Came here for my FIL for Father's Day. My husband's side of the family is full of avid golfers, so it was a perfect place to take my FIL. Since they don't reservations, we arrived around 1pm to a nearly full parking lot. When walking in, our golf bags were checked and we got in line to get membership cards for my FIL and SIL. We were told there was an hour wait to get a bay, so my husband immediately went to the Concierge desk to put our names down. The membership cards took about 20 minutes to get, then we decided to eat at the restaurant until my husband received a text saying our bay was ready. The restaurant was a bit confusing. You seat yourselves, but no sign indicated that. I had to chase down a server and ask about the seating situation. As soon we sat down though, our bay was ready! Two gentlemen carried our checked bags to the pay and explained everything to my FIL. Our server was Melanie and she promptly got us all waters. This time we tried out the food. My husband and I split the Thanksgiving burger. It was MASSIVE. It had cranberry sauce, feta stuffed burger topped with pork wrapped in bacon. Shredded brussel sprouts instead of lettuce and an apricot chutney. UH-MAZ-ING. It was served with truffled fries, too. I ate my half of the burger and way beyond full. My SIL and FIL ordered the injectable donut holes. What an awesome concept! They brought out two "syringes" of raspberry jelly and chocolate sauce. The "syringes" were actually plastic basters. You could inject the perfect amount of raspberry sauce, chocolate sauce or both! It came with 24 donut holes and we couldn't finish them all. I also ordered an Fire Bomb and it was like Christmas in my mouth. I recommend ordering it if you like whiskey! The golfing itself was fun. The fans were a necessity because it was pretty hot that day. I, of course, lost all the games, but it was really fun nonetheless. I blame it on being left-handed. We played the Top Golf signature game and then the chipping game (which I forgot the name of). My FIL ended up on the leader boards! He was very proud of himself, being in his 60s and competing with the "young folk," as he calls it. I do have one issue though that hasn't been resolved: We wanted to split the tab of the food, but our server, Melanie, charged us for the whole tab. She said she reversed the charge and split the time correctly, then charged us again. So my bank account is currently showing a charge for the whole tab and the split tab, too. She said to call if the charge showed up after three days, but after repeated calls, no one has picked up. I'm not retracting a star in hopes that this issue will sort itself out. read more

I have been to Topgolf in multiple states and the Atlanta one and this Alpharetta one remains my favorite. The service is great here and the staff are friendly and well trained. The food standard pub fare, with a meal while golfing running close to 30 bucks a person. We usually get their cheese fries though, because they are yummy. It doesn't get as busy now since the Atlanta one has opened, and you will see lots of kids with families but it doesn't feel like Chucky Cheese! The bar is huge and lots of seating while you wait for your bay, and they are generally accommodating if you request a bay off the ground level. Overall, its a fun location and the staff here should definitely teach the Atlanta location a thing or two! read more

Update! I know how Yelp works so let's cut to the chase! I don't want house credit. I don't want free drinks. You can't buy my good reviews so don't bother. The problem is bad management, not one unhappy customer (obviously.... Have you seen the other reviews?). As someone who works across the street, I just want to see TopGolf put together a few good experiences before I ever consider increasing my review from 1 star......so, in the meantime, my previous review remains: I've been meaning to review this place since i checked them out the day they opened. It was a mediocre experience then, and has not gotten any better in the months since. Here's what to expect: Get you in, get your money, and then maybe/eventually reciprocate with food drinks or service. This is a family-friendly concept that will work for corporate events and small, rated PG-13 outings...just as long as its not busy or there is an event going on already BC surprise! No reservations allowed! So nice to find out I have a two hour wait after I spent 20 minutes looking for a parking spot. So, what should I do with those two hours? Wait around forever is what. For everything. Before I get into the lack of service... It is very easy to lose track of time at the bays, especially if you're learning how the games are played and scored or god forbid you want to eat something. Before you know it, you and a few friends barely finish your first game before you need to "reload" another $45 (the hourly fee after 5pm). In that respect it must be a cash cow for ownership BC I feel like I'm getting ripped off. If you do come here, come for the golf and games because the service and food is TERRIBLE (if you think mass produced Sysco products cooked a la Applebee's food is terrible like I do). They really need to double their bar staff and have their servers retrained on basic steps of service, such as writing orders down and providing silverware and napkins. Every drink I've ordered from a bar has taken at least 15 minutes to order, let alone make and receive and pay for. I just stand there at the bar trying to get the bartender's attention for 15 minutes, every.....single....drink. You might as well order two. The bar staff clearly does not care if you are thirsty. When you're upstairs at the 3rd floor bar, NEVER EVER sit at a table on the patio next to that bar and wait for a server BC they stop by your table every 30 minutes, if that. Seriously, just stop taking orders and run some food! We waited 30 minutes for a pitcher of beer to get to our table, and an hour for our food, which arrived cold and generally unappetizing. One person in my group literally asked our server for the same glass of wine on six separate occasions over the course of the awful 120 minutes we sat there. Had the server (Murad) bothered to do his job and check on his guests, she would have had more opportunities to request yet again her first glass of wine but alas, it never showed up. This isn't a situation where the cheap guest comes in with a bad attitude, is impossible to please and exaggerates his wait times. This is someone who works in the service industry who has a whole lot of patience for this kind of stuff, and has had it be like this every time (I've been there on that patio 5-6 times since Top Golf opened). When it happens every time, its obviously not an individual server or bartender issue. Its a management issue. Or maybe its just the concept being family-friendly and them not wanting people to drink alcohol. If so, the multiple bars and drink offerings must have confused us into thinking we should be spending money on drinks. Oh, and the parking? Yea right. If its not busy, the lot is full and you'll drive around looking for an open spot for 15 minutes before parking illegally on a hill in the grass (they must be itching for a cease and desist from Fulton Co). If it is busy, Westside Drive will be backed up so just park at The Cooler and hope you catch a ride from a guy on a golf cart. I came in looking to have a good time and spend money, eat hot food and kick my friends' butts at golf but I spent 90% of the time looking for parking, waiting for my bay, wondering where my server was and waiting for food and drinks. I spent $65, swung the golf club maybe 20 times. I was ready to drop at least $200. Times that by the other 100 people in the same position as me on a Saturday night, and I think its already time for ownership to step in and clean house. read more

Great food, great drinks and great atmosphere. I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday as a party of six. Be sure to make reservations or you'll be waiting as this place is popular on the weekends. Also, ask for an upper level pod. I'm not a golfer but this was still great fun. The only downside is that the service was a little slow. I'm hoping this was just a one-off and not representative of the service to be expected. read more

Taking golfing on a whole new level. It is a cross between clubbing and golf. It is $5 for a card "membership." And depending on the time of day, there are different pricing. Prime time is $45 for a hour. The set up is outside since you are whacking at balls, a machine that spits out the golf balls, and a tv screen that shows where your ball went. The balls have microchips imbedded in them. So if somehow with superhuman strength, you happen to hit the ball over the nets and it hits a car...you're liable for it. The food was not the best, I ordered shrimp and grits, the mushi, and the beer queso. The shrimp and grits wasn't the best, the shrimp was the only well flavored item out of the dish. The grits is very bland. Mushi is suppose to be a fusion of Mexican and Japanese. Another fail item, the "sticky rice," is just over cook rice. Their ratio of rice and protein is not equal, they stuff more of the rice in the rolls. The beer queso comes with a cup of salsa and chips. The queso is overly salty and not very impress. Overall the food was a fail and I don't think I would order any food if I go back. It is overprice and doesn't leave a lasting impression. read more

Of course my first review on Yelp would be for an experience that was not the most pleasant. I can understand that Topgolf would be busy on a Saturday night, but a 3 hour wait is ridiculous especially when they told us it would be much shorter. For the time and money spent there, you would think that the staff would be more helpful but they were rude and disrespectful, including the so-called manager that we spoke to. Overall the idea of Topgolf is great, but the staff was no where close to par. Only one member of the staff was great but that is definitely nowhere near enough for me to ever want to go back again. Save your money and spend your time elsewhere. read more

My wife had never been to Topgolf prior to this visit. Disappointed with her first experience being at this location. Topgolf is by far a favorite, not here. We were rushed out, despite there being at least 50 other bays. From the moment we got to our bay the waiter was interested in getting us in and out. He only came to check to see if we were extending our golf time (we were not out of time yet), never to fill a drink or ask how our food was. We had just gotten our food and he brought our check. We ended up getting our own refill drinks. After bringing our check, he came back to say we could take our time as it didn't 'seem to be busy.' 5 minutes later, a group comes over and asks if we were sitting at this specific bay...they were just assigned the same bay! We hadn't even finished our food!!!! Horrible experience!!! read more

I've been to TopGolf a couple of times now and the novelty has yet to wear off. The best way to describe the venue would be Dave & Busters meets a driving range. A 3 story driving range with various golf-ing games at each bay coupled with a full service restaurant/bar. In addition to the driving area each bay comes with multiple tvs and varying seating arrangements (couches or stools). Drinks: Been able to sample all the fish bowls (take them home once you're finished) and various cocktails and the ones that stand out are definitely the Arnold Palmer and Long Island. That is not to say the other drinks are not worth trying (because they are). They go heavy on the alcohol in all of the drinks. Food: Wings - Nice and crispy on the outside with the meat still juicy on the inside. Not the traditional wing as the sauce is more glaz-y but I definitely prefer them that way. Really enjoyed the BBQ flavored wings. Mushi - Grilled chicken, beans, sushi rice, cheese, wrapped in a tortilla topped off with some Sriracha. A really cool idea however all the ingredients were a bit too mushy, throws off the texture a bit. Would have been perfect if there was some added crunch. Mac Daddy Burger - A burger that replaces the traditional toppings with mac & cheese. Really enjoyed the roll they used (finished on a flat top grill?) and the mac & cheese had just the right amount of richness and kick from the pepperjack cheese but the texture of the meat patty reminded me of frozen meat patties. Shrimp and Grits - Grilled shrimp over jalepeno grits. Donut Holes - Mini donut bites that come with syringes to inject the filling. The options are some type of fruit jelly, chocolate, and Bavarian cream. Pricing is $25/hour/bay in the morning, $35 for the afternoon, and $45 from 5 to close. Expect to wait to find parking and get a bay if coming anytime in the late afternoon. read more

Went to topgolf Buford July 16. Talked to the manager about charging my gift card and not my credit card. "yeah no problem". Guess what they did? Almost three week later they still have not refunded my credit card. I love Topgolf. But, I defiantly would not recommend going to Topgolf (Buford) GA. I would recommend Topgolf (Alpharetta). They seem to have it together. read more

Atmosphere: First, this place is HUGE! 3 stories, probably more than 100 bays and a giant driving range with targets of various sizes and ranges of difficulty. The technology that goes into everything from the ball to the course is top notch. This place has it all... heaters for the colder times, fans for when its hot. Each bay has its on TV that can be controlled by your mobile device, couches, tables, chairs. Target audience: Anyone. Golf lovers or Not, you can not have a bad time. Its more than a driving range, there are multiple games you can play with the course- so it's not always about the long shot. Inside the complex has cool gathering areas for pool or shuffleboard (the table type, not the large one). Food: We had a set menu, but from what we tasted- it was good! Fried chicken was definitely spot on. Speaking as it is a sporting complex, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. DESSERT... oh my. They have these doughnut holes that come with syringes filled with a cream or jelly that you inject into the doughnut holes. Its awesome because you get to play doctor with your food, and even better because they are SUPER tasty. Drinks: Peach sangria was my favorite. The boys loved the Long Islands, they know how to make them. You can never go wrong with beer. Service: 5 stars. WOW. Super attentive and everyone is excited to be there. They ensure that you and your group have a good time. I couldn't be more pleased. This place is and will continue to be a huge success! I cant wait to go back. read more

This is a really fun activity/outing especially if you love golf. I recently celebrated a friend's birthday here and had an awesome time. We had a large group and they were able to accommodate us pretty well. The golf ladies league I was here with enjoyed an awesome time of fellowship, range practice, and fun! I'm looking forward to coming here again with friends but I just wish it wasn't so far. I hear they are building another one on Northside Drive soon so that will be much more convenient. Very nice facility! read more

I was so excited when I heard that ATL was getting a TopGolf as I loved going to play in Dallas. While the one in ATL proper isn't open yet, the one in Alpharetta is so we drove up to play. (ugh the traffic even on a Saturday is for shit but we made it...finally.) So we went in and checked in at the desks. My card was inactivated as it has been a long time since we played but they reinstated it and it had almost $30 still on it. That's nice that they keep the $$ on there. We got our name on and they said it was going to be a 2 hour wait. I wasn't surprised because there were people absolutely everywhere. We were expecting that (given our experiences in Dallas) so we sidled up to the bar to have some drinks and wait around. The bar was SLAMMED and there were only 2 bartenders back there. There were tons of waiters/waitresses working the tables and coming up to order drinks. Really they needed more staff as those people were overworked. When we finally were waited on about 30 min after sitting down my friend and I ordered some mixed drinks and her husband ordered a pitcher of beer. She stops and says "Is that pitcher just for you or is everyone going to share it?" It came across kind of judgey honestly...like hellooooo don't judge us, our drinking prowess is on point. So she brought glasses for everyone and he proceeded to drink it himself. Ha! We also got food and one item we ordered did not ever come out. We just had them take it off the bill. So service is quirky and slow and they really need more staff in the bar. But then we got a bay. Luckily it was a top bay as I am not great when on the bottom (heh). Here's the deal: I cannot actually golf. I have never done anything at a golf course except ride in the golf cart and drink....which is really really fun. But at TopGolf I am as good as anyone else typically. If you haven't been, they have computerized balls that are tagged with your name. Then in the course are different targets that kind of look like bulls eye targets. They are at different distances and you get different points for which one you hit and where in the bulls eye you hit. So when you whack your ball out there and it goes in, it sends back the score to the computer screen. And whoever gets the most points wins TopGolf. They have clubs there at the bay or you can bring your own. Also the bays are heated. And you can drink beer. WHO DOESN'T LOVE THIS? A fun boozy game to play that is even sort of a "workout" if you don't think about it too hard. I love it, would play all day if I could and if it wouldn't break the bank. So if you are in ATL or surrounding areas and haven't gone to play TopGolf yet then you really need to. What are you waiting for? read more

TopGolf Alpharetta was incredibly busy on a Saturday night. While I hated how crowded this place was, I'll definitely return because we all had such a wonderful time. ~Parking: They have a huge parking lot w/ complimentary valet & self-parking available but there were cars parked everywhere on the way in and on Westside Pkwy. There are complimentary shuttles to pick up/drop off people at their cars. ~Service: our servers were great even on such a busy night & they've only been open for a little over a week. We waited for our bay on the 3rd level rooftop bar; there was a live DJ spinning. The service was definitely better once we got to our bay. ~Food: plenty of choices; surprisingly very good & prices are decent. I highly recommend the shrimp & grits. ~Drinks: full bars available; we got a pitcher of beer, some shots, and the Melon fishbowl, which we didn't really like. ~Golf games: many different games you can pick so it's not just your typical driving range. 6 people can play at the same time per bay. read more

Came here 3/21/15(SAT) around 7:30pm Get here EARLY!!!... We got here around 7:30pm...put our names on the wait list which was 3.5hrs - 4hrs. Me and my girl then went to the movies and went to a local bar then came back to Top Golf with plenty of time to spare. Unfortunately we were placed at the bottom level. We had 2 bays side by side. This place is always fun even if you are not a golfer. There is a DJ that plays a good mix of hip hop / pop music. read more

My husband and I had always wondered about this place ever since we spotted it in the Kingstowne area of Northern VA years ago. Finally we decided to give it a try and holy crap did we have fun. Did we suck, yup. Did that matter, nope. (The guy next to me even asked if I was trying to kill him). So much fun for the pro or the beginner. The only reasons for stars being knocked off. 1. The lobby is a cluster. Where do I go? Then what? Oh I got my text that the bay is ready. Now what? Oh. Go to the concierge that ignores you. Wait 6 minutes. Get acknowledged 2. Service in the bay = super slow. Not ordering adult beverages = even slower. Will we be back. Yup. Lots of fun at the end of the day. read more

I've been here 3 times and I'm not even a golfer! This set-up is pretty fun even if you don't play golf. We went last around 2pm Saturday (Valentines Day) and it was packed- we were quoted a 1.5 hour wait for the bay, but it was actually only 45 minutes. While waiting for our bay we had appetizers and drinks in the dining area (all the tables are first-come first-serve). Our server was very friendly and fast even with the craziness of this busy day. I think that the prices of the bays are listed pretty clearly in the main lobby (costs more per hour the later in the day it is), not sure why some people complain that this is deceptive. However I agree it is confusing when you are first walking into Top Golf- one line (the long one) is for first timers needing to register a card, but if you've been before and already have a card, you just go to the concierge desk. Like a lot of other reviewers say, the food leaves A LOT to be desired for. I agree that it is about Applebee's quality at best. I had the Mushi (Mexican/sushi hybrid) which sounded interesting, but it was just ok. It is described as spicy, but just tasted like it was loaded up with powdered red pepper. The steak flatbread was the best item anyone in our group ordered. The bays get pretty loud so if you're here to catch up with old friends, it might not be the best place! Although we may have been directly under the speakers, it may not be so bad at all the bays. read more

I love TopGolf! I participated in some of the championship events the first year they were open, so I got to know the facility. It's a great place for Sunday brunch (but they don't break out the alcohol until 12:30, so be forewarned!). You don't need to be a golfer to play TopGolf, and you don't need to play to have a good time there. The outdoor deck on the 3rd floor is great just for hanging out (except during pollen season). If you really want to practice golf, go to a driving range (you'll save enough dough to buy beer for your foursome on your next round); but if you want to have a good time a do something a bit different, go to TopGolf! One negative - you can't reserve a hitting bay in advance unless you're a premium member; the wait time on weekends can get a little lengthy (but at least the bars are open). read more

I went to Top Golf for a corporate event and it was smashing. I'm not a golfer, but it was so much fun I didn't care how badly I hit. I actually did better than I would have guessed. The bays are laid out in an organized fashion and it's easy to select a club. Our attendant was Monique. She was energetic, informative, patient with us newbies! I know the prices are high, but for my experience being a corporate outing, I didn't care! Haha. The food spread was very tasty and looked really good. We had fun. This is a special occasion type place to go so it's probably worth the dough. read more

I went here after my friend begged me to go and I must admit I was a little worried about the covid-19 protocol for safety before i came. However, once I got here my worries were unfounded. Third time coming to this location - twice for company events (including last night) and once for a Yelp event. I'll start with the good - the atmosphere is entertaining and upbeat. They have a lot of cool side rooms for kids to play the Wii & adults to mingle, including a full bar. There are also other games to keep you entertained besides the golf portion. Always enjoy the music they are playing as well. Each bay has comfy seating for everybody, a selection of clubs to use for men and women (honestly, why even bother bringing your own?), a fun scoring system & ease of use for even beginners to have fun. The fact you can have fun, order food and drinks, play golf and NOT SWEAT is a nice plus. I'd give them 5 stars on the fun. Now, the bad - the food is not the greatest. The menu does offer a wide selection of foods but I can't say i've really loved anything I've eaten there. Last night, they had a Luau, and while the thought process on it was awesome and the set-up was cool, the food was lacking. The lomi lomi salmon ceviche was not fresh, but then again i'm a sushi lover and my standards are high. The Hawaiian chicken wasn't as moist as it should have been. I had a sweet potato pie as well, and it also just didn't taste the greatest. The Yelp event I went too, the food was a little better, but i'd give it a 3 overall for just standard. The other part is pricing. While I understand golf is not a cheap sport (played many rounds), the cost to bring a family to play is fairly high. Renting out the bay, cost per player, plus drinks and food, you could spend as much doing one day at Disney. I'm sure, over time, the cost will go down though. I was torn on the rating, I want to give them 4 stars but haven't been impressed yet by the food or specialty drinks. Then again, it's golf and it's still fun. Will be coming back (not on a regular basis) but sticking to just the fun and maybe a beer or wine. read more

This place is a lot of fun! Brought my employees here for a mid-day outing. It was crowded for noon on a Wednesday and there was a wait for a bay with a couch setup. No problem-we opted for a table. We had a long wait for service--I actually had to hunt a server down after 15 minutes of waiting. Not cool. We rented a bay for two hours. After the second round of drinks the server never returned. Again, when we were ready to checkout no one was ready. We finally get her and it's another 20 minutes to get the bill, split checks, and take payment. UGH! Unacceptable. I would love to come back and play but they need to DO BETTER. read more

Great concept, I'll have to compliment them on that! Great sport, decent food, decent atmosphere, and decent service. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the complexity, price, and service. This was very complicated the first time I went here, with numerous lines for varying purposes. There were signs everywhere, too much to take in before they take you to your bay. Thankfully, they teach you the bare minimum about the uses of the game keeper. This also surprised me for the prices of the hours, 2 hours for over $100. Get there early for a discount of $20 instead of coming later and paying more! Finally, the service was very spotty. My party had been ready to order food and the service came to get drinks and didn't return with them for another 10-15 minutes. Then they disappeared for 20 minutes before coming to see if we wanted food. You know what happened after that, about 30-45 minutes until the food came. Regardless, this was a decent place, very new, and quite fun. I am actually looking back into golf after this since it made me fall back in love with it. It's a very fun approach to golf, and I would recommend this to anyone just wanting to have fun whether you are good or not good at golf. read more

My wife, daughter in law and her BF went to Topgolf this weekend all for the first time. None of us are much of golfers besides the daughter in laws BF. It WAY exceeded my expectations in fun factor! As newbies the front desk greeted us promptly, we were told all the steps, signed up, then had a personal attendant led us to our tee / table set-up. The scoring and everything was explained quickly and clearly. In no time we had the game set-up and ordered drinks and food. It was very good food, and drinks were kept coming as requested. We all had a great time competing in the Topgolf game, and stayed quite a long time, it was that fun. All in all great for families, couples, or party groups. I'd return again for sure! Only a couple small things kept it from 5 stars, but very close! read more

Just don't go to the down stairs bar by the lobby before we started it was terrible service. During our time golfing the service was great. after we finished golfing we went back down with nobody guest wise at the bar and it was terrible. The manger asked what we wanted and was being an a hole about everything we wanted to order so we ended up leaving after spending a couple thousand that the facility. Other than the one manager which I heard his name was Luke it was a good experience. But I'll be writing a one star review because of the one manger. Hate to do that but sometimes as a manger you need to have some respect for people that a keeping you a pay check. read more

This is a really fun place to go for an afternoon or night out. I've only ever been here with my wife but think this place would be great with a small group of people. Prices for food and drink are fair, by no means a rip off. Prices for the golf bays are good, works out best if you go with a few people and split the cost. We've come here a handful of times, mostly in the afternoons on a saturday. It's busy but the wait is never too bad. Friday and Saturday at night are probably crazy busy but have never been here at night on the weekend. Took off one star due to the service being hit or miss and the price for nighttime golf on weekdays. Service is usually okay, sometimes you're looking around for your server. Not terrible, but could be better. That said, our last server (Jackie) was really nice and a great waitress. As for the golf, I think they'd do better on weekdays if they lowered the price at night. It's 45/hour on Friday Saturday nights, and the same goes for Mondays. To me this doesn't make sense. I was last here on a Monday and it was dead. I think it'd be fair if they charged a lower price on week nights. Overall a lot of fun. My wife doesn't golf and she loves coming here. read more

Outdoor night time golf! Gotta luv it! Highly recommend you ask for 2nd or 3 level, towards the middle where the angles are easier to hit the targets. They finally simplified their pricing on their website. It was great for my boys who are 11 & 14 but they wore out after just one hour. After the first hour, it gets kinda mundane- just saying in case you bring your kids don't bother playing for more than an hour. If you just want to try it, then really just one person in the group has to buy the $5 membership card for the group to play but if you're competitive & plan on playing again...then cough up the $5 bucks! It was too rough for my back but needless to say, I have the card so I can play one day again after my back heals up. Our computer crashed so they gave us do-over and we got an extra 1.5 hour to play. It was a bummer but they made up for it. Last, they dropped the food we ordered at the wrong table so be sure to keep an eye on the wait staff. Otherwise, it's worth going, even if you're not a golfer. read more

Fun place to hang out for golfers and non golfers. I'm not a golfer so I don't understand much about the game except that the lower your score is the better and that you're suppose to get the golf ball in the hole (duh). Top golf is fun because each golf balls has a built in microchip inside and it keeps score as your ball lands in different areas on the driving range. When you arive, they sit you in your own bay with tables and chairs or comfortable couches. Top golf is also has a full restaurant so they serve all kinds of food and drinks for you to enjoy while you play and the food is pretty good. The place gets pretty busy especially on the weekends but they have a bunch of little play areas around the place where you can go and hang out. They have video games, pool tables and a bar and restaurant area for you to sit and grab food to eat and drinks. Fun place for all ages! read more

Just spent $200 for 2 hours for the four of us... at end when we still had food and beer left we were told it was their policy that we could not finish eating and drinking in the bay as to make room for other groups....uh, it is 2 PM on a Wednesday! There weren't any groups waiting and there were tons of open bays. In any case, poor policy that will impact future visits / plans. read more

The good- Fun, fun, fun! Omg, did I mention this place is fun? Super crazy crowded and overpriced but we had a blast. Staff are rock stars! Every single staff member we encountered had a contagious enthusiasm and I just cannot summon enough adjectives for them. The good- Our server, Chantay (Chantay I am so sorry if I misspelled that) was the best! Even with all of the crowds (place was packed out) she was more attentive than you could ever expect. If whoever is in charge of promotions reads this you need to promote that girl, she makes y'all look good! The good- Left-handed clubs! The area they assign to you has 2 super-comfy sofas and a large table. Very nice setup. The bad- parking is a nightmare! We were there on a Wednesday night which we figured would not be too crowded. The fairly small self-park lot was completely full. They do have valet parking but when you're paying over $100 for a driving range outing its kind of insulting to pay for parking as well. The bad- apparently if you sit at the cafe area beside the bar (on each level) you may or may not be served. We were anticipating a 20 min wait to golf but were starving so went up to the bar on the 3rd level. We couldn't find a server anywhere, someone finally showed up 15 minutes in, right before we were text that our spot was ready. The BAD (and the reason they lost a star). They don't have Coke, they only serve Pepsi. Pepsi really, really sucks. At least offer both, very few people in the south prefer (or even like) Pepsi. We will be back so much, I want to go right now! read more

We waited 30 mins to get a server and then we had 3 people come and attempt to take our orders. Every time we try to finish the order they keep going to attend some other matter at another table. Really really REALLY bad service. If I could I would definitely rate a -star. Worst experience ever. I felt like there was more then enough waiters but just walking around mingling. We really wanted to leave. read more

First time here. Party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids...9/10/13/14). From start to finish great experience.you can easily book a bay online for your time. Then they text you to let you know bay is almost ready and you can respond with yes for on time or if you're running behind you can respond with 15 or 30 for minutes. Got our bay and our waitress Abigail was FAN-TASTIC!!! She was on it and super great personality. We ordered drinks and food. The food was ok. Wasn't great but wasn't bad either. Was as expected. I had a Bloody Mary which was good, they use the zing zang mix. Once we figured out how to best obtain points the competition was on! Would recommend for families or group of friends. Chill and affordable. read more

I am only giving 1 star based on the concept and decent food. I agree with other reviews regarding the parking situation and the overall service. I visited while on a business trip with a group of 8 coworkers. Like other guests we waited almost 2 hours for one bay and over 30 minutes to receive drinks even before we could order. After finally placing our order, we received our food in about 40 minutes. We also had to track down our server to order more drinks and get refills in addition to a first round for several in our party. To top it off, when our bay was ready, the server completely mixed up all of the checks. We were all frustrated and tired so we just settled up and agreed to fix it amongst ourselves later. When we arrived at the bay, the process to hit balls was confusing and our groups were separated due to a miscommunication with the hostess stand. This resulted in half of our group on one floor and the others on a second. When a bay opened next to ours, we were informed that the other group could move down and not loose any time from the hour rental. The process to move was complicated by waiters, managers and desk staff. It resulted in half our party loosing 30 minutes of play time while trying to track down a manager. When I was finally able to connect with a manager, his name was Bryson, he didn't seem to care. Now I am a reasonable guy and simply explained the situation and how we were frustrated. He asked what I wanted him to do about it, so I asked for the unused 30 minutes to be refunded to our credit card. He left to review our claims and returned with an answer. He stated that we used all of the paid time, which wasn't true as we used almost 40 minutes to track them down to make a simple adjustment. When I revisited the nights events and service during dinner and staff communication problems he said oh well. Once he communicated that he could do nothing for us, we decided to leave as we had wasted enough time. I let him know that everyone in my group were customer service professionals and retail leaders and that how they were conducting business was not acceptable. His reply was, "We do pretty good". I then wished his staff the best of luck in working out their customer journey issues and communication problems and we left. Considering we spent hundreds if dollars as a group including $5 each for a "membership" card, I had hoped for more. So if you go prepare to wait and wait and wait for mediocre service and mistaken orders along with unclear steps for how to use the facility. read more

Top golf is a lot of fun. You can get a drink and some food if you want and hit some golf balls. The driving range has 'greens' with nets that give you points based on how close to the hole you come. The price is a little expensive but it is worth it. Take a date here. Any level of golfer will have fun, even if you are terrible. We golfed from the top floor and that was where I would recommend teeing off. Service was good and the system was easy to use. Side note - we got in trouble for waving the club by the ball dispenser a bunch of times before our time ran out, but the bouncer guy said that he would let me punish my date myself so all turned out well. read more
