Shout out to Alex who was one of the managers working last night. We had two reservations for a party of 10 and Alex worked the reservations for us to be next to each other. As always we had an awesome experience playing and Khaled was an amazing server at bays 318/319. read more

Great experience every time. The food is always better than I expect and the service is great. Our server checked on us frequently and was super helpful with those of us who had never been at Topgolf. And, nothing beats being at a place that is consistently giving you refills. Clean bathrooms and friendly, happy staff. read more

2/3 of the bays are open. However, there is a 4 hour wait time. Either extremely understaffed or extremely poor management. Either way, find another place to go spend time with your family read more

Love love this place for a group outing! Be prepared to wait awhile if going during busy weekend hours. Sunday funday is the best deal as they offer BOGO along with brunch items. Fun for all ages and level of fitness. They also have a great bar on both levels along with a few activities to kill time with while waiting. Friday's and Saturdays has a DJ which makes it even more fun :) read more

I'm not sure my review counts for much since this was the second time ever hitting a golf ball for me, but here goes. Came here less than a week after their opening (soft opening was 5/20, hard opening 5/21). and they made sure that service was phenomenal. Other places have used opening week as an excuse to have terrible service, but not this place. Everything was spacious and clean. Lots of great menu options. I had the cheese/pesto flatbread and shared a "golf bag" giant cocktail. Both were fantastic. They also had a bloody mary bar for those interested. They have a really big bar in general. Games like Kinect and billiards downstairs for those not interested in playing the golf games. As for the golf, you can have up to 6 people in a pod but I recommend no more than 4. You can choose different types of games for competition. You can bring your own clubs or use the ones in the pods. They have fans going when it's hot and heaters installed for when it's cool. You have waitstaff assigned to your pod which is really nice so you only have to leave when you gotta go to the bathroom. Which is really my only (tiny) complaint. They have auto-flush toilets which I can't stand! Also, there is plenty of parking but they do offer valet. If you park, they may come by in a golf cart to pick your lazy butt and your clubs up and take you to the building. They'll watch your clubs while you get a lifetime pass (if you don't already have one) and reserve your pod. I was really impressed with this place and had a lot of fun. read more

I just bragged about Top Golf's staff when I mentioned Reggie's attention to detail... well, tonight just shows why this entertainment choice ranks at the top of my list: in addition to Reggie, his good friend Sierra is also a stellar host. Drinks were never empty, food was super quick... and, did I mention her personality? I love her! My family loved her, too! If you haven't been, go. Too much fun. Again, I'm not a golfer... but, this isn't golf. It's target practice. If you golf, you'll love the gamification of your most awesome game (sport). If you don't golf, you'll love it even more - you'll learn more about golf and have tons of fun aiming for targets... and winning points. It's like bowling with a stick. Kind of... Just go. It's pretty cheap. Pricing starts at $25 for an hour of fun. Regardless of your level of athleticism, you'll have a ton of fun laughing at each other's mistakes and cheering successes. It's the best way to spend your entertainment dollar. Go have fun. Seriuosly, GO HAVE FUN! And, when you go, you HAVE to ask for Sierra or Reggie. They make the experience perfect. I love those guys. read more

What a great idea whoever came up with this place had. I'm not into golf whatsoever, but my husband wanted me to go to Top Golf with him. I'm glad I decided to go. It was a great time. I love that they have games you can play against each other and it makes it fun for a beginner or a pro. The servers are super friendly and very good. The food is absolutely amazing and the drink are on point. Definitely a new favorite spot. read more

I've been going to topgolf frequently for over 2 years. I've always had excellent service. However, my last visit was below par. I played a total of 3 games and throughout the entire visit I couldn't help but notice the unprofessionality of the employees (managers and servers). I was at bay 318, directly across from the stair well, where the employees were horsing around, laughing and carrying on for over an hour. Upon completing my 3rd game, one of said employees threw a coaster as if it were a frisbee and it hit me directly in the chest. The group immediately laughed and scurried away to avoid the situation rather than apologizing, including my OWN server who made eye contact with me and turned away laughing. One staff member approached me to retrieve the coaster until he realized that I didn't think it was funny. Upon asking to speak with the manager he apologizes and says "oh it wasn't me but sorry". He reluctantly requested for a manager, who was also one of the people in the group. He proceeded to tell me that he would "talk to them". He had every intention of leaving it at that! I further expressed my disbelief at the lack of professionality amongst the staff members. At which point the manager reluctantly discounted my tab. I am in utter disbelief at the lack of customer service that I received. read more

#SundayFunday had our family visiting @TopGolf at their midtown location which was extremely busy so we headed over to the Alpharetta location . As a wait was to be expected my family and I grabbed a booth and figured we would eat first and focus on the fun once we got to our bay. Here's my review of our experience: As it's first Come first serve, there is no host or seat assignment coordinator that lets a waiter know there are new guest that have been seated. We sat for 17 min before I got up asked for assistance. The young lady that I stopped went ahead to took care of us as well as the table that sat behind us shortly after our family. She was great & so was our food. Probably one of the best cheese plates I've had. The pretzel was perfect, it was accompanied by a cheese sauce and as well as a Spicy mustard. The salad was fresh & the chicken was deliciously cooked! My husband & daughter both had the chicken and waffles that is served with a jalapeño gravy. My daughter said she wished the batter for the waffles was a little more tasty and she wasn't so pleased with the consistency but over all, both of them cleared their plate! Over all, we had a great experience besides the wait. Mayb there should be some type of structure for that implemented. read more

Went here on a Saturday night with my boo and two other couples. Although none of are golfers, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My only complaint is the really long wait time. We had a 4 hour wait. We didnt wait at top golf- we instead went to nearby buffalo wild wings for food and drinks. Around midnight the Top golf started to decrease so I guess thats the best time on Saturdays? I'm sure we'll return one day but Idk when because of the location. Oh- also if you have a card from a previous time and lose it, you will have to pay the $5 for a new one. I think that they need to implement some system for people who previously had a card so they could just pay half or something. And the payment system is weird when you pay at the screen/area that you'll be at. It was different when I went to the top golf in Dallas. read more

Is it fun? Yup. Is it expensive? Yup. Is it worth it? Meh...depends. Took our kids here for a birthday and paid for 90-minutes. Ordered food, and 4 drinks. The total bill was $150. That feels kinda high to me. Add the fact that our server could not have been more absent. No silverware, empty drinks, no condiments, wrong food, needed a bill, wanted to pay, etc. Every time I needed something, I had to go looking for someone else to help us. He should have tipped me instead. My wife insisted i give him a poor tip, but I'm not sure he cared about that either. The food? it was okay. The beer? Pretty good. The technology? Very cool. I think it would be more fun as a date night thing instead. I'll report back. read more

my husband and I have been here before and had phenomenal service. This time was very different.. told it was a 15-30 minute wait for a golf bag and we ended up waiting almost an hour. For food all we ordered was an appetizer and waited another 45 minutes For food. Even our server mentioned how she didn't understand what was taking so long. read more

I have several friends who practically live here! We had company in town last week and when trying to figure out how to entertain them this was on the top of the list. Arriving at Topgolf at 6pm on a Thursday night the huge parking lot was PACKED!! Really?? In Alpharetta?? Yep really!! Parking is not an issue. They had 5 valet guys working plus a golf cart to pick people up in the lot if you choose to park yourself. When you walk in there are so many topgolf employees ready and able to help you. They walked us through the process of buying a lifetime membership card for $5 which pretty much guarantees that you will return (and you will). We got lucky and scored a bay opening on the third level. We were escorted upstairs and got the topgolf tutorial on how everything works with the golf games etc. We were introduced to our waitress who took great care of us all night. Sadly I can't remember her name. The original plan was to play for a hour. Three guys and me. Going in I knew there was NO way one hour was going to do it. 4 Hours later.....(-; There were a few issues with our computer and scoring but the managers and staff were quick to help out and fix any issues we had. We had the Craft Beer Queso with Roasted Corn which was really good. The first basket of chips were great but the second had to be sent back because they were so stale! Again, customer service was great. I also had the Grilled Shrimp and Grits. AMAZING! The shrimp were grilled perfectly and I loved the twist on the traditional Southern recipe by adding the Chimichurri drizzle to it. I will definitely order it again and try my own version at home! Thursday is throw back Thursday. There are several drink specials and either a live band or a DJ. The bars and restaurant areas were packed as well. This is definitely a venue that caters to everyone not just golfers. My only regret with Topgolf is I didn't come up with the idea first!!! (-: We will be back soon!! read more

Lets focus on the food, not the game. The burger Mac n cheese was... Exactly how to expect a burger with Mac n cheese on it to taste. Not sure why I ordered that (except the fact the whole thing was screaming "'Murica!" So much). Anyway, the meat was really well cooked. I ordered the 24 donuts holes with 2 syringes of filling. Good, so decadent. Service was pretty good. Prices are really reasonable. For the type of place it is, the food deserves 4 stars. read more

Wish I could give ZERO STAR. Had 9:30pm RESERVATION, arrived at.9:15 saying I should be getting a text soon. At 9:41pm, I got a text saying if I am coming or not. And at 10:05pm still haven't got a seat yet with 60 years old mother waiting to see what Top Golf is all about visiting from New England. Most distracting things was NOT a single FUCKING employee cared about we making a reservation at 9:30pm and still left cold without a seat after 10:06pm. MAKING EXCUSES INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING!!!!!!! We had a great experience here. The manager Kristoff Jones and staff made our visit to Top Golf Alpharetta exceptional! Our host was very attentive and assisted with game setup and explaining the rules and answering any questions we may have had. We also had great conversation with her and she suggested good food ideas from the menu to try. We had no issues with our games overall we had a smooth experience. the manager staff and facilities were above and beyond our expectations. we will visit again soon! read more

Is it expensive? Yes. Is it fun? Duh! The costs or drink and food can definitely add up especially if you just bought an hour game thinking that would be enough...nah dude, get at least 2 hours. For that matter, I think 2 hours is the perfect amount. read more

Came here on Friday. I initially parked along the side of the parking lot, with about 10 other cars, where there were not any no parking signs. When I started walking in, the employees repeatedly told me new lies as to why I could not park there, but others could. About 90% of the parking lot was sectioned off as valet only, so the limited self parking was completely full with no signs of anyone leaving. I asked 3 employees where else I could park and all they would say is that there's a valet, which I prefer not to use as I've had multiple cars damaged by valets in the past. I had to park 10 minutes away in an office complex and walk without sidewalks in some places, as there's nothing even remotely nearby. I came in with a group and after I ordered a beer. It took them 30 minutes to bring it to our table. We sat at that table for about an hour waiting for a tee. In that time, the food I ordered when we sat down never came. They eventually brought it out to our tee, but when they did it was cold. read more

I want to give this place a 4 or 5 star rating, but at this time I can't justify the rating. I'll have to go back to try again. This place is very popular and they've done a great job of creating a fun atmosphere. You rent a bay and have a table where you can have dinner while playing a variety of golf games that are in the computer, which somehow tracks you ball and where it went - very cool, must have a microchip in the ball. There are a lot of different kinds of games and we only tried the one that keeps track of points for each player. If you plan to go, then get there before 7:30pm on Wednesday-Friday. They have very limited parking and there was a car line on the street just to get in. Here is why they get the low rating - I'm big on customer service. We arrived and had a 1-1/2 hour wait, which is fine and we went to the bar. Well, their server didn't come for 20 minutes and then we'd have to track him down or go to the server staging station to order a drink. We had the same experience, actually worse, when we finally got our bay to hit. Took 30 minutes to place our drink order and we had to find the server. We asked two different bus boys and finally another server tracked ours down. Them the drinks took another 30 minutes to come! If they get faster and get more servers, then this place will get a better rating. read more

I give up on Top Golf. Have now gone 3-4 times and process is so convoluted from start to finish I'm done. No reservations for under 12 people, long waits, poor service and a complex computer and timing system that is extremely frustrating. The food is also just bad, and most is fried or greasy bar fare. That was just the surface items but this system needs a complete re-wiring for the business to have any longevity. read more

This place is SOO much fun! Went here with a group of friends, and we had a blast! It was a little high, but only due to the fact that it was at "prime time" (8 o'clock-closing). I can't wait to go back! PS: You have to get the fish bowl read more

Great place but for the price it isn't worth all the hype. Really, you should only go at night where the drinks are out and the lights are on. Top Golf is a great place for groups and business events. I wouldn't recommend it for hard-core golf players who want to better their game. Thats not what this place is for. There are a ton of cheaper places for you to better your game. Overall though this place is a good time for casual golfers and party goers. Lots of fun lights and cool staff. Food is average for these types of places. read more

Can get reservations online - it doesn't work! Waited 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone at the Schaumburg location. Do not bother coming to Top Golf for lunch. It is right across the street from my office and I was looking to get in and out in an hour. Never going to happen. The service was horrible. They got half the order wrong, dropped an order before delivering it, took another 15 minutes to get another made, brought our checks before everyone got their food, and didn't comp anything. I'll never be back for lunch and I will never suggest it to anyone either. read more

Except for fellowship absolutely horrendous. Horribly understaffed and run if just eating in restaurant. Didn't get refills until totally done with meal. I've been a few time and love it. Tyler is the man and if the manager is ready this I want you to know that even though I really enjoy golfing and hanging out here with friends because of how fun it is, I will he coming back to this specific location because of Tyler. We paid for an hour game, played then our food came towards the end of our session. The waiter asked us to place our card on file while purchasing our food, then proceeded to ask us as soon as our food came to pay the bill. We thought it was odd but we paid just to give the waiter peace of mind. We not only paid the bill we also tipped. Thinking we are finally free of this seemingly paranoid waiter. We see a security officer approach our table and tell us to leave while we were still eating and drinking and he said he was told to ask us to leave. Which was almost an hour before they closed and it wasn't busy and they were not new people coming in to play. No one else was asked to leave. I didn't even get to finish my drink. The managers had no explanation for why we were asked to leave and no one else was. read more

We had so much fun here. My only problem is how complicated the process is to register. I felt like they want people to wait to just spend money on food and drinks at the bar. We spent 55 min on Sat evening before we were able to get our registration cards. We waited for another 45 min to get a table. Food was okay. Nothing very special but it wasn't bad. It would be fun for a date or a birthday celebration. Unfortunately they dont tale reservations in advance so you will need to stand in line and waste about two hours before you get a table. Service in general is good but they are super busy so you might get ignored alot. read more

This was my first time at a Topgolf. I like this place. It wasn't crowded. The staff was nice. The food was good. The drinks were good. Only thing I would say needed work was the cleanliness of the tables inside. It was hard to find a clean table. Other than that...I would come back again. read more

What a great idea... Golf range, food, drinks, music... Why didn't I come up with this concept? I brought three kids (under age of 12) for the first time. As a first timer, the whole process was a bit confusing. You had to get in three lines: purchasing registration cards, signing up for a bay, and then for those who are lefties, getting in another line to get special lefty golf clubs. Total wait including wait time was around an hour for a Sunday afternoon. When we were finally texted that our Bay was available, we were led by a young caddie to our section. We all had such a great time.. Kinda pricey though with food, drinks and an hour and a half of play time we spend around $150. Definitely not cheap but totally worth it for special occasions. I would definitely come back. read more

My boyfriend and I come here for date nights. We love it! The workers are young and friendly. The environment has such an upbeat vibe. The lowest level has a game room where you can play foose ball (?), pool, Xbox kinect, or just eat. There are 3 different stories from the building that you can play from. Each one has an automatic sensory for each ball to come out of. And each individual ball has a microchip placed in it. That way the player will know exactly where the ball went!
