I completely adore Top Golf. Though I am a terrible golfer (I mean terrible) it's such a fun experience and a great team outing. The first time I went here was for a work outing. My fav part has to be the food here. It's so good. We had a variety of food from drinks, to queso, to fill your own doughnut holes. As long as our boss was paying we kept requesting. If you want something to do with your friends on a Friday night or looking for a team outing try this place out. You'll have a blast! read more

I went to topgolf Alpharetta on Monday July 3th, 2017, came in after 5 pm. The hostesses were gracious and great. The food was delicious. Drinks were great. The golf play system was great. I was having a great time, ordered food and drinks, played for an hour. Then at the end, was hurried out of the door in unfavorable way. No biggie. We already paid. It was just weird in the end, like if you're not buying any more time, please leave. We were on our way out. Just sounded so weird to me. Totally didn't like it. read more

I went on my birthday last week and it was soooo fun. My experience with the sport is limited. Other than putt putt, so I did horrible in our first game. However the waiter took time out to show me the proper stance and grip and it helped, not sure if that is part of the basic experience or if I just had a great waiter. We played for 2 hours, took our time, played different games, drank, ate and had a blast. And the fact that it is a flat fee for the bay is really cool. I'm going back next weekend! read more

Had a great time a top golf. I went with a group of co-workers and it's a great time for Golfers of all levels. They have several different game options that were explained by staff when we told them we were new to Topgolf. Service was good and I was pleasantly surprised with the food. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from the food but really enjoyed the guacamole and the wings we had. read more

I was honestly super disappointed in this location. I came here with a party of 4 on A pretty busy day, all of which had gone to top golf locations before. As we talked to the receptionist; however, we weren't sure it was a good idea we came because she was openly sighing and rolling her eyes as we tried to talk to her. This was already incredibly off putting, but we wanted to have a good time anyways. The driving range is fun, but that goes without saying. We didn't order any food, but the drinks that came out were decent. Not amazing, but good. However, as our time expired at our table/ golfing spot and we started gathering our things, a server came by and cleaned our table... As we were still sitting there. She said nothing as she cleaned everything away. As we were about to leave, I didn't say anything. However, as we were walking out the door, I passed the next recipient of our table, who was saying to his group that the server had agreed to go and 'finally' get us to leave so they could have our table, even though we left right as our (paid) session ended. I'm seriously avoiding ever coming back, as the entire interaction with everyone that worked here was so off putting and incredibly rude. read more

If your idea of a good time involves lots of flying balls, then boy do I have the purrfect place for you! I kid, I kid ( not really). Its main attraction is hitting golf balls, but there are other ball-related activities, such as pool and foosball. The rate is pricey, about $50/ hour on weekends. You have to get a member card also in order to play. However, it is a lifetime membership card and only costs $5. They frequently offer 10$ off coupons, so it's worth it to look around for some before heading there. Even though it's pricey, if you split it amongst a group of compadres, the total price isn't so bad. TopGolf is 3 stories high and has a lounge area on the roof. You can totally go there to hang out and not have to hit the balls. Although you should do it at least once bc it can be a quite fun experience. The high tech venue has a computer screen to show you where your bad landed. Your objective is basically trying to hit it in certain areas on the course. Or you can just swing and hit and hope for the best like I did. As you can tell from my lingo, I am a total golf noob, but I still had fun playing. I am also a leftie and they do offer left-handed clubs. Hurrahhh TopGolf has a great atmosphere and almost feels like a lounge/night club at times. They have booty thumpin music and there are bars located at the rooftop and entrance. It's great for large group events like birthday, bachelor, etc celebrations. I would recommend either show up early or book VIP on weekends as the wait is yucky. Even though they have a large private parking lot, we have had to valet due to it being so poppin' on a Saturday. boo. BUT on a side note! I am looking forward to checkin out Midtown TG! read more

Had a great holiday outing with work family. Alex Hornyack took great care of us. Will definitely be back! PS. delicious gluten friendly options!! read more

As a person who does not golf, It was ok, you can make the experience fun with the people you go with. I enjoyed the food and drink options and the live music. There were a lot of new hires I guess, so I got a lot of incorrect information. The the front desk staff was happy to clear up details. But this is an ideal spot for this who love to golf. $5 lifetime membership card per person and $45 for 1 hour booth rental after 5pm.. read more

This is an update to my original post. After having complications with finding decent customer service at TopGolf, I spoke to management and was able to voice my concerns. I removed my original post and updated it by one star to promote the fact that management does care. I look forward to my next visit. read more

We made the mistake of coming here on a Saturday night, there was 6 of us. We of course had to wait about an hour and a half. We went downstairs to wait and there was some activities to keep you busy, there's a pool table, ice hockey, wii, and some other game I'm not familiar with. Also, there's tables and couches so you can order food or drinks while you wait. The service here is excellent, with them being so busy I'd say we got taken care of great! Definitely a great place to come with friends or even a date. The food is pretty delicious too! read more

Topgolf - veggie quesadilla - Sports Bars Near Me - Alpharetta, Georgia

Beware! They block off 30% of their parking lot for valet and have nowhere near enough parking so you have to pay for valet during busy times. They have "no parking tow away" signs all over the parking lot. Not worth the hassle! read more

Came here yesterday 10/10/15 for my friend's engagement dinner. Listen to me everyone, if you have a HUGE group, do not come here. At all. You all are not gonna be able to sit together. Our server was kind enough to bring us chairs from unoccupied tables, but after some larger group next to us took other chairs without permission, of course they fussed and ended up splitting us up -_-. Anyways, the food is great, not expensive or cheaply made. Worth the money. The drinks are very good too. I didn't golf much, only did a few swings to make my friend happy, I personally was just there for her company and to be around our friends.. If you love to golf, this is a place for you! Be careful bringing children who run around lot here though... it is a open face bar where you can literally run off.... I find that very dangerous... I wish they had some kind of gate or something (but then how would you golf? lmfao). 4 stars from me. I will be back, but will only 3 other people. Groups of 6 or more will be split up. read more

Made reservations days in advance for a large group celebration on a Sunday evening. TG Associate emailed to confirm. 15 mins later we called back to confirm, but employee had left for the day. 25 people drove an hour to meet and Top Golf would not honor the reservation. They told us there was an hour + wait. read more

overall good experience, I only went here for my tiger woods cosplay, but the food was also cool

Had an interesting evening at Topgolf today. We waited a bit in line to get our membership cards- and made sure we had our phones with us to fill out our info and get through the process quicker- (it was five dollars for a lifetime card- being a military member I was upgraded to the lifetime hero member level- 10% off for firefighters/police/military- etc). The wait time was 20 minutes to get the initial card. No problems. Staff was super friendly- very professional. 20 minute wait time- and we were taken to our bay. Our host explained the rules and left us to play a bit until our server arrived. Super courteous- top notch customer service. I'm an unlucky person. Every time I try and do something- things go wrong. Well- our machine broke- making keeping an accurate score impossible (I'm an avid golfer and wanted to really make a run at the leaderboard). After three separate attempts from maintenance (who added an hour of playing time (about 45 dollars in free play)- the machine just couldn't get on the right track. The manager came and attempted to fix it himself- with no luck. He took my card and added another half of the time we bought back onto my account. Usually after a review like this- there would be 3-4 stars. However- I was a one in facility case. Everyone was having a great time. The staff was excellent. The manager was quick to make things right and was sympathetic to the evening we had planned. Come early for the hoard of people on a weekend- this place gets busy. But the food is good- the concept is amazing- and it's just fun to play golf in a different manner with people getting excited around you and with a lively atmosphere. I scored a 167 on the only round that kept legit score on our machine. I will be back to try and better that- And if the equipment is functioning possibly- I would venture to say that this will become my favorite spot to visit on weekends. Hell- even my fiancé enjoyed it. Thanks to the manager and the staff. Keep up the good work- and fix that one damn machine we were on! read more

The kid is golf-obsessed so Top Golf was his birthday treat. It was really chaotic when we arrived on a Saturday at 4:30pm - no real direction in the lobby on where to go or what to do and it was extremely loud in there. Another guest saw my confusion and pointed me to the registration table. After signing up and paying for an hour, the clerk didn't give us any instructions. When I asked what do we do now, she just pointed to the concierge desk. Our concierge Steffan escorted us to our bay and showed Nick how the whole process worked. As I have no interest in golf, I sat at the table observing and occasionally videotaping my son. Steffan stopped by to see how we were doing and told us about the golf lessons and junior program. Next the golf pro Scott stopped by to introduce himself. He complimented my son's skills and invited us to check out their junior golf lessons which are very reasonably priced. We never saw a server so we never got food or drinks but overall it was a nice little outing. The kid wants to go there every week. Um, maybe one a quarter or so is more likely. read more

I could easily go 5 stars on sheer coolness. This place is ridiculous. It's basically a driving range where you can sit and eat and drink while you hit, with a full sports bar attached. And the driving range has a number of target-centric games. Bring your own clubs, or use the clubs provided at each bay. The golf-game set up is stellar. The software used for the games (and payment, etc) is really top notch and well designed. You can't expect it to be perfect, and we did have a couple times we saw balls clearly go into scoring areas but the score didn't count. But the software lets you easily change the score manually by touching the score and editing it. Intuitive, and well designed. Also note that every once in a while it spits out a "practice" ball that doesn't count towards scoring. This seemed completely random, and my assumption is that it happens when the RFID tag on the ball isn't working or can't be read by the bay. Based on what I tried in 1 visit, I'd say the food is above average bar food. Actually, in a city where having good food at a sports bar seems to be an unreasonable expectation, I'd say the food is well above average. Some details: 1. Wings - tried 3 types, and all were quite good. The Inferno wings are not that hot (roughly the heat level of a typical "hot" wing), but they have an excellent flavor. Asian Sesame also gets a thumbs up, and while the BBQ were my least favorite of the 3, I would still gladly eat them again. 2. Queso and ships - pretty straight up average queso and chips. 3. Chorizo Breakfast sliders (I forget their exact name) - delicious. The chorizo was a bit overcooked and dry, but the flavor was excellent. Good bread. 4. Chicken and Waffle Sliders - Great idea, but the chicken was too bland, as was the "gravy" served on the side. Everything else I saw come out looked really good, and the menu is diverse. Given that the kitchen is serving a full size restaurant on the main level, a bar and patio area upstairs, and I'm going to guess about 120 golf bays, it would be hard to expect great food - it's just near impossible to serve great food at such quantities. But from what I saw, they did an admirable job. Service was a bit scattered, but I'll cut them some slack since the place is pretty new and it's a behemoth. We sat in the restaurant area while we waited for our bays, and it took about 10 minutes for a server to come over, and then another 15 minutes for our pitchers of beer to come out. They were busy, but supposedly they're this busy every night so they need to be prepared to handle the crowd. Things to note: 1. We arrived at 7:30 on a Wed night and had an hour and 15 minute wait to get in a bay to hit. 2. The parking lot is probably half the size it needs to be for the crowds at peak times. I'd just go straight to the valet. 3. If you have multiple players, pay attention to who is selected to hit. And check it regularly - we actually had a bug land on the screen and change the player! 4. Make sure you get a membership card on your first visit, as you need it to "sign in " and pay at the bays. It's $5. 5. After 5 pm, the bays are $45 per hour (regardless of the number of people, so 3 people would pay $15 each for an hour). It's cheaper earlier in the day. read more

We wont be going back anymore. We were regulars their for lunch for about 6 months. The service has been up and down, mostly bad but we had two good experiences. We went there on Friday and waited for 15 minutes with no service and we left. This would be the last time we go there. read more

Everything you'd expect for Topgolf. We went midweek after work and got a bay right away without a reservation. The weather was beautiful, a little warm, but there was a breeze. For the first few years after TopGolf opened we went at least once a month and loved it! Things started to go down hill when they changed their menu. Today was the first time we'd been back since Fall of 2016 and Topgolf's downward spiral has continued. When we arrived we were assigned a bay, as I approached an employee ran in front of me and picked up the dirty glasses left on the table, didn't bother to wipe it down and then became very annoyed because she couldn't set up our game without my husband's card. Staff was sparse making it difficult to order. Unfortunately I don't think we'll be going back. read more

Great place and lots of fun but the only issue I had was with the manager at the downstairs bar. She refused to sell me a beer because my ID expired in 2 years. Turns out even if you're 21 years old with a valid ID you can't drink here because "it's strange that it expires in only 2 years"... Had to pull up a speeding ticket from years ago that showed my name/DOB. Absolutely ridiculous read more

Awe-to-the-some. I came here for a Team lunch today and was pleasantly surprised about how cool it is. The employees are friendly and the place is well put together. I has the Classic Burger which was pretty tasty. The appetizers we had were chips, guac, salsa, and queso but left a lot to be desired. I plan on coming back for more of a happy hour setting on the weekend as I can see myself making this my new hangout. read more

This was a really good times we had a blast I have never golfed in my whole entire life and I still had fun and I actually did pretty good, they have several large holes you can hit the ball into so weather you are a pro or a first timer, they have something for everyone I thoroughly enjoyed myself I also like the set up bar style tables, I will definitely be back we had a group of about six of us and it cost about $100 an hour so split five six ways not bad at all. I ordered the brisket it was pretty good it was like a grilled cheese inside so that was good. A friend of mine had some type of flatbread sandwich with turkey and avocado and she said that was a little dry and then another friend had the hot wings that was pretty good he said they were to many to eat at once, but the fries were a big hit everyone loved the fries. It was a good experience. One thing I must mention is extending time was close to impossible from the booth when you are splitting it up evenly, the waitress even tried and couldn't than she brought someone else over and he couldn't do it either. They told us we will all have to go all the way back upstairs to the desk to do it. We eventually just have up and didn't play anymore. read more

I got there too late to try their games, but the food was pretty good. Service was just okay (it was very busy). It is loud, so be prepared. Parking can be a pain but I got lucky and scored a pretty decent spot (it was raining). All in all a decent experience. read more

The driving range is nice.... If you can actually get out there. The wait is an hour plus on weekends, so we went to the restaurant. My parents were with us, and had already eaten. The three of us that were waiting on the bay ordered food, but my mother just wanted some bread. Long story short, the manager refused to let her have just bread.... Even when I said we would pay whatever.... Nope. No bread. Not even a bun from their sandwiches, or a muffin from the eggs Benedict. So, nice range, poor management. read more

We have been here twice. First time was great. We paid for the VIP package and had amazing accommodations and a huge lounge sectional that was super comfy. Second time I decided to purchase the VIP again thinking it would be the same accommodations. I was disappointed though because we were set up in a regular lane with a table and high uncomfortable chairs. The only difference was a table cloth a fake succulent. Still had fun but not worth the extra money. read more

Great place for a day of fun! Every time I come here I think, "The food is expensive, I'm not going to get anything." Then a bowl of bacon cheese tots slides by and I cave. The wait staff is helpful and friendly every time. Recommend! read more

It blows my mind that a place this nice can manage to not take reservations and tell people who drive long distnaces to show up with they must wait 2-1/2 hours. Would only recommend if you're looking for high prices, a miserable wait, and no chance at parking. read more

I visited on a Thursday night around 9pm. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop deck while we waited to play on the range. The wait time was less than 20 mins. Time flew by as we jammed to the tunes the DJ played. The service was awesome. I truly felt like I was at Disney World. The staff treated us like royalty . I'm not a huge golf fan by far. However this place made my golfing experiencing amazing . Great date spot or even a group of friends. You will defiantly enjoy this place. read more

Terrible experience. Would rather get kicked in the nuts once or sit in the dentist chair than deal with this place for 2 hours again.

I am a fan of the concept, the atmosphere and beer and drinks. I am not a fan of the sub-par overpriced food however. They have an OK beer selection. They have really nice bar areas with huge TV's everywhere. They have a good bloody mary bar on Sundays. They have the typical young waitstaff with lot's of turnover. We've been pretty lucky with decent servers. We come for hitting golf balls and a little friendly competition and that is always good. read more

I love top golf. I have been to a few different ones but this experience was one of my favorites. It was a little chilly that night but top golf has heaters that you can control in your bay! This top golf has a retro feel compared to others I have been to. Can't beat 40$ for a few hours of driving range fun! The food here is actually good! FABULOUS customer service from Lindsay Elliott and our assigned ambassadors and the food was very good (however, the sliders were not pre-built so people were confused...all of the ingredients should have been placed near one another on the table, at the very least..) and tasty and everything was clean. The drinks were flowing and the golf was so much fun. GREAT concept and our party was a BIG success. I would have given 5 stars, except for the fact that we had specifically requested that we had buckets of beer with queso dip and chips waiting for us upon arrival, which didn't happen. read more
