Today's experience was not as enjoyable as previous times. The golfing itself and the playrooms were very fun, but it was the service today that really effected the situation. Our server was not attentive at all. Soft Drinks took 15 minutes to hit our table. Food took even longer but that may not be her fault. With that being said, she never wanted to check back on our table, we always had to flag someone down to get our servers attention. Our drinks stayed empty and non re-filled. The food itself was okay at best. We had cheese fries and guac and chips. There was barely any cheese on the notorious cheese fries which was disappointing and unappetizing. The chips for the guac was very thin therefore they broke upon dip, it also looked like they gave us the bottom of the bag because they were all broken. For dessert we tried the injectable donut balls with raspberry jelly. It has potential to be very good but ours came out over cooked to the point where it's black and hard and not edible. I would go again to have fun but probably won't order any food here again. Not worth it. read more

Great place for events/parties with friends/coworkers or for business. Staff is super friendly. Just remember to make a reservation. It can get busy during thurs-fri/weekend nights. If youre a golfer, see if you can bring your own clubs. They def dont have the best. But, if youre there to just socialize and have fun, their equipment will suffice. Food and drinks are decent. Some may be on the pricer side but if youre going to share, its decent. Id recommend this if youre in the area looking for something fun to do. read more

Do NOT buy a physical gift card online. The email state 1-3 days you should receive and email that its been shipped. It has been 12 days 10 working days and nothing. The first customer service person said to call tomorrow. I guess she didn't know what she was doing. A few days later the service person said to wait 9 working days. Finally 10 working days i was told due to high demand it takes 4-5 days. After 12 days waiting I got a refund. read more

We went on Saturday night and there wasn't that long of a wait. 45 mins. I think they need a better system so you so r have to stand in line for a new card. Seems like they could have an automated machine for that. The golf was great. I wish though that there was a way to give some sort of handicap for women. I can't hit as far as the guys I was playing with so I was at a disadvantage for points. The food was great. I had the chicken quesadillas and they were delicious. Drinks were delicious! I had the specialty rum drink in the souvenir glass with the golf club straws! Brought those home for my kids! They need more parking or signs to where alternate parking is. read more

This is definitely one of my favorite family and friends hang outs. Great food and plenty to do outside of golf. I just love it.

Why 4 starts..... The technology works and its fun a group, families or a corporate event. The food is slightly better than your average bar food and the service is quite timely. The only down side is the cost is very high but considering they are the only game in town like this you have to expect to pay a premium. read more

Servers need to have a better attitude this one lady that served she was rude in a bad mood felt like she wanted to leave and wanted us to close our tap she didn't even tell us about the last call at the bar her name is Ansuya is she wants people to take care of her she should treat people equal and not have a shitty Attitude ...... read more

Had a great experience- played for just one hour and had so much fun. Terri is an awesome server! she made our night great!

It's like bowling but with golf clubs. Fantastic place to hang out with friends and family. Good food, good music, great fun. Free wii games, pool tables, foose ball and table shuffle board. Service is top notch. You definitely don't have to be a pro to have fun. read more

Came here with a group of nine people for a few hours to hang out. This is a 3 story golf range and its nothing like ive ever seen. We got 2 spots next to each ordered drinks and had an amazing time. The technology is amazing. The computers keep track pf every ball you hit with sensors and you can see exactly how your skills compare to others. This facility is the size of a professional sports stadiums and its one of the coolest hang out spots ive ever been to. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. They have a large bar that served food and liquor with tvs everywhere in addition to the golf. Great way to spend a Saturday! read more

A pop up shower hit the area for which I had no issue with continuing to play but once it started to thunder and lightening, I wanted to atleast wait for the storm to pass before continuing. I was told there was no way to stop the clock and I should just continue to play or lose out on the remaining time. I would totally understand if it was busy but it was completely empty. I asked to speak to a manager who decided to just tell the waiter it's nothing he can do and that is it but then they decided they could come speak to a family friend in the next portal. It wasn't as if I wanted to get back an hour. I had 30 mins left and I only wanted the 30 mins. What a complete waste of 40 dollars. For the storm to leave and I only have 10 minutes left. First time in my life actually feeling the need to write a review. read more

Long wait all around. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes before one of the three bartenders acknowledged me. Depending on what time you come, you may be waiting 1-2 hours for a bay. It looks like 5-6pm is a great time to come. read more

I went on a weekday. Loved it. Great time, food, service, no probs. Dying to go back at nite when its all lit up. My advice is stay clear of this place on the weekends, its just too crowded and hectic and you'll wait and wait and moan and groan after. Not fun. read more

OK - I need to update this. My brother who lives in Alpharetta put his name in, waited the obligatory 3 hours and called us to make the drive so that we weren't stuck in the bar. Once there, very fun - everyone had a great time. Looking forward to the opening of the one near Buckhead so that we can repeat the wait process as above. Understand that they offer "memberships" to help avoid the wait. Still unclear why there are no reservations taken - but it was a fun time. Ridiculous. No reservations. 3 hour wait. Stupid business model. Never coming back. Irresponsible- you expect people to drink for three hours and then drive? Not cool read more

Came here with 5 other people at 5pm on a Saturday and had a blast. It seems they have improved the self-parking situation because we were able to find a spot. During your first visit you will need to wait in line to get a membership card for $5. After you get the card you then can go to the Concierge desk to reserve a bay. They told us the wait for a bay would be one hour but it ended up only being 30 minutes. They send a text to notify you when it is ready, so if they give you a 2+ hour wait time you could easily leave and return if you wanted to. We took advantage of the bar area and ordered drinks and food while we waited (probably part of their business model). We sat at a table instead of the bar itself and it took a while to get served. I would say this is their weak spot in their service. Our bay was actually ready immediately after we were finally able to place an order, but it was no problem because they were able to transfer our order to the bay and it was delivered very quickly. My spouse enjoyed the Thanksgiving burger with tater tots (said he would try something else next time though) and I had the grilled veggie sandwich with parsnip chips. The grilled veggies were excellent though next time I will request that my bread not be drowned in butter. They had a great selection of draft beers too. We ended up playing for an hour and a half, but easily could have gone for a full two hours. The one hour flew by though so I don't think I'd ever go and plan to play for just that short of a time (unless maybe it was just a total of 2 or 4 people). When we started our time at the bay though we initially only selected an hour and then were prompted that we only have 15 minutes left and that we could buy extra time. A that point was when we selected the additional half hour. I liked that we didn't have to predetermine how long we wanted to play right at the beginning. You can also easily split the cost of the time however you want among the credit cards for everyone at the bay. There were two tricky things about paying though 1) when you order food and drinks while at the bay they only assign it to one card 2) when you pay for playing time at the bay you are actually paying to load money onto your membership card, and then the money from your card funds the game. But to load money onto your card you can only choose from preset amounts, so unless you plan it perfectly, you will always have a balance on your membership card. Overall we had a great time and will definitely come back. read more

We have really enjoyed discovering Top Golf. Drinks are good, food has been a pleasant surprise, and best of all I've got the wife showing an interest in golf...score! Staff has been great and after a computer issue and waiting an hour they comped us 30 minutes and gave us a hour gift card for future use. That's how you keep a customer happy. read more

I visited TopGolf for the first time last night on a date. I was very impressed. The euphoric vibes and atmosphere was contagious. Everyone was pleasant from other patrons to hostess to waiters and managers! The golfing game was a blast too! It's basically golf darts. The food and drinks were good; I had a white peach sangria and the chicken & waffle sliders. There are also other lounge areas throughout the place where you can play pool, Xbox kinect games, etc. I can't wait to go back. read more

When I called ahead it would have been nice if they had told me "it may be a long wait. We rented out the first and second floors to a church for the evening." Instead, the staff informed me it "might" be an hour to an hour and a half. Let's work on improving your customer/staff communications. I could have been doing something fun this evening instead of waiting for a bay for over two hours before being informed it COULD be another hour or so before we were even called... This isn't the first time this has happened, unfortunately. Birthday plans were screwed thanks to the staff neglecting to tell me they booked a large corporate gathering that night. There are plenty of suckers that have time to waste, but my time off is precious and to have it wasted like this is equal parts upsetting and infuriating. Two weekends wasted here. Edited after calming down: I wanted to add that I REALLY love playing here. I visit Top Golf at least once or twice a month. I've never been interested in golfing until coming here. Visiting with friends and playing makes for a really fun night. Being a manager myself, I feel like the staff fielding calls and taking reservations would benefit from a little more training in the area customer relations - and maybe applying a little common sense. read more

Not happy w this place. I joined online prepaid on my account. It's 45 per hour. They don't take reservations. 1st come. Ok so I arrange a date w gf We arrive I have to wait 15 minutes in a line to get my membership card then on to another line. I figure we re good to go right. NOT ! After all this confusing bs I finally get to front of line and they tell me it's a 3 hour wait for a berth or booth or whatever. Really dude. Ymbk! Absolute bummer. We of course left having paid 90 for two hour prepay and its a total nogo. They need to take reservations. Completely sucks. So I guess you have to go early like I don't know how early but otherwise pass up in this event altogether I'd give a minus 10 read more

I always have a great time at TopGolf, whether I'm with a big group or just a couple of friends. Most people are surprised at the menu and how good the food really is. Service is usually very good but can be hit or miss at times, and sometimes is really slow even when they don't seem to be that busy. **TIP**: If you go on a busy night like Friday or Saturday, they will tell you that the wait is 2-3 hours. Put your name on the list anyways!! In my experience, a bay usually ends up being available in less than half the time they quote. read more

We had a great time celebrating my son's 12th Birthday and the food was good but the size of the apps was unacceptable. The cheese fries and nachos were not worth it. The nachos consisted of about 6-8 individual chips. The cheese fries were small as well and had been sitting a while before coming to our bay. My goal is not bash TG of Alpharetta, Ga. We will definitely be back but please have some value reflected in the product for the prices being paid. Cheeseburgers were great, the service was on point, and the games are always a blast. read more

I came her yesterday after coming here plenty of times and it was a great experience everytime besides for this one. I had a waiter which when she first came over to us we all said hello and I said hello how are you in a polite tone and she gave me a gross smartass look and said good in a completely disrespectful tone. I then proceeded to ask if water are free and once again she gave me a dirty look and said some disrespectful tone then I said I don't have a lot of money that's why I'm asking then she said once again in a jerk tone well that's good too know. After all that I decided not to tip her then when I was leaving I got stopped by a person working there and he got in my face talking about it's disrespectful not to tip. I really hope this place replaces these two! read more

I had a good time at top golf but the waitress thought I wasn't going to gave her a tip and make the whole thing in to a scene!!!‍

No, I no longer play golf, but our group does. Barrel of fun watching them. We were on level 2, off the ground and there was a safety net to catch anyone that might take a tumble at the tee (if I'd have tried it, I'd have been in the net!). I believe the bay fees are graduated later in the day, not certain though as a relative paid. We ordered some appetizers and I expected them to be like mundane bar food... NOT, the food was fresh and delicious. Service was better than you'd expect, too. Will go back with just my wife and "hit" out a few balls (probably knock 'em at least 50 feet!). read more

Love this place! The whole concept of a driving range mixed with technology is amazing and the food is pretty good as well. Also, like the other games (Foosball, etc) that are available. Its a little pricey though...Would like if they had specials more often. Parking was a bit of an issue too but cant complain too much. Will be back for sure. read more

We were shocked to discover that our reservation for 4 people (approx. $50) did not cover the actual play - we had to pay another $50 to hit balls for one hour. No one mentioned this when we made the reservation. Food was pricey for bar food and the restaurant area was so noisy, you could not talk. We will not be back. read more

Of all the Topgolf locations this one is the best, came here for a company outing and they nailed the event. Our impression at first was great, specially for a first time visit. The service was maybe a 3/10 but the food was a 0 for sure. It is all about the money with very rude, unsatisfactory service. I will never return to the Alpharetta location. read more

Its like a driving range bar. Everyone is happy and partying. While having golf we have beer ! Really an exciting place

So much fun! If you have some money to spend and are looking for something to do, then this is your place! After 5pm they charge $45 per hour for a bay; however, you can split that cost between up to 6 people. So if you come with a group and split, then it isn't that much. The food is amazing! I haven't tried anything yet that I didn't love. The drinks on the other hand are WEAK! Don't think you're getting tipsy for under $30 here. The only other downside is that they don't take reservations. Once I had to wait 2 hours for a bay and another time I had to wait 4 hours. So don't show up at a "peak" time and think you will be able to play immediately. Overall, this is a very fun place to hang out! read more
