WoW. We have dealt with all of the staff members here your many years (most even in their "former…read moreroles" consulting on and installing and maintaining high end home theater and sound systems, etc. for another company.) We have purchased a lot from them for our entire house and have the highest level of trust for all of them. They are great, in all respects. Very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. They carry a wide variety of great name brands too. Next up now is a new 55 inch TV....they spent time with my wife and I today, explaining the options and benefits and potential drawbacks for us of each option. THANKS AGAIN GUYS! We will continue to come back and recommend you to others.

Tom was extremely friendly and accommodating: helping us to find a solution within our limited budget, there to assist with kinks at a moment's notice, honest about what he didn't know (which didn't seem to be much), giving genuine advice even if it could potentially discourage a sale...these guys are on your side and are truly invested in providing their customers with a quality solution even if it's at their own inconvenience. Please support this business; you won't regret it, and we need more like them!

So I didn't get to peruse…read morethis particular Costco to the level that we'd usually do (aisle by aisle) when it's a new one to figure out what items they have. Parking feels fairly standard and a private lot for a Costco. Still hard to find parking during high foot traffic times. Inside was not as busy as say one that we frequent to in our state so it was nice to maneuver without too much hassle. Again maybe it wasn't a peak time to go. My mom hit a jackpot with their sales and got pajama sets for only $3. Easy Christmas gifts! But I think this can be dependent on the location and items that need to be moved. Either way, good selection of items in the baked good area and they had the lemon raspberry muffins which can be tricky depending on how well they sell at a Costco. All in all a pretty standard Costco.

It was about 30 minutes after closing, still light outside, with several cars still in the lot. I had simply parked to rest for a bit and eat some food before continuing my drive, nothing suspicious or disruptive. Then a man in plain clothes, driving a silver minivan with no security lights or identification, pulled up on me. No uniform, no badge, nothing to suggest he was official. He said, "I need you to get out of here," with zero courtesy. There were no "please," and no "thank you" when I agreed I would leave. Just a blunt command from someone who looked like any other civilian. I wasn't alarmed by it personally, but someone else easily could've been. That's not how you treat another human being, and it's unacceptable for Costco to hire staff to have that type of attitude as the face of their business. As a queer POC unfamiliar with this city, the entire encounter felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. I'm not trying to make this political, but that kind of behavior speaks volumes. If this is how Costco chooses to represent itself after hours, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values safety, respect, or basic decency.

Music Villa and Paul. THANK YOU. Great purchase experience. I travel from northern Nevada to visit…read morefamily in Bozeman with a great deal of frequency. Normally, I drive so I can bring a guitar. Often, I duck into Music Villa for strings and small items at either the Bozeman or Billings store. However, I was in the market for a PRS Custom 24. Not sure if I was going to go with an SE model or an S2 model. The Bozeman store had both. So, my wife and I decided to visit the store. We met Paul. No intention to make a purchase so I wasn't sure if I would be able to demo these two models. Paul was more than welcoming and encouraged the demo. Hands down, the S2 version of the PRS Custom 24 sealed my decision. Brilliant guitar. I could have ordered one from Sweatwater, but how does that help the local vibe, experience, and effort? Paul was adamant their shipping process was exceptional. Always a concern with the amount of money you invest. So, I pulled the trigger and made my purchase. Paul offered new strings and a slight adjustment to the set up. Well, last night, like a Stork delivering a baby, UPS landed on my front porch with my prize. Extremely well packaged and looked just as beautiful out of the case as it did in the store. A quick tune and I must have played for 4 hours. Had a blast. The PRS is included in my quiver alongside my Gibson Less Paul Standard, my Gibson J45 acoustic and my Martin and Taylor acoustics. The PRS S2 Custom 24 sounded great with my Marshall amp. Thanks again Paul and Music Villa. On a side note...The store itself is clean, organized, well appointed and the ambiance just makes you want to enjoy yourself. The staff, second to none. Overall a great no rush experience.

Often to break the monotony of the drive we take the route through Ennis, MT but this trip my wife suggested going through Bozeman and up to West Yellowstone through Gallatin Canyon. She asked if I wanted to stop at Music Villa and check out their amazing selection of stringed instruments "guitars". It was a rhetorical question. This is the finest "brick and mortar guitar store" between Seattle and Los Angeles and Chicago. That's my experience and opinion of course. We were greeted with welcoming friendly voices from a couple employees. I explained I was simply window shopping. Which of course is guitar vernacular for I want to play a bunch of guitars that I can't afford. He said, where would you like to start. I had something special in mind and found 3 options. I played each one and found the one that played best to my liking and sounded like what was in my head. A fellow guitarist was playing his choices and offered confirmation of my choice. My wife made it unanimous and said "get it" it's your Father's Day present! Magical Moment. Tyler James was the manager present and he put the deal together for me. He is an amazing wealth of guitar and amp knowledge and his guidance most appreciated.
