during the week and sat at the bar. Parking lot is big and valet is also available. Once inside greater by the door hostess and the bar had seats readily available. The bartenders are very tentative and knowledgeable. I ordered a mango mojito and Bacon cheeseburger with tater tots. The food and the drinks were delicious and I was very pleased with my meal. The menu options do not contain a wide variety but hey it's a golf place---need to stay lite to play. No complaints at all while patronizing place. I didn't not play golf this visit but previously I have and enjoyed it. The time went by fast while playing but it's a great activity. I would recommend this this and return. read more

Ah this place is so much fun. I would definitely recommend coming here. If you get food, try the cheese with beer. Sometimes it can get a little crazy with waiting in line so it's best to make reservations! read more

Awesome place. Not too expensive if you get a big group. BY THE WAY, this isn't on their website but you can bring a group of ten to a driving bay, when they say six people per bay, they mean only six at a time get to participate in the game with points. Also, the food is good and not overpriced. read more

The bigger your group, the cheaper it is. Service is friendly and there are a lot of options for games. Food is surprisingly well priced and decent. We were here 2 hours and the playlist got a bit repetitive but other than that it's a great spot. Wait time can be long - one hour wait on Saturday afternoon at 1pm read more

I was expecting an atmosphere and service like the Alpharetta location. Unfortunately i was extremely dissatisfied. We arrived and found ourselves in a three hour wait, which we expected since this venue just recently opened. We then waited an additional hour for anyone to stop and take our drinks. We actually had to grab a server, or else no one would have came. After two hours, our food was then delivered to the table right next to us. I then waited an additional hour to get our food. Meanwhile, our bay was ready. Long story short, none of the staff had any idea of the system. It almost seemed like no one had received any training whatsoever. I love the concept of Top Golf, but the execution was beyond poor. read more

This was so much fun! Our grandson(8 years old) decided this was where he wanted his "family" birthday! Sunday morning came and it was freezing but beautiful outside. No problem...Although it's outside they have a great heating system! We had so much fun! After golf outside on the top deck we decided to play some indoor games! What more could a little boy ask for?!? We all had a great time and will go back again soon!! Happy 8th birthday Van!! Be sure to go early in the day for absolutely no waiting!!! read more

Had my first Topgolf experience this past Saturday. Being a golf fan, I've been wanting to go for quite some time now, and we were in Atlanta for the weekend and took the opportunity to go play for a while. What happened to us was a non-standard experience, but it showed what the staff truly cared about in terms of helping out their customers. We showed up around 5pm, registered at the desk to get our membership cards, and then put our names down to wait for a bay. 2-and-a-half hour wait for our group of four? That's to be expected for this time on a Friday, no worries. We went over to Ormsby's to wait it out. When they have a booth ready for you, they shoot you a text and you have 15 minutes to show up. We were shocked when the text came only an hour later, but hooray! We went down to our bay and the staffers assigned to our area were very attentive in getting us logged into the system and running our credit cards through to get us starting playing. We ordered a few sodas initially and started playing the game. About 15 minutes into it, mother nature decided to have some fun with us. Initially some light rain, then the most dense hail storm I've ever seen for about 3 minutes, then moderate rain for another 15. For liability reasons, they don't let you play Topgolf while it's raining because the floor is a little slick where the water is splashing down near the front of the bays, and I get that. But this is where their service fell flat. If you are stopping us from playing Topgolf for any reason, you need to pause the timers on our accounts. At that time of day, the booths were going for $45/hr, and we were prohibited from playing for 20 minutes. There's $15 spent on nothing. We also were just about to order some appetizers, but one of the managers came through the bays telling the waiters to not put in any more orders and that they were making some complimentary snacks while we waited for the weather to lighten up. Cool. But for the remaining hour-and-a-half we were there, these snacks never showed up. And neither did our waiter. No refills. No chances to order anything else. We had to hunt him down to close out our checks when we wanted to leave. I understand that, given the circumstances with the weather, this was an abnormal Topgolf experience, but I feel that it showed what the organization's priorities are. Whenever we had our credit cards out adding more money to the system to play Topgolf, the servers and staff were right there to help you navigate their system and pay them. When your credit card wasn't out and they couldn't suck more money out of you, the staff wanted nothing to do with you. The game was still fun. I can't comment on the food or anything to drink past the sodas. The staff let us down on this experience. Overall disappointing. read more

Visited here today with my co-workers for a team building lunch. Food was ok, the cilantro slaw sounded interesting and I thought it would be good on my chicken slider but it was lacking flavor. The fried chicken patty was good not great but good. We had the injectable donut holes which were very good. The queso and chips with salsa were pretty decent as well. Though I was hoping for a little tastier finger foods, we had a great time and that's what was to be achieved. We will be back. read more

I've waited almost two years to bring my dad to Topgolf and based on my last experience I was a bit nervous for how everything would unfold but we had an absolutely amazing time. We arrived around 5:45pm on a Saturday. As soon as we walked in a lady greeted us and explained everything we needed to know. We decided to grab a table and eat since the wait for a bay was about an hour. They use a texting system to let you know when your bay will be ready - if you need more time they give you that option as well. The food was delicious - I would suggest chicken or steak nachos as an appetizer. Every bite had flavor and their guacamole was spot on. In the timeframe we finished eating our bay was ready. We chose the 2nd floor and stayed two hours. For three people that was plenty of time to try out different game options and to relax. We grabbed a few more drinks and even ordered the Topgolf Bag. Totally worth it because you take home a light up golf bag cup! Service was excellent outside as well. I truly think the employees make or break an experience and they nailed this time around. My dad and I will be back in a few months for another round. read more

I'm not a golfer. I don't care for it at all. I went for a bday party for a friend. The setup is very nice. It's spacious and the food is pretty good. It was very crowded but that can be expected. There is a priority reservation service that they have that is definitely worth paying for. If not, you end up waiting 3 hours. The DJ was pretty awesome as well. My only complaints are that... They may need more waiters for busy times. Valet is a great option if there is valet parking available. When I went valet was full but I pulled backs round and slots opened up for valet. If not, you may end up parking across or down the street. read more

The service gets one star. The golf gets four. So I settled for three overall stars. First, parking is terrible. I realize that we did go on a busy Saturday afternoon. They do not have enough parking for self parking patrons. We chose to valet for $5. We waited 15 minutes to get an attendant to park our car. They only had two people working in valet. We were new players, so we had to get cards. No big deal. They are $5 and last forever. Unfortunately, we were in another line over 30 minutes to get a card. This could be streamlined easy. After we were issued our cards, then we had to go to another desk to get on the waiting list. 90 minutes long, that was fine, we will just go sit down and eat a snack. So that is what we did. We sat down in a booth. Unfortunately again, we never got served. No eye contact, no hello, nothing. After 50 minutes, we were called for a lane. THAT'S GREAT! Faster than the estimate, everything is turning around. Our lane was on the first level and was wonderful. We decided that we would just eat in our lane. We had to wait AGAIN, for another 20 minutes to see our lane attendant. Once the food came, it was above average bar food. No complaints here. A supervisor came by and noticed that my children were having a problem swinging the full size clubs. She asked if we wanted junior size clubs. That would be great! She asked why we hadn't asked for them earlier. I responded, we didn't know that was an option. Our lane attendant was less that helpful. The atmosphere was great. The service was what I expect from Walmart. I will give it another chance. But you got one strike and you only get two. read more

Had a really good time here with my girlfriends! The bar food is really good I especially like the loaded nachos but I didn't care for their drinks. They were somewhat watered down to me and I don't have a high tolerance for alcohol. I believe the place is reasonably priced however if you're on a date is just two people I do feel the prices should be dropped. Overall cool place for birthdays, family night, friends gathering and even a date night read more

literally so rude. we just walked up and we're told in such a rude way they weren't taking any requests for 30 minutes lol do better

Swanky place to go to embarrass yourself in front of friends. All in good fun of course. No pun intended. The wait in line to designate your bay was about 10 minutes, and after that, it was about a one hour to actually get it and start playing. So I would recommend coming hungry and eating while you wait, on the weekends at least. Food was above average, waiter was attentive enough, and the tunes playing were surprisingly good in the lounge / eating area/ bar. The bays are expensive, so bring at least 2 people with you to divide the cost. read more

This has nothing to do with the golf experience or the food but I did order a pitcher and a shot. I used my credit card to pay and it resulted in my card being cancelled by my bank. Not only was I charged for my tab but a couple other peoples too or fake drink tabs that weren't even made. I was out the rest of the night and could not pay for anything because my card was cancelled. I do at least 4 trips with clients per year to this location but that will not be happening again. Crooks, I don't do crooks. P. S if you would like me to come identify the employee you need to cut loose I am more than happy to do so. I was there Wednesday night 7/24. read more

This place exceeded my expectations. On the day before Valentine's Day, you can expect everybody and their mama to be out, and they were. There was a 3-hr wait, so we got a table and had dinner during our wait time. Okay, here's where it got REALLY good for me! We ordered chicken nachos, Asian sesame wings, and the chicken spring rolls from the appetizer menu. My mouth is beginning to salivate just thinking about how good they all were. The nachos were the best I've ever had!! We ate (A LOT), had really good drinks, watched the NBA All Star weekend show, talked, laughed, and before we knew it, our bay was ready. I've never played golf, but I was thinking I could put my putt putt skills to use. We played the basic game, which allowed us to get points if we hit it into any of the colored holes areas. I tell you, it was very entertaining with my crew. I recommend this place for a fun time for any group over the age of 16. Plan your time accordingly though during weekends and holidays. read more

I always go to Top Golf for the first day of March Madness and we love it. I set up a small group of my sons friends to go after prom and they had a blast. this place is super cool! I've come twice already and both times I've had really good experiences. Once I came on a random Sunday afternoon where some of my friends and I came after brunch. The atmosphere was super laid back (maybe it was due to ya day drinking). But you do need to purchase a one time membership fee, which is $5. They give you a card and everything. If you do come back and somehow manage to lose your card you can look it up via phone number. In any case that it's so busy, you can do other things instead of just standing around They have a downstairs hangout area with a pool table and shuffle boards. And in the upstairs area they have a bar. The last time I came was on a Friday night and it was PACKED. There was valet parking and the parking lot was very full. I came with a pretty large group. I think there were about 8 or 9 of us, but 3 of them didn't play. The server that was helping us was super nice, kept checking in on us and making sure we were doing okay. It was ~$45 an hour, and we played for about 2 hours. We ended up splitting the check so it was about $14ish. We'd definitely come back, for the atmosphere (definitely not for my golfing abilities) read more

absolutely the worst topgolf location i've been to! they opened at 10 and we arrived a little before 11 and was told it'll be an hour wait and we were put on the list. an hour and 20 mins go back and we ask again where are we at only to discover they took us off the list and it'll be at least another 30 mins. so we waited and nothing happened. asked again and told again another 20 mins. after being fed up and decided to leave i went to front desk to ask for a managers name. the woman with 5 piercings in her nose responded "there's multiple managers working." i said ok can i have the name of one and she responded "oh well i'm actually not sure at the moment!". she was rude and had the worst customer service i've encountered. i don't know what kind of system they're running in midtown but it's terrible and won't be coming back. would give no stars if possible! read more

Today was my first time at Top Golf. My husband and I spent the morning there with my daughter and her boyfriend. We had a great time (even though I'm really bad at hitting golf balls!). The attendants were super friendly and helpful. The only ding was that the automatic scoring program didn't automatically go to the next person so if you forgot to press your name, you played for another person. But we still had lots of fun. We ate lunch in the dining room and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back! read more

Had a great time here today. This is like my second visit here and I've been to the Alpharetta location once. We got here shortly after 12 and it wasn't crowded or a long line like usual to get a bay. We played for two hours and basically had drinks since we had a large breakfast before coming. I ordered the tres agaves margarita for $8+ which was ok. We shared a pitcher of the Angry Orchard and my son ordered the barbecue wings. Angry Orchard is one of the few beers I'll drink as I don't like the taste of traditional beer. The barbecue wings had a tasty sauce but the wings could've used some more seasoning. They were fried and then had sauce added to them so they had a bit of a crunch to them. When we first arrived the tvs were set to play the same game but they switched it so you could watch whatever game you wanted upon request. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Don't worry if your golf skills aren't suitable for The Masters; that's half the fun, laughing at yourself and others who aren't golf pros! Go and have a great time. Oh! They also offer military/veteran discounts for game play. We didn't realize that until my daughter had already paid but she had a birthday coupon which saved us $10 off a game. Had we used my husband or son's card, we could've received 10 % off the game price. read more

A perfect date night, night out with friends and more. Food was a step above good bar food. Drinks were amazing and the service was great.

Me and my family just moved to Atlanta, Georgia from a little small town in Oklahoma. We heard so much about Topgolf that we decided to have a day out with the family and see what it was about. Our kids were so excited and we were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm soon as we walked through the door. The wait was about an hour and a half but we didn't mind because we knew how popular Topgolf is. The moment we got our bay we were greeted by an amazing young man named Ivory. He greeted us with a warm smile and handshakes and checked us all in to prepare for our games. He gave an excellent game demo and safety procedure. With it being our first time we really didn't know how to gage food and what we should get. Ivory was so knowledgeable about the food on the menu and offered us 2 family appetizers which was the Jumbo pretzel board, and a chicken nacho. He also notified us that food Time tickets was a little long due to high volume and he brought out a chips and salsa within 2 minutes just so we could have something to munch on while we waited. For dinner options he got to know what everyone liked at the table and gaged us in the right direction for food picking. My husband and I love bear and we actually sold us a bucket of corona and a bucket a water for me, my husband and my children to stay hydrated Atlanta Midtown thank you for this wonderful experience. You guys have some new guest that will always return and thank you Ivory for your help and your enthusiasm that you had with me and my family. He was one of the best servers I have ever had. The game play was a wonderful experience. It's a great time for family and friends. I felt the staff were very receptive to our needs, especially when we were lost on how to get started. Even more impressive, they seemed very well staffed, so we never waited for anything (I.e. Game registration, food, drinks, etc.) However, one did get the feeling that were trying to still fine tune their processes. In fact, at one point my mom ordered a drink with Vodka, which had absolutely no vodka in it. Simple mistake as the bartender simply forgot, but when you're charging $7, it better be well worth it. Also, It took them a couple of times to get our food order right, which came out cold, and even longer to actually get assistance with game play. Luckily a manager came over and that really made the difference. I will certainly go there again, but if I have a similar experience, I may be trying out a different location. read more

This was my first time at the Midtown location .....It started with the parking. For as many bays that they have they don't have enough parking...the parking is horrible. I would suggest Uber. The drinks at the bar are good and price but the bartenders don't know how to work the bar at all. They are so slow! AJ is great, he makes strong drinks. The food is just ok, I would suggest eating before you come. There is a big crowd on the weekend, and they have a DJ on the top, which is an added bonus. The wait to golf was 3 hours, so I didn't get to golf, thus I will have to come back!! read more

Uggh! I came as an invited guest to a birthday gathering. Approx. 20 people. Seating was fine, drink orders where fine....all hell broke loose after this. Apparently, the wait staffed mixed up their communication. Some folks orders were taken, a few folks forgotten. Ten orders went in, three orders came out. 55 mins later, no other orders were brought to the table. Management was summoned over, he had an attitude. Which lead to a verbal altercation between the guest of honor. Another, Top Golf manager came over, cleared the air, and made an apology. He further offered to comp the meals not received, really? *shrugs* He also offered a free round of golf. Five folks took him up on the offer, the rest of us left to go get some food. Wondering what all the hype was about, a group of 4 adults headed over to Top Golf on Monday night. Large, free parking lot (and free valet). I grabbed a drink in one of their 3 bars and waited for the rest of my party to arrive. A $5 membership card is encouraged/required for players to participate in the "games". $40 per hour for evening pricing. We were shown to a bay and placed a drink and app order with our waiter, $8-$10 for appetizers. The bays have heaters and fans, to moderate the temperature, despite it being open air.
