I have started working with Summit Exteriors to fix my house, which was affected by hail damage…read more They began replacing the roof and received the insurance check (for the complete house repairs), but now they are not responding to my requests to fix the rest of the damages in my house (siding, windows, and garage door). After they received the check from insurance, they have been ghosting me. Called and left messages several times, sometimes they sent a message saying that production will contact me, but it never happened. Updated on 2026-01-27 I am still waiting for the door garage, siding and window replacement to be completed (see pictures), they completed only the roof and gutter replacement. The Summit Exterior is currently holding my remaining balance for these services, and they agreed to return this balance to me so I can hire another contractor to finish the remaining work. This agreement was made on November 17, 2025, with the general manager (Alex) and the owner of Summit Exterior (Andrew). As of today, I am still waiting to receive the check. Their justification is that they need to complete another project before they can release my money. Until I receive the remaining balance, I cannot consider the case closed with Summit or proceed with completing the project. Updated on 2026-05-14 I have finally completed the repair of the hail damage to my house after almost two years--definitely NOT thanks to Summit. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work and pay out of pocket, since the remaining insurance funds are still being held by Summit. I am currently consulting with an attorney to explore the possibility of taking legal action to recover my money. Summit keeps promising a refund, but they have failed to follow through. I am extremely frustrated and tired of dealing with this company. To anyone considering hiring Summit--please think twice before doing business with them. I have heard from several others who read my review and shared similar negative experiences. My recommendation: avoid this company. Updated on 2026-09-25 I am still waiting for a refund of the remaining balance. Summit keeps promising the refund, but they continuously fail to follow through. On a weekly basis, I try to contact Andrew, who is supposed to be the owner, but he fails to respond. Occasionally, he replies with more promises, but the refund never arrives.

When we had that horrific windstorm we had a tree fall on our house twice in a week of each storm that came through the town I live in which is Greece, NY. Our roof was damaged, gutters, and the front of our house. It look like a war zone, but speaking with Nick he assured me to get the seamless gutters and they would be right out to get the house done. I could of took the cheap way out, but saw the value in their warranty and how their gutters are put up with the materials they use. My biggest issue with them was the sales person. He flat out lied. He promised brown and slipped "clay" into the contract. He even went so far as to say that they would paint them brown, but lied again when I spoke with him afterwards, denying that he said that. You might want to audio record your conversation with their sales people. I wish that I had. Then the field supervisor and person who came out to correct the small error said that they don't have brown in this area. The customer service rep that I called indicated that they do have brown, and multiple searches online also indicated that they have brown as an option. The product seems good, but the deception is completely unnecessary and frankly offensive.

She doesn't have $10K and so will probably be turned out of her house. They are preying on the elderly. CROOKS. Even if for some reason you decide you want gutter guards, don't support these predators and send your support elsewhere.
