Crazy thing is I have been under warranty all along. He himself told me that if it continues to not work he WILL replace the whole unit. But now that it's time to do that (it's been a whole year of not working!!!), he will not return my messages. He is very prompt with sending invoices so he can get paid but zero professionalism when it comes to honoring his end of the deal. I paid a lot for this unit and it's unfair that I'm stuck with a lemon with no recourse. I have already told my friends not to use him and now I'm posting this review as a warning to others.
