My Liebherr 7 year old fridge/freezer malfunctioned 2 days ago. I called their Florida HQ and was given 3 contacts in the North East--fortunately the first one I called, Pro Quality Repair, responded immediately and despite the fact that we're in a holiday week, Angelica managed to arrange for Darwin to come on Tuesday to do an assessment. The bad news is that this relatively new and underused appliance is irreparable--manufacturers defect. The good news is that PQR was very thorough, placed a call to Manny at Leibherr HQ in Florida and we talked through next steps. I do believe that PQR will do what they can to support me as I go through this process which was clearly explained and -Liebherr should replace the unit as it was sold to me as a defective unit. Excellent service! I was looking for a company to come and diagnose/repair the leaky HVAC unit in my office and I was able to get an appointment the next day, which is nearly impossible in Manhattan AND in late August. Daiyana was professional, diligent, and very friendly over the phone. I known as Professional High quality Restoration to repair my fridge and required to have it repaired As soon as possible prior to all of my iced products dissolved. These were expert and arrived inside the time period they guaranteed. The repairman realized that which was incorrect immediately.
