When you read all the reviews, you'll see many times people commenting about cuticles being cut too far and they bleed or poor shaping. On top of that, they up charge you for OPI nail polish and don't have any sign indicating that! To me that's FRAUD! If that's not enough, many don't understand English AND they're one of the most expensive places around; I experienced all these problems so be careful, ask questions, remember an $7 up charge for OPI and request only experienced manicurists that speak English.

The visit before my last I had an ingrown toenail from how the nail was cut and did not return for several months. I decided to give them another chance last month and we had a poor experience. There was one person working when my husband and I went for walk-in appointments and she had to call the other person to come do my husband's pedicure. We were told "she went shopping because it was slow". She arrived about 25 minutes later. We both received deluxe pedicures, but did not feel that they justified the extra money from a classic. And, I am very disappointed to report that I have another painful ingrown toenail from how she clipped my big toenail to a rounded cut. That visit was my last.

As she was starting to put the tips on she kept misplacing them and then ripping them off my nails to reset them. However, she stopped that when she got to my other hand. It was the absolute fastest full set I have ever gotten, even with gel polish, and they look great.

Yeah, it's not $20 for a pedicure, it's $45, but again, you get what you pay for. Worth every penny! Randee and Lisa are both great! Their pedicures are relaxing, last a long time, and the entire experience is so much more pleasant than at the other cheap salons. This place is tiny - 2 pedi stations and 2 mani stations, plus a chair for hair. But what they lack in space they more than make up for in quality and personality. Super easy to talk to, it's like going to your friend's house to get your nails done! The products they use are quality, and they don't rush the job, ever. You can book online so it's easy to see who is available when. They are located inside Club Sport, but you don't have to be a member to go there (I'm not), just walk back behind the front desk to the salon and it's all good. Totally 100% recommend the gals here!

I have been coming to this salon for about seven years for pedicures. In the beginning the staff…read morewas friendly and the experience was relaxing. Over the last few years the environment has changed, and the constant upselling has become frustrating. I only come in for pedicures. That has always been clear. I do not want manicures or gel nails. Despite saying no every single visit, the technician who usually works on me continues to push nail services every time I come in. This has been happening for three to four years. The answer has always been no. Yet the pressure continues during every appointment. Because I'm so frustrated with the constant sales pressure, I've even stopped going as often so I don't have to hear them nag about this all the time. During my most recent visit, the technician even told me that my husband would leave me if I did not do my nails. That comment was inappropriate and completely unprofessional. That should give potential clients an idea of how much pressure they apply to get more money. At this point it feels less like customer service and more like constant pressure to spend more money. Pedicures here are already expensive. Long time customers should not feel pushed to add services they clearly do not want. I have been a loyal client for many years and I tip extremely well every visit. Unfortunately the repeated pressure and disrespect for clear boundaries have made the experience unpleasant. They only view me as a money grab. Businesses should listen to their customers. If someone says no, respect the answer. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, never ever again.

Stay far away from this awful places inexperienced and unsanitary!…read more I came here to try it out for the first time as I moved nearby. What a big mistake it turned out to be. First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.
